I love this dental clinic. It’s always a good experience. Easy to make appointments, and always great service!! I actually even got educated by one of the hygienist here she taught me things I was never told at previous dentist offices about cavity prevention and overall oral health. I’m so thankful to be able to have access to oral care and have an affordable dentist. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care but on a budget.

Everything was really great! Fast, pain free, and ALL of the employees were absolutely lovely!

Dr Alonge is our Dentist in the last 8 years. He always treats us with care and compassion. He has an excellent skill, make everything fast and perfect, and also pain free. We have been very well taken care of. I think he is the best Dentist we’ve met so far.

Only since retirement have I needed low-income services. The care I received from Dr. Alonge was EXCELLENT - pain free, efficient, and appropriate. Everyone at the clinic treated me with respect.Ive had LOTS of experience with dentists and dental clinics, so I have a good baseline to compare to. I went here years ago and the dentist was such a total a$$hole that I never went back. Fast forward to today when I find myself in need of a cleaning beyond my budget and think of returning just to see that nothing has changed.Advise to the public: If your broke with no other dental options then prepare to be treated like scum and suck it up.Advise to the employees: If your unhappy with your job then take the initiative to leave, and if that is the only clinic that will hire you then show a little decency to those who are also limited in options. If you aren’t able to work somewhere else and we aren’t rich enough to go somewhere else either then we’re the same, so be kind to one another.

Dentist was rude and refused to fill my daughters tooth even after I got a letter from her orthodontist and surgeons stating it was ok for her to do it. I sat in the office 2 to 3 hours with my toddler on the initial visit AND on the visit that she refused to fill my daughters tooth. 6 HOURS OF MY LIFE WASTED. I was quoted double what I should have paid and am thankful that in the end she kept her unprofessional unskilled hands out of my loved ones mouth.

If there was a way to rate this place a 0 star trust me I would. I came in for my teeth to be cleaned and it felt like I went back in time in the mid-evil Torture years.Im pretty sure the dentist knew I was in a hell load of pain because I was crying,all tensed up and biting her. In the first 10minutes of me in that chair being torture it was hell and I will advise anyone and everyone not to come. Not even an animal deserve this kind of pain i received today.

Life happens...but they need to be more considerate of peoples time and money. Staff are nice, but if youre too busy call and give people the option to reschedule. Dont wait until the last minute and then expect patients to pay more money for services they were supposed to recieve during the appointment. Theyre normally okay, but today I was very disappointed.

I went in there today in a lot of pain I had broken a piece of my tooth a few days before .....the pain woke me up out of my sleep last night. ...so it hurts pretty dam bad .....the assistant Lorena Solis was so rude ....first after handing her my paper work...she said ok sit down in a rude voice ....I was in too much pain to even go there with her....then she calls me back to examine me ....I told her about the broken tooth and showed her which too.....she said I dont see a broken tooth....I told her well I know for sure I do .....she said well usually when I touch a patients tooth ...if it was painful they would jump out of the chair.....so Im looking like ok....well my mouth is killing me........the entire time shes referring to me information regarding other parients.....while using a very rude tone ......I will never ever go to the place again.....and I advise others not to use them

This was torcher. Its a day later after receiving right side cleaning. The worst dental appt in my life!!!

This place is a terrible. I called to get my xrays and they informed me I could not get them and told me to hold on put me on hold then hung the phone up. I have called back twice they send me to there voicemail machine. There office lady’s are lazy and rude.

Ive never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The dental assistant was extremely rude and obstinate. I had a broken tooth and the lady was treating me as if I was a criminal. I would not have been there if I was not in such excruciating pain.
