Elder Independence is an incredible company Icame to know them because we hired them to do respite care for my dad who has dementia they were so patient and worked with us to find the right side for my daddy and then we transferred to attendant care and his nurses were amazing kind and patient with him no matter how difficult he became due to his dementia I truly appreciated them so much I now work for them as a second job and all of the caregivers I have met are true angels they are kind compassionate patient loving people who truly care for their clients and treat them like family and Mrs Kim the owner and her staff Ginni, Tonda, Feather and Michelle are truly some of the most loving humble honest caring people Ive ever worked for and with. Daily they make not only the clients but employees feel valued, appreciated, loved, respected and needed. My dad and I have truly found a forever family with them. I highly recommend Elder not only because I know first hand from working their the level of time and love the pour into each employee but I have seen first hand with my dad the level of love, time and care they give each client. They go so far beyond what is required to make sure everyone they come in contact feels heard and safe

My husband had a stroke secondary to Covid. Upon discharge from rehab he required continued supervision and assistance at home. We were not excited about having caregivers in our home but knew that was our only choice. Tonda with Elder Independence visited us and got a feel for our situation and challenges. From the very beginning she assigned us the best caregivers to compliment my husbands personality, expectations and needs. The caregivers arrive on time, respect our home, and have allowed me to run our business and not worry about my husband’s safety and care. They have been helpful with scheduling changes and have met every request with a positive and helpful approach. Maranda is conscientious and caring. Just what you want in a caregiver. She is also capable of remaining cool, calm, and collected under difficult circumstances. I was most impressed with her on her very first visit when she jumped right in and helped in every way as necessary under stressful conditions. I know she will be successful in all she does. I would like to make others aware of the superb service & care rendered by the staff @ Elder Independence. I am a multiple myeloma patient from Miami, Fl. For the last 7 yrs, I have traveled to UAMS in Little Rock 3-4 times a year for disease monitoring and/or treatment. Almost every visit requires a bone marrow biopsy with sedation. Such procedure requires a caregiver to be present at bedside prior to discharge & to transport me back to the hotel. I travel alone, so I choose to have Elder Independence provide me a caregiver for such. Every single time it has been nothing short of a great experience. The person assigned to me has always been on time, friendly, attentive & cooperative. I highly recommend the use of this agency for any & all caregiving needs.
