The doctor and staff are friendly and caring. I am a cash pay customer and the rates have been reasonable. She does not order unnecessary tests or add on additional charges. She is very attentive to the patients needs, now and future. She is the only physician that I have been to that treats not just your physical ailments but goes beyond to check on your mental health and well being and recommends and encourages natural treatments along with necessary pharmaceuticals. I never feel as if I am rushed and have the opportunity to respectfully detail my reason for the visit and any concerns that I may have ..so yes sometimes there is a wait, but I can appreciate the reason behind it as I get ample time spent with me as well. I feel as if the doctor and the staff genuinely care about me as a person and am grateful that there are a group of people like that at a doctor’s office. It definitely makes the visit more enjoyable instead of something to dread.

Every appointment is at least 4 hours even if you have an appointment. Ive been going here for a year and its always the same. She tries to push other items to make extra money. She also will charge your insurance for tests she never administers. Find someone else because you will regret going to this doctor.

Dr cherian is probably the best doctor to ever care and help me no matter the problem and if you want to complain about the wait understand she is the only one that also deals with addiction maintenance so everyone on here needs understand that ur bs can wait there are so many people trying to better themselves and I u want to come plaln the first time I went over there I had to wait for six and a half hours so Dont complain

The reviews can not be correct because she was one of the sweetest and most reliable dr that I have visited and I will continue to return. I had tests run and got accurate results in a timely manner. I was a self pay and the prices were reasonable.

This place is very disorganized and not run efficiently. Waited several hours before being seen and the staff is rude and inconsiderate. Feels like they are doing you a favor when you are paying for services.

The place was not open for two days in a row. Their voicemail stated they were open normal business hours so I had to drive a family member who lives over an hr away to read a paper note on the door saying they were closed. They should have changed the voivemail to state the change in hours. This kind of clinic/dr is important to a lot of people and not everyone lives nearby and when busy they do not always answer the phone. Not happy about wasting time and gas for negligence. Shows how little a place actually cares about the patients.

After years of misdiagnosis, we finally took my son here. Finally had a Dr listen to us that something was wrong. She is now the Dr for the entire family. Extremely thorough!

Wait all day and they don’t care

They make you wait all day. Don’t follow up labs or any other info. Over bill patients that have really Ins not Medicaid. Cater to Medicaid patients more than the patients who have Ins or pay cash.
