Dr. Lim treats my dad, who has multiple health challenges. She is extremely attentive and always spends plenty of time with him. She also keeps informed on the latest research findings and has switched his meds quickly in cases where new recommendations come out.

I came in and went to the front desk and this African American woman gave me a rude look and rudely said can I help u? And I told her I was a new patient and she and???? I dont know you she then continued to be rude and then tell another front desk woman that I was lying and only had been her not even 5 minutes when I had gotten here at 933 and still hasnt been given my paperwork at 945. Im definitely writing a grievance and they should really talk to that woman because that just represents ur business. Im definitely not pleased at all
