I called for my first appointment and they were able to schedule me ASAP. I have been there a total of 5 times and each visit has been great. They are quick but they are courteous and thoughtful. The Dr is nice and all the staff is nice as well. One day I was an hour late and they still saw me and I didn’t have to wait. The Buckeye location is open on Saturdays which made it really easy for me to schedule and be seen. The office is also always clean and disinfected after each patient.

Dr Higgins did a great job setting my knee back into place so I could walk again. And his explanation of what additional issues needed to be addressed and how to take care of them on my own time was the icing on the cake. While Following his direction throughout the week, my knee ft better and better every day.

So thankful they were able to get me in last minute as a new patient for a quick tune-up. My routine chiropractor is in Scottsdale and I have been seeing him since before I moved out to the west valley. I absolutely adore him but dont always have the energy to make the trip through the city. Its so nice to have a close option for when I need a little extra TLC but wanna stay close to home. Dr Higgins took good care of me 🙂

I loved coming here! Reminded me so much of my previous chiropractor and his office. Dr. Higgins really knows his stuff and I was very impressed that he knew exactly where my problem areas were. I walked out feeling 110x better and couldn’t be more grateful! I can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks!

I’ve visited the Buckeye location several times for massages. I see Breida and she does an excellent job on my back. I’ve never received chiropractic work here, but the staff is friendly and I will certainly give it a try.

Ive been visiting Goodyear Chiropractic for a couple years now. Ive received several adjustments from Dr. Kristen and deep tissue massages from various people to loosen up my back. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly. The location is clean and well-organized. Every masseuse has been profession, skilled, and provided a solid deep tissue massage. Ive been to multiple locations around the valley and most people are not used to giving a real deep tissue massage. Goodyear Chiropractic has consistently shown the ability to provide a high quality massage and adjustment. I highly recommend.

I LOVE ❤️ this place! I i’ve never been to a chiropractor before I was a little nervous but they were amazing from the front desk to the doctors! The Dr.s & Staff take the time and listen and do an amazing job ! I highly recommend them they also give amazing massages as well!

TL;DR - Make sure to book the appointment in the right location and give your phone number. Massage therapist is skilled but none of the staff are wearing masks. If you are immuno-compromised and/or looking for safe chiropractic/massage therapy during the pandemic, this is not the place.Called to book a massage therapy for the first time. The staff over the phone didnt take down my phone number so they didnt confirm the appointment before my visit. When I went in for my appointment, I found out that I was booked for chiropractor instead, and the appointment was booked for the Goodyear location not Buckeye. I found this out only when I was given the form that looked like a chiropractor form, got suspicious, and asked the front desk staff if I actually had the massage therapy appointment. The front desk staff didnt seem too thrilled to resolve the situation but the chiropractor came in, looked into my issue, apologized, and offered a free massage session which I accepted. I returned for my appointment and I was satisfied with the massage therapy I received.However, as someone mentioned before in the review, none of the staff were wearing masks and there was just one small bottle of hand sanitizer at the front desk. Before my therapy session, I had to request for the therapist to wear a mask. The therapist wasnt sure if there were any in the office but she went out to look for them and came back wearing one, and continued to wear it until the end of the session. I was very thankful for that so all the stars goes to her.This is a place where injured people come in to get better, and some of them could be immuno-compromised. I did not appreciate how the staff werent taking the bare minimum step to protect the customers health by wearing a mask, even if staff undergo daily symptom checks and other steps are taken. There is no way a 6-feet rule can be followed in a chiropractic office so at least wear a mask. Based on the previous review, the owner said theyre following all CDC guidelines but Im not sure if I believe in it. I would only return either when the pandemic is over or when all staff start wearing masks.

Having visited this location, i cant help but to say I AM IN LOVE!!! The staff was extremely helpful and the overall atmosphere gave a very welcoming feeling. Would 100% recommend!

The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The service has always been outstanding and I highly recommend Dr Higgins. He is an experienced Chiropractor and has helped me tremendously with many different ailments and issues I’ve had.

I was an an accident in April 2018, I couldnt walk straight without being in pain. My shoulder, lower back, neck and hip area were injured. It took several visits but they have helped me get back to health to be able to work. I definitely would recommend. I still go back for regular adjustments.The staff is very Friendly and everyone is really nice and welcoming!

In my opinion, this is the office to visit for Chiropractic care in the west valley. Good location with GREAT staff and a very nice office. I’ve always received prompt, efficient and excellent care by Dr. Higgins and the office staff. The office staff are helpful, personable and professional and Dr. Higgins is a technically superior Chiropractor with a great bedside manner.
