I used them this last weekend for an out of town trip. They were really professional and responsive and sounds like they are attentive with the dogs. My dog came home happy and tired.

Very unsatisfied. My dog was supposed to have a “surgical procedure” to remove warts. Dropped her off in Payson at 7:00am. With no communication!!! my dog was taken 45 minutes away from where I dropped my dog off. when I was told to pick up my dog at 12:30, Drove to Payson to pick up my dog and was finally informed she had been taken 45 minutes away and I had to unexpectedly drive to get her in tonto basin! Being very frustrated, we called and was told to go to another vet! Very unprofessional and rude would never go back or recommend to anyone!

I booked to leave my dogs for care and the day that I was going on vacation I went to drop off my pets i knocked on rang door Bell and called no one answered so I left to find someone else ..i missed my flight cause of them i will never do business with happy tails

I’m new to Arizona and needed to leave out of state for two weeks. They took good care of my fur baby. He even lost a pound with playing with others. That’s a good thing. 😂 they washed him up and cut his nails too. I even got them to send me a picture of him. Thank you!

They have been taking amazing care of my 2 labs for a few months. Trisha is always communicating with me how they are doing. When my dogs came back the 2nd time my dog was so excited to see TRISH, she yelped. I will always be bringing my dogs back to them!!

I took my little angel tramp, who is a bull terrier, to stay with them for the week. They sent me pictures of my little angel playing with other guest dogs, I loved the pictures they put up on Facebook. My little angel looked so happy. I most definitely will be bringing her back.

I really cannot express how happy I am with this company. I left my my fur baby (Max-pit bull mix) there for weekend boarding and I requested a doggie bath as an additional service. They greeted Max and I, they checked Max’s temperament to make sure he got along with the other dogs (he of course made some new friends). They accepted Max’s food and treats and even allowed for Max to take his favorite toy for comfort. When I came back from my vacation, Max was happy to see me and it seemed Max wanted to bring his caretakers with him lol. I could tell he was treated like family. By the way he smelled awesome with the doggie bath. This is definitely where I’ll be bringing Max for boarding from now on.

I definitely recommend Happy Tails. We will be a repeat client. Working with Trisha was a wonderful experience for us. HappyTails had both my German Shepherds for 3 weeks. I believe they were in great hands while we were away. The pick up and drop off service that they provide is so helpful, since we have been on the road for three days.

We started using Happy Tails Doggy Care a few years. Their rates are reasonable and they have always been awesome. Our kids(dogs) love going there and are always excited. They take great care of our dogs.If you are boarding your dogs for a more than a couple days (I think 5) they will pick up and drop off for free.They do have family time and let us know that in advance, if you cant be prompt when picking up or dropping off your dog, that is on you, not them. They have always been willing to work with us if we had time issues when doing the pick-up and drop-off.They also offer military discounts.One of our dogs would never play with other dogs, when we dropped her off we them know, a few days later they send a video of her playing with a bunch of other dogs, they are amazing and I highly recommend!

They take wonderful care of our 4 babies. And the price is reasonable. We trust them and our dogs like them.

Weve boarded our dogs here twice. Its been great so we keep returning. My dogs love Trish and she offers very clear, professional terms/contract and so many great services! She is also very friendly and efficient:)

I went out of town left my dog with them $5000 English bulldog they left it outside and died of heat stroke

No updates. No live video feed. I was running fifteen min late for pick up and the owner demanded pickup be for the next day. Huge argument, I even said Id pay for that night I just wanted my dog home but because she said Id be interrupting her family time I couldnt get my dog. I explained had I known I needed to be there exactly at 7pm I would have made different pickup arrangements, I sent my daughter who lived close to her, my daughter was greeted at the door with the bag we sent and my dog being shoved out the door saying heres Blu. Horrible service. This is a business that cares for our/your loved ones. The lack of compassion and understanding is upsetting and absurd.If family time is so imperative then maybe you shouldnt run a business caring for ppls loved ones out of your home. Try selling necklaces!!!

I am very happy with the services of this company. I feel that they took good care of my little Chihuahua Coco. The owners of the company are very respectful and if it shows that they really have a heart for the animals. I also asked to have Cocos nails filed and they did more better than Petsmart and without hitting her which is the most important thing. If I am going to visit again and perhaps ask for more services because I really liked the quality of their work. Thanks for taking care of my coconut.
