We have been taking our daughter here for a year now. It has been difficult to schedule visits with our doctor due to Banner Health’s scheduling system. It is unnecessary to be waiting for months to see our doctor for an appointment. Next, if banner health has a policy for only one parent at a time in the room make sure all of your employees know it. We have lost money because we plan to take time away from our job to come together only to have one of us thrown out of this office. And the last thing that is the deal breaker is we have had questions in the past to ask the doctor similar to,”should we get a Covid test for our daughter?” These simple questions apparently can not be answered by anyone with out a full visit and co-pay. We are done with this facility for we now have other places that will take better care of our family.

From the moment you walk into the place the vibe is that no one wants to help you and youre mere presence is an annoyance. The front desk receptionist moves at a snails place and has seemed to offend almost everyone she has come in contact with - shes just rude (her name is Monica). No customer service. She gave me her email to send a form to and didnt realize it was case sensitive so it bounced back...I proactively removed the caps and went back to ask her if shes received it since I had been sitting there for over 20min and she said she doesnt know and want going to check. So rude, so slow and inefficient - sad because this is the first interaction people have when visiting this establishment. Im sure the doctors are great but the front office is the face of an office and this is not the way I would want my business to be

HORRIBLE CARE and this tells me we are just another number and not good quality care. We deserve good care as patients, Banner Health hasnt done this for us. Therefore, I will no longer take my family to Banner Verrado with Dr WILLIS

This is the WORST place to trust with your health. They are rude and absolutely disinterested in helping others. I would NEVER trust these “professionals” with my health or my family’s health. They do not return phone calls or emails, they close early and do not answer their phone during business hours, and frankly, the bad attitude of each employee is too much to take. Cheyenne is rude and unwilling to help at the front desk, and the nurse assistant I saw had the same bad attitude. DO NOT trust this office with your health, or the health of anyone else you know and love. They should not be in the business of helping others.

I came here for the first time and was very pleased with my care. I came to see Randi Herman. Everyone in the office was so sweet! I had about 2 people apologize for the wait after about 5 minutes! I told them I was so grateful as most practices have a 45 min wait. I also am very grateful for their efficiency and level of skill with their blood draw. Randi was very nice, I was a simple case of a wellness exam so it went smoothly.

Very disappointing. I went in because I hurt my back at work from lifting 50lbs boxes and all I wanted was a doctors note that will tell my work I was badly injured from lifting heavy boxes, but no they said I needed to see a physical therapist in order for them to make me a note and it took them a whole MONTH to get me to see a physical therapist and at this point I’m in pain working almost every single day with 50lbs boxes and then I go he tells me I’m too weak, he sends them my results and I call Banner to see if they got them and they said no... and then they tell me it’s going to take days for them to get my results. At this point I’m furious, I’ve been waiting patiently for a whole MONTH. I’m tired and in pain. They then tell me I need to make an appointment just so they can give me a doctors note and guess what I have to wait. All this back and forth just for a damn doctors note. This clinic is awful I recommend not coming here.

Dr. Pyle is amazing but I dont know about the front staff. No one seem to be able to help me with my bill from April. I was told that I owe $352 but it was a routine visit that was cover 100% through my insurance. When I called my insurance they told me that the billing department send it to them as the doctor been out of network. After finding out the issue when I called them they told me they couldnt help me because is was send to collections. A VISIT THAT WAS 100% COVER WAS SEND TO COLLECTIONS SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB RIGHT. Let see if the manager calls me after this review to try to help me. So before paying any bills call the insurance to make sure you really owe that amount.

Back in November my family and I tested positive for Covid. We went to the Banner in Litchfield Park which by the way they were amazing. After i had quarantine and had about 3 more days symptoms free. I called this office for an appointment, because I was in pain, had nothing to do with covid symptoms. When I called in I told the girl what was wrong and she asked me the usual questions regarding Covid, I told her I had tested positive and that I was symptom free and i had passed the quarantine time frame. She got me scheduled. I show up to my appointment and the girl at the entrance asks me the same questions. I let her lnow everything. She then tells me let me see if they can see you. She texted the Doctor and they said no because now I had to be 7 days symptom free. Mind you I am symptom free and was going in for something totally different.I just called yesterday to see if I could take my older son in because he needed a release form filled out so he can play sports again. The form had about 5 check off questions. He did not need to be checked at all because they had done that at the Litchfield office when he went for his 2nd Covid test. Mind you we had Covid at the beginning of November and we are in December. The girl told me she had nothing with Dr Pyle, but if I wanted to see someone else? I said that was fine so she scheduled me with Dr Willis at 8am, but then she comes up with sorry it seems it shows it is double booked. She called the office to see what happened. She comes back on the line and says the clinic will call me right backAbout 5 tob10 minutes I get a call back with them saying they had nothing available, that maybe tomorrow or next week. I needed the form for yesterday. I was so upset, because it seems that just because we had Covid we cant get an appointment. Everything changes as soon as we say we had Covid. I ended up driving to the Litchfield office and the girl at the front desk filled it out and had the Doctor sign. In less than 5 minutes we were out. No need to see a Doctor. I will be searching for a new Clinic.

