Contacted them to make an appointment and make sure that they took my insurance. They called back and confirmed that yes they do. I went in to the appointment, and check again wit the secretary to make sure that they did indeed take my insurance. During the appointment, the dental hygienist asked about my sex life which I found to be VERY unprofessional. A few days later after the appointment, they called to say that no, they dont take my insurance and that the full amount is due. I explained what had happened before. All they did is say sorry and that I owe the full amount. They took no responsibility. I do not trust them and you should be careful too! Will NOT go back.

I have been to several appointments with Dr. Burchfield and I find his staff and dental care to be very professional and helpful.
