Lack communication and are not willing to work with members and their needs. If you dont have a lot of money with them, forget about the process being easy. I was dealing with my fathers account who just passed, no sympathy and poor communication when trying to handle the probate basics. The CEO, Angel, lacks empathy/sympathy as well.
