I have known Dr. Rice for years. As a physician, I can unequivocally attest to her rare ability to balance the science and art of medicine. She truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to serve each. She went into medicine for all of the right reasons and is an absolute blessing to this community and especially to the thousands of patients she has served.