This location is getting too busy. They advertise they have same-day and walk-in appointments but every time I call there is never anything available. I get the same speech about calling the next day right when they open to see if something is available. The girl doesnt even look in the computer. She just answers the phone and goes right into her spiel. Maybe they should have someone that only sees same day appointments. I work for a health care center and if a patient called asking for a same day appointment we would get up and walk over to the doctor to personally ask if the patient can be fit in. This office never does that. Even if you want a regular appointment you have to book at least two months in advance unless you want an appointment between 7 and 8 am. That doesnt work if you have kids that need to get to school. They definitely need a second pediatrician. Someone that works Fridays would be great since one of the school systems in Buckeye doesnt have school on Fridays. That would be helpful to a lot of families so the kids dont have to be pulled out of school for a doctors appointment. My family has been coming to this location for three years now and its really gotten bad over the last year.

Very difficult to get an appointment with our pediatrician. He is overbooked. Last time we came it was a family doctor who was terrible. With sick 1-year old I had to wait for almost 50 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. When she came she spent as little time with me and my child as she could that I still had questions after she left the room and had to send a nurse to clarify the info from the doctor for me. I complained at the reception.. they took my info and promised that a supervisor would give me a call. Never happened...,very upsetting.

Both have a fabulous bedside manner, take my concerns very serious, and are very thorough.Ive been going to this office since it opened and have seen several different doctors in the practice. With the exception of the Pediatrician, Dr. Pyle, Ive typically had a good experience; my son had a horrible experience with Dr. Pyle a couple years ago and we never returned to see him. My doctors complete disregard for my well being nearly cost me my life. This may sound dramatic, and I wish it were. I will not get into specifics here as I am currently considering filing a complaint with the state medical board. My sole intention is to hopefully make someone think twice before trusting their health care professionals. The above issue aside, let me just say that when a doctor comes into the room and is sickeningly sweet to you, dont buy into it. Ones level of sweetness and trying to act like your buddy is certainly no indicator of their level of skill, empathy, or professionalism. As patients, were too quick to place our trust in the wrong hands. It is my opinion, due to my experiences, that placing ones trust in this clinic is placing their trust in the wrong hands.

Dr. Virgil is incredible! I am a very unique case as I have a rare neurological condition as well as a very long list of other issues that someone my age should not be experiencing. He is the first Dr in 4 years of constant appointments and questions and begging for answers that has treated me like a human being and genuinely cares about what Im going through and how or if were making progress. Hes the first Dr Ive seen that hasnt written me off as needing a psychiatrist and antidepressants because its all in my head. He takes the time to listen to me and actually checks out every new symptom that Im developing instead of having the idea that Im just a crazy person or a hypochondriac or whatever and sending me on my way without answers. If I could give him more stars I totally would! And I would recommend him to everyone I know! Horrible. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with my physician, Dr Willis. Good luck getting in to be seen without waiting at least two weeks, even if it needs immediate attention. They don’t care, they are all booked. She doesn’t have the authorization to prescribe certain medications and isn’t certified for some procedures, so then you’d have to wait even longer to be scheduled with a different provider in the office. I got a phone call to schedule a procedure within a week, schedulers words, but then couldn’t fit me in for nine weeks. NINE! They never return phone calls, I’ve left several messages with staff about bad side effects from a medication and needing a different prescription, nobody calls me back. It feels like she sees her patients as just a number, doesn’t really address concerns. Also, it took them 3 weeks to give me results from my bloodwork but only after I kept calling and asking for the results. They didn’t even call, just sent over an email. I’ve read some people have no problems at this office, but that is not the case for me.Adding an update in reference to the return phone call I’ve been expecting after experiencing bad side effects and needing a new script. Keep in mind they even had one of the messages I left labeled as Urgent.I called again yesterday to get answers and they assured me I’d receive a call later that day, I didn’t. So I called today and they said my provider is out but another provider replied to the message and said to stop taking medication and call my pcp. Nobody notified me of his reply and I don’t believe they were even going to. Also, I need a different medication and have been trying to get in touch with my pcp with no success. So, do I not receive medical care because my doctor is “out for the week” ?

