It has been a month since my visit and they are still finding ways to frustrate me. First, when I called to schedule an appointment I waited 10 minutes before someone picked up. They told me X-rays were walk in only but would be fast. Then, I show up and see two people behind the glass not assisting other customers but also not making eye contact with me so I am unsure of who to check in with. Finally, one of them says she’ll be with me in a moment. 10 minutes pass. Then she takes 30 minutes to check me in. This is a place that images broken bones. Thankfully I was able to stand for that amount of time. She asked me unnecessary questions (her colleague confirmed this) and did not place me in the “waiting list” to be seen. Therefore, three people who came in after me and got checked in quickly by the other staff member were seen ahead of me. Finally, I get the X-rays and the technician was curt. I receive the text asking me to leave feedback, but am unable to verify my identity because my birth day is incorrect. Weeks later I receive a large bill from insurance and after calling insurance discover that the claim was made with the incorrect birthday. This information was also on my X-ray report. Weeks after that, I receive a bill from this place and it’s for an X-ray of a different body part than the one I had imaged and also mentions a problem with insurance. Now I have to call (hopefully someone picks up in a timely manner) and sort out this mess that would’ve been avoided if people had done their job correctly. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Went in today , the front desk lady was very rude , at first she claimed she couldnt assist in helping me because she wasnt the one in charge to help me . Then budged in to help with an attitude . The nurses were so much nicer , and communicated better even if language was a barrier .

I had to get a CT and had the best care here at Bryan radiology Associates. I was treated well from interactions on the phone, front office, and specialist that ran the procedure. I felt very comfortable. The procedure was explained well and my results were ready in a timely fashion. I would recommend to all of my friends for imaging.

It is often poorly understood by folks that medical charges for radiology services include a portion for the taking of the image and a portion for the interpretation of the image by the doctor. So a patient that receives a bill from Bryan Radiology (the doctor group) will certainly have had images taken at one of the hospitals or imaging centers for which they provide interpretations. Please note that the imaging center previously owned by Bryan Radiology is now owned and operated by CHI St Joseph Hospital. So patients will now receive separate bills for the taking of the image (CHI) and the interpretation (Bryan Radiology).

I wouldnt give anything that smashed my breast to half an inch thick a 5 star rating. I am happy to give them a 4 star rating. I went for my VERY FIRST mammogram - I was absolutely terrified. I almost fainted when I stepped up to the machine. The technician was very attentive and caring. She was friendly and talked me off the ledge. She had me laughing so hard, I could hardly stand still for the imaging :) We accomplished the mammogram without incident. The tech was even friendly when I ran into her an hour later at Academy. AWKWARD!But since we have to have our breasts wrangled, its a good place to go.I have no idea why this review is posted under the name John Deans. He doesnt have breasts and didnt write the review.

Oh my God! These people have been a blessing to my and my husbands family. They were so kind and caring with my mother in law, even the radiologist assistant gave her best to talk in Spanish to her. Later on, I asked for a copy of her records and they gave all, everything about mammogram, biopsy and radiology images. Theyre a great team... Everything was free and financed by a Health Program. May God bless and fill their hearts with joy and grace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went to them a few years ago.They picked up an anomaly and were able to check it out and let me know that I had a lymph node that was lower than normal. After years of being told to come back for second mammograms it was nice to finally find someone who could do it all in one stop. Id recommend them to anyone who wants comprehensive care from a caring staff.

This was a bad day for me before I even arrived- - very dizzy, etc and I had to have an MRI test. The office staff helpful and nice but the tech was over the top! She took time, gave me water, explained details, and was like a gift in a time that I was sick and shaky. I appreciated you, STEPHANIE.

What a wonderful set of people. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness. They made my mammogram quick, painless and settled all my fears.

The service and staff are great. The billing is ridiculous, the phones arent answered or hang up without a message, there is no callback. Tried to pay, oh well.

Dont like that St. Joes bought them out but still a great imaging center.

I went to this place that was recommended by my doctor to get a chest x-ray. I paid for the x-rays up front. That was on Mat 12, 2017. On May 20, 2017 I got a bill in the mail from them for x-rays. When I called it took the woman about 4 hours to call me back from the billing department. The question that I have is how many people have just paid the bill and not paid any attention to the billing statement. This is against the law to send someone a bill for services they have already paid for. I will never go here again. They are dishonest

The front staff was more like a pit of vipers and was as helpful as a drunk. If I can help it I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

They Called me and said I had an unpaid balance. I have never been to Bryan radiology before?

I seriously question the unethical billing practices of this business. I had 2 MRIs over the summer (I paid the amounts charged at the time of service) and almost 5 months later they send me a final notice bill threatening to turn me over to a collection agency for a bill I know nothing about. This is the first time I received anything in the mail and never was contacted by phone to inform that I owed anything beyond what I already paid.The bill they sent me did not reference either service I had done nor show what I already paid verses what insurance paid. All that was on bill was an amount due with no further explanation-this is extremely lazy and sloppy accounting. Unfortunately, I cant talk to anyone in the office and get this resolved as you have to leave a message for someone in accounting to call you back-so Im writing this review while I wait:)

They tried to charge $900 for an ultrasound...??Staff was incredibly rude. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Never been here and am Veteran in Army and have this company putting Collection account in my name and ruining my Credit and keeping me from purchasing house.

Their bills don’t reference service or date. Not a good way to get paid folks, no matter how “great the service”.

I have called customer service on several occasions about my account balance; however, no one has returned my call Needless to say, I am deeply disappoint in this lack of service/ attention to detail.

I had the worst customer service here. They said someone would get back with me about a billing issue, but they never did. I had to call in again in order to talk to someone. Shady billing practices and dishonest people.

Received a bill for $275 for MRI ... no explanation other than date... Have never heard of them b4 getting bill,,, nothing on bill about insurance filing.Id say this company is either poorly run or crooked. havent been to Bryan for any reason in years...

If I could give a no star review I would. Dealing with these people are a nightmare!!! Go anywhere but here please. I have to call at least three times because I get hung up on. All I want to do is pay my bill... in full. I have given them my card information three times! They dont charge my account, they forgot. WHAT DID YOU DO with MY CARD INFORMATION????!!!!! I am calling a 4th time today. I have been hung up on twice before I can even give my name. All I hear is them laughing when they pick up the phone. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! BY FAR THE MOST INCOMPETENT staff I have ever worked with.

Ive never even been here, and they sent me a bill.

Shady billing, lies, poor quality X-Rays. They are extremely hard to deal with - do not pick up the phone during posted business hours.
