Shelley was great. Prices for color are not good.

Furious... My hair is my best quality, by far. Without my hair, I feel naked and unattractive. I went last night to get my haircut because it was my only option cause I could not wait another night with my long hair and shaggy beard. I looked like a lazy bum and prefer the professional cleanly look. I got there and told them the exact measurements of razors to use and in 10 minutes I went from a lazy bum to a struggling heroin junkie. I lost all my hair and beautiful curls. I have to wear a hat now for probably the next two weeks because I am ashamed of what I look like. I will not be returning ever and will address everyone to not to either. Very disappointed. By my picture you can see I my hair and attached is basically what I look like now (He was a rock star heroin addict). Ugh.

Makaila did a really good job. She has an artistic touch. Good spatial recognition and understands the contour of a good haircut. Check her out.

Shellie always does exactly what I want!!! She is an amazing person has a great personality!!! The salon has a great new environment now that Shellie is tge new manager! Will always go back there!!

Decent prices... fairly clean...do not want to hear drama

Every time Ive been in there an had something done to mine an my daughters hair its always been messed up an nothing like what we wanted an showed them. Would never recommend this place.

I walked in and waited 15 minutes then I left. I was never even acknowledged. Worst service Ive ever experienced and very poor professionalism. I would not recommend going here.

I got my hair colored here for my wedding am I loved it... Then I got it permed the perm feel out bout the woman who did it ( Shelby) has worked her butt off to get me back in to fix it I love this place an would come back any time

I dont know what has happened to this place in the last 2yrs since i wrote my review but it has hit the skids..... Now it is only open 1 day a week from 4-7pm , thats no way to run a business

I love this place the manager Shellie is the best I have been coming to her for many years.

My friend went in to get her hair cut and not only were the stylists rude, they were actually arguing back and forth over who had to cut her hair. Nobody wanted to do it. They weren’t friendly and had very poor customer service. The stylist didn’t even make small talk with my friend, she didn’t ask if she wanted her hair styled in any way at the end, she messed it up completely. It’s so uneven and to the point where she’s debating on shaving her head and left in tears. My friend and I will never be returning to this place. Hire new people. We are very very unsatisfied.

Famous hair has a great staff who is willing to go out of their way to make sure that everyone gets the best service possible. I would recommend them to everyone.

A mens haircut is only $13 and they have really fast and friendly service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The spend all of abut 5 minutes on your hair. My man and my son went there tonight and the girl butchered both of their hair cuts. Then when they went back to get a refund she made them wait till she cut someone else hair, and then was going to cut another persons hair. Oh and she also ran her mouth as she walked to the back. Worst place in Bucyrus.

They have experience hair stylist who are friendly and price is reasonable.

They do a good job and get me in and out in a timely fashion.

Horrible sat for 3 hours and my hair looks nothing like the picture I showed her.

They kinda redid everything and worked a bit on pricing. Id give it a month or two before considering 4 stars. 😉