Dr Pyle is amazing when you get in the room but making appointments is impossible - unless it’s a hospital required follow up and all of a sudden they can get you in for an appointment when they couldn’t two days before. They are very busy, so sometimes they cant schedule his checkups until a few weeks past when he hits the age for the checkup. When our second son was born we decided we would try out a different pediatrician and see if we liked them any better, but we had a horrible experience. We went back to Dr. Pyle for checkups for both children and were very pleased. We have decided not to vaccinate anymore, and he was very respectful of our decision. She knew nothing about me and without bothering to read my med Docs gave me another lecture. The first appointment was for my son and lectured me about his care. I have now asked never to be booked to see her again. I could have got better care from a drop in clinic as apposed to waiting 2 weeks to see this Doctor....if your doctors are too busy to know the medical history of their patients its time to lessen the load but if this is a case of her not bothering to know .... I find it interesting that a BIG hospital network like Banner is concerned this much about my $25, especially when they are going to get way MORE than this from my insurance company. I thought they would actually work with me but apparently not. I have been going here for 3 years but I may be changing. Also, the response to all of the negative reviews is the same...Patients Relations is going to be notified. Impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor they must have more vacation days then workdays absolute joke stay away from this clinic. good luck if you attempt to get an appointment with in 3 to 4 weeks for a wellness check up and use your insurance money at providers an organization that cares.11/2016.... still a joke. Im moving the entire family to a place that cares.

If I could give negative stars I would. and I do hope everyone on this site does read this. first off I would like to say I have a very demanding job. I did in fact set up two appointments. one of which I tried to cancel but no one answered the damn phone. so I went along with going to the one that I know I could. THIS MORNING I get a letter in the mail stating that they will ban me from coming to their facility and getting serviced for my medical issues if I miss another appointment. first off, if I have the damn insurance Im getting seen so sit down and shut up with that noise. secondly, I didnt raise hell or act a fool in your facility to get banned from it. I missed an appointment that you guys decided to not answer your phone on. AND THIRDLY, it is illegal to deny medical attention to someone who has insurance. you guy stated in the letter that I messed up everyone elses time slot because I missed mine, but how, when I was scheduled at 7am and you guys open at 7am. You guys are the worse facility ever. I hope that whoever reads this review knows that you can sue them for denying you medical attention all because you missed an appointment in the past if you do in fact have insurance. so dont let them fool you. but now I know why you guys have really bad reviews. you guys are putting verrados name to shame and verrado is a very beautiful respectful place.

Banner corporate has placed this facility an island and left it to fail. 5 and half weeks wait for a T-Dap vaccine is rediculous. Banner was supposed to have a plan to expand this facility as the community grew. What happened, and why arent you giving this location more support? My interactions with the doctors have been great. The front desk is inept and all billing must be scrutinized. Banner corporate needs to budget for more medical staff and start planning for the expansion that they presented to the community before they opened.

This is my second visit to this location and I am disappointed in the quality of service by the doctors. The admin staff is wonderful. My recent visit was with Dr Willis. I recently rolled my ankle which was the purpose of the visit. The doctor looked at it briefly and asked me a few questions. She then asked me if I wanted a referral for ortho visit or physical therapist. Mean while I hadnt even had an xray yet. Before I went to get the xray I explained to the aide that I had one more symptom that I needed to tell the doctor. The aide opened the door (which was right next to the nurses station) and told the doctor that I had one more thing to show the doctor. The doctor replied I am referring her to an ortho doctor so I will get with her later. Got my xray and was ushered out the door. The doctor never talked to my about my x-ray nor a referral. I received a call from the xray tech that I had nothing broken. Today I called the office to get the referral and could not get in contact with the doctor and was told that they do not have a number for me to contact her. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this clinic.

