This is my 4th time to come and do my nails I already did a review a month ago I believe but these are my first acrylic nails since 7 years that was my last time. I loved what they did and it was one of their first few of Marble design they have done I believe because Susan was having a hard time. I think it came out great. I like their service here. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments at work and I really thank Susan for taking her time. I didn’t even have to say anything she knew what she was doing.

I really liked customer service (free mimosa🥂 heeeeey). My nails came out eh, ok. The sweet lady didnt know how to do iredescent nails (didnt buff/used fingers) and was charging an additional $4 to get it on my pointer fingers? In the end when I got a look I had to request them to just remove their kind efforts and extra charges because it looked pretty tacky. So I stuck with one color. Not sure if Ill give it another go. 🤷

My mom comes here and she likes the service that they give her

I came to get a haircut a while back and it cost $20 to cut about 2 inches off my hair. It was only talked about after it was done and I was young at the time so I didnt speak up. The lady cutting my hair was cooking in the back and sat in a chair to cut my hair. Would never come here again.

100% Satisfaction. This place is Awesome. Place are very clean. Service are Excellent. New owner took over this place 10/01/2018. Store been updated and so many young Asian employee with experience. The previous reviews does not justify the quality of work, cleanliness, and service the new owner provides. Please come and support the new owner at Buena Park Mall.

I came here after looking for a place that was open a little later and I saw the photos on google and I was impressed so I went. I am so pleased with the final result! I’ve gotten my nails done more times then I can count and this is the best set I’ve ever gotten. The lady took her time shaping my nails and making sure they were perfectly even and shaped. The marble design is just gorgeous and I can’t stop looking at my nails and smiling. The decor is very nice and professional looking and very clean. Will be coming back every time I need a fill or new set. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I do not recommend this place. I had a pedicure done and a full set. The lady that did my pedicure cut my skin! My nails did not look good some were thick and some were thin as if she didnt file them even. Not to mention they started coming off within 2 days!

Ive only come here once for acrylic nails but they are the best nails Ive ever had. The shape was exactly what I wanted and they have lasted over a month Im going in today to get a fill. The lady Van that did my nails was very sweet and did a great job.

I was in desperate need looking for a place that was open late I decided to go to this place. I honestly didnt like how my nails turned out. I got French tip really short than what I normally go for wanted something simple. And for $35 and I normally pay 40 for a full set gel really long. I just got them done Friday and two of my nails are already lifting about to come off. I normally dont write reviews but this one really disappointed me and I will not be going back. 0 STARS!!

The service I received was amazing im definitely recommend anyone to come get there nails done here. I did receive a card that tracks when ever i get my nails done and when i get to a certain number i get a discount but unfortunately i lost it 😞 over all great place

Only 3 stars because my experiences have varied depending on who does my nails, of course there is the language barrier but i feel like no one listens to what you are asking for except Lanie, now i ask for her every time i need an acrylic fill and i plan for a 2 hour stay and get a pedi simultaneously. My fills have lasted 5 weeks with minimum lifting when she does them, they look horrible after that long a wait between fills but they last without breaking

Tracy is expert in hair color and styling. Always get a perfect pedicure here too.

Terrible! I will never go there again! I paid for the highest options for manicure/pedicure nd my daughters got the basic one. Her results were 100% better than mine. They claimed to be finished on my nails nd toes 45 minutes BEFORE my daughter was done. Nd when i voiced my complaints they just kept saying i got what im payimg for. GARBAGE

Visited this place on 7/4/16, I have been here before and never really had an issue other then the manager being kind of rude, but I was able to look past that on account that the ladies did a good job. But I guess they were taken under new management. I thought the last manager was bad. She was at least 4 times more rude and definitely doesnt know how to run a business let alone had the worst customer service I have ever experienced!. The remodel of the place looks sloppy, rushed and unfinished. She was not professional at all and was just out right nasty. I will never ever return here again.

Im sure it depends on who you get to do your nails, but I wasnt so content with mine. I came in to get a gel manicure that added up to be 26$ (it could have been 28$ if they had a glitter nail polish I wanted on my ring fingers).The job she did on my nails in bareilly to my satisfaction. She wasnt directly rude to me, but I got the feeling that at one point she was complaining about me (in another language). When she was done I noticed that she had applied too much gel to a couple of nails, and they had dried lopsided/ uneven. I didnt complain then, but now the paint is peeling from my cuticle area (and its only the fourth day)!IF I go back I dont think Im getting her again.

Love it came in late and they still took me ,very welcoming.Gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure it was what wanted, would definitely recommend to others.

Overall, not so good BUT..... a gal named Linn is excellent with acrylics. I go there regularly but only if I make an appointment with her alone..

I only came here to get a pedicure. The chair I was sat on didnt work, so no massage :( when I asked about it I was told it was broken, the water was also cold, Im assuming they didnt have running hot water...the lady cut me only once so thats a plus but I was so close to her my legs and back started aching because I couldnt adjust the chair. I dont know maybe Im complaining alot because Im pregnant!! but Im defdefinit NOT coming back here.

This was the most aweful experience ever!! I spent 60 $ for nothing... The lady doing my nails left for 15 minutes to help other customers who came in to get there eyebrows done. There was three people on speakerphone talking to other people loudly and they never asked them stop. The polish on my fingers is uneven and on my skin. The service was horrible even for a nail shop. My expectations are never high , as there is always language barriers and I understand that but this was just terrible!

Do not get your eyelashes done at this salon. I came out with crooked eyelashes that are not evenly put on and I have a gap on one eye. The lashes they use are cheap looking and straight. I took a shower and they started coming off on only one eye. They are supposed to last 3wks. I also got a pedi and the nail polish is uneven and my left toe is in pain. If I had more time that day I would have went to my usual nail places 😠☹. Now I know why it was not busy on a Saturday afternoon! LESSON LEARNED! 😖😡😠

Bad service! Bad nails! The lady that did my nails didn’t even know what she was doing! She was going based on what the other lady was doing to another clients nails. Worst place to get ur nails!

The Old lady at this Salon is Deceptive & Rude. She will quote a low price at walk in, then everything goes up once theyre working on you. She complains about paying for renovations, before I knew it, I paid $30 more then the previous owners....smh! Stay away from here. ....she complains in Vietnamese!

I had a very bad experience here , they did a horrible job on my feet , one of the guy employees was very rude and used harsh language towards me , I will never come to this place ever again I have never felt so uncomfortable and violated, the employees are very rude I don’t recommend this nail place it needs to be replaced by new employees very disappointed
