Very professional, good ambiance. Their monthly rates are quite good, while their one-off rates are a little high in my opinion, but the prices match other massage locations. They have good options for what kind of massage you want. The staff are excellent and very kind. Im working to try and budget a massage a month. They helped a lot with my back pain.

The overall experience was amazing, very relaxing and much needed. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and helped me relieve some tension that was on my back.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Sky is a fantastic massage therapist and is great as listening to the needs of her clients and uses special care to work problem areas. If you have muscle pain, Sky will be sure to take that away. I feel instantly better and more relaxed when I walk out of my appointments and always look forward to booking my next one.

The customer service at Elements is Bryan is excellent! My husband and I always have a great experience when we go! I love Brittany for a lighter massage and Sky for a deeper massage! My husband prefers a deeper massage and Sly and Lacey do a great job working out the knots he gets in his shoulders!

I have anxiety due to the pandemic. The salon made meet feel at ease with the pre-check-in in and general clean environment. I had a full body massage and asked for a little extra attention to my sinus to help my congestion. I walked out relaxed and needing a tissue! Will definitely be back next month!

The massages are great and the people are even better. This pandemic as negatively effected us all and that ended up with me having to end my membership here. Elements is so wonderful. When you walk in your whole attitude and atmosphere changes. It was so relaxing. Whoever chose the pictures hanging in there did an amazing job. My only wish would be a more mobile user-friendly interface especially when needing to change or cancel an appointment.I also LOVE that any of my unused sessions as part of my membership can be rolled over or gifted to a friend. Thank you for the extra peace of mind that my investment can be used even if my hectic schedule makes it challenging. This place is awesome. They listen and work on your problem areas really well. I have a bad back and bad circulation in my legs. By time I leave I have no more pain and it last until I go back again. They are very friendly and follow all guidelines that cdc recommends. Have used them for a little over a year and will continue to. Never had a bad massage

My massage experience was fabulous today! I’ve been to elements a few times and have always had a good knowledgeable massage therapist but, today was different. I had originally asked for a deep tissue and then proceed to explain some of my areas on my body that were giving me trouble. The massage therapist Savannah suggested incorporating a few stretches in with the massage, and going with medium pressure (opposed to the deep pressure)with the stretches how it might have a better impact on my body. It was incredible!!! Hands down one of the best professional massages i’ve ever had. Thank you, Elements for having such a professional team of massage therapist that cater to individual needs.

It was my first time visiting the Bryan location as I live closer to the Tower point location . my masseuse was approachable and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed with his great personality and personable demeanor. I have recently started heavy weight training and am often sore all over every day after my workouts. I give my myself the treat of a professional massage once a month to help with the aches and pains, and this trip honestly made it all seem worth the work. My pain was gone, I felt loose and limber .. and decided on becoming a regular at this location with this masseuse. I totally recommend to all who are looking for a great massage as well as a great atmosphere.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapists are friendly and helpful. The store is always nice and clean and inviting. I love how Sky focuses on what I need and even though she has a ton of clients I can go 2-4 weeks without seeing her but she still knows my ailments and treats me very personable. I also appreciate how they tell me if they feel like something is going to work for me or benefit me even if it’s not going to necessarily bring in more money for them. It’s also very helpful that as soon as I schedule my next appointment a reminder text and email is sent to me and the appointment is put in my Google calendar!

Nini was amazing! She listened to what I needed to relax and relieve stress. She did not chat during the massage (which I LOVE), and she used intensely amazing trigger point massage! I was able to feel the knots release and I felt so much better immediately after as well as the next day.

I have had a good number of massages in my life due to serious back injuries (fractured vertebrae, degenerating/compressed discs) and the massage I had with Mary was life-changing. A lot of masseuses I had in the past didnt target these problem areas even when I voiced that that was what I wanted and needed, and I would leave unsatisfied, disappointed and still in pain. It has been 5 days and I am still feeling great from my massage with Mary! I will definitely be back!

This was my first massage ever and I had a deep tissue massage because Ive had pain shooting down my arm and I couldnt move my head without pain due to knots in my shoulder and neck. I went to John and afterwards the pain went away and I woke up the next day and I felt incredible! There was no more pain at all, I could move my head! Im very very grateful that he helped me out! I will definitely be going back monthly!

The massage by Caryna was fine. She is clearly knowledgable. I always get the deep tissue and she penetrated satisfactory enough, which is sometimes an issue for me. She also did some arm manipulation that Ive never had done before, and it seems to have opened up my range of motion.The ambience was also nice and relaxing.The reason for the 2 instead of 5 star rating is: I requested the hot stone and aroma therapy once I got into the room, but only got aroma therapy. Perhaps youre supposed to request that beforehand but that wasnt made clear.More significantly, by the time I was finished with the paperwork, disrobed and on the table it was close to 2:10. I was finished, dressed, paid and out the door by 2:50. So the one hour massage was actually closer to 35 minutes.When asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity on my card, I said, Yes, 20. That was a pretty quick hour though.The receptionist simply disregarded the comment and sent me on my way (after charging the 20, of course).

Horrible experience from start to finish. The massage therapist was on her phone the whole time, said a few cuss words. Then turned on the lights and tried to tell me my shoulder was out of place, then she left the room for 10 minutes, comes back and is trying to pop my shoulder, like a chiropractor!!! Forget relief and relaxation! You’ll get more stressed and have more issues when you leave. I will be calling my lawyer.

My 90 minute massage with Delana left a lot to be desired. I might try this place again but Im not sure if I would reschedule it with her. I got into the room at 12:05 (was left for about 5-10 minutes to undress) and Delana was done by 1:20. Given that with a tip I spent over $100, I dont feel like it was worth it. My favorite part of most massages is the face/head part and I didnt get my head massaged at all. Kind of disappointing because I was hoping to get more from a 90 minute session here but Ive gotten better 60 minute massages for less elsewhere