This is a tale of 3 different experiences. I left my last job in June of 2013 & with it full medical coverage. I muddled through with limited Urgent Care coverage, which was basic & haphazard. My husband is a disabled Vet with VA medical, & has to fight for his right to decent care. In March I became eligible for Medicare. It was a battle to find a doctor with all the snowbirds in town. Ruled out anyone along the Bell Road corridor. Found Banner Health Estrella & Verrado. My asthma had really flared up & I needed a care plan. Dr. Cox @ Estrella did a great job but after a few weeks I was still struggling. Got a same day appointment with Paul Schrickel @ Verrado & what a godsend! Paul was thorough, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about asthma & allergies. Left with a page explaining each of the meds I was going to be taking along with 5 prescriptions. One was short term Prednisone, 2 for nasal allergies & 2 for asthma. Was doing much better but still not where I felt I should be. Came in to see Paul again today, who went over the regimen & we agreed we needed to up my Advair. Notice Ive said nothing about copays, being late for an appointment or other issues unrelated or out of the care providers control. If you work within the system, I guarantee you will have a positive outcome. Believe me, the care Ive received is leaps & bounds ahead of urgent care or the VA medical system!

I called in the morning to get my sick baby in right away, he had a real high fever. They got me in and said to be there in 20 min. I was sick myself. So we literally ran out the door and didnt bring anything with me. When we were leaving, the front desk person, Lisa, would not let me leave until I paid for that visit, I said thats not how my insurance works, I dont have a copay. She was sitting there arguing with me while my baby is crying and sick and Im coughing all over the place. I told her I had nothing on me anyway, and she told me I couldnt leave that I had to call someone to bring me the money, she made such a scene and embarrassed me and had no compassion for my sick baby or myself. Lisa was unprofessional and should not be in any contact with patients.

Can NEVER get through to make an appt. If you do get through to get an appt, it wont be same day - which is generally why you are calling...you have a sick child. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance, as we too live in Verrado, and it would be extremely convenient, but EVERY time I call, it is the same. CANT GET THROUGH. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

My family and I, we have been patients at Banner Health Verrado since 2014 and I was always satisfied with the services I received from Dr. Bonati. However, in October I started having symptoms and sought help and was switched to Dr. Ventura as Dr. Bonati left. Dr. Ventura ordered an ultrasound and explained that the office would be in touch but due to the volume of patients he took over from the physician who left, he was never able to follow up with me, but NP Paul Schrickel saw me instead. Regardless of NP Schrickel feeling a mass on my upper back and noting it in my chart. He ordered an MRI of my shoulder joint - where there is no mass, and due to the fact of him not specifying to the radiologist where I have the mass, he then ordered an MRI of my scapula - where I also dont have a mass. The MRI came back normal since I never had a mass in my shoulder joint or on my scapula, and I was told via phone from NP Schrickel that he could send me to do Physical Therapy, but that nothing is wrong with me. My symptoms were still persistent and therefore I had a second opinion which lead to an MRI of the correct area of my upper back where the radiologist found a mass which was surgically removed last week. Needless to say, I completely lost my trust in this facility, as nobody is taking responsibility for what happened and if I would have listened to NP Schrickel, I would still have a mass in my upper back, and he never apologized for his misdiagnosis or negligence. I hope that no other patient will experience what I had to experience there, basically being told I have nothing when there is something clinically wrong with a patient.

Like another of your negative reviewers complained, I just cant get you all to answer your phone to see if you are taking new patients. It is hard for a doctor to provide timely care if you cant even answer your phone without putting someone on hold for God knows how long.

Nice staff, short waits, But Dr. B impersonal puts on gloves but does not touch the pt. Frowns seems squeamish to wounds. I am moving my PCP immediately, even though they are close to me. I got real plan of care for me from a PA in Phx. Not just telling me what I told them or push pills.

Called trying to get my son in as he is struggling with his Asthma and Allergies. This is the provider for our new Meritus plan and its located where we live. While attempting to make an appt was told a few doctors were not accepting new patients and those that are taking new patients dont have any openings for over 10 days! They suggested we take him to urgent care??? Thanks for the suggestion.

Its the best place in Buckeye but its not the greatest place . You schedule your self to see a doctor and next thing you know your appointment is with a nurse practitioner you get there early for an appointment and your seen 30 to 40 minutes later . They overcharged insurance for things that are looking up on WebMD . I will have to say the facilities a clean and blood is drawn at the same place

Banner Health you suck. I went to this location today with a double ear infection (my right ear was bleeding), my arms become numb with sharp pains in them on and off throughout the day. I was very dizzy with no energy what so ever. I waited two hours to be told that they would not be able to get me into see a doctor. I explained to them my symptoms and they stated they could get a doctor to see me in two weeks.
