I have been a patient of Dr. Stoneciphers since 2013. He and his staff have always gone above and beyond in helping me in treating my chronic pain. I am always happy to see them and they are extremely courteous and kind, with smiles on their faces and always wanting to help. I could not have been able to deal with my chronic pain without Dr. Stoneciphers care and exceptional help in healing me. I have been very grateful and appreciate each and every time I see him. I couldn’t have found a greater physician than Dr. Stonecipher and thank my lucky stars everyday.

I had some questions to ask because I was moving to Texas in July and needed a pain management doctor there. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes when they finally answered she was going to put me on hold again. It is not the receptionists fault they only had 2 people answering the phone. It is very poor management

PHYSICIANS ARE ACCEPTABLE BUT OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED
