Absolutely love this place! Not only did they help me recover from my car accident injuries AND help with my chronic migraines, but the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve ever seen. Everyone remembers your name and they’re so attentive to all of your needs. Dr. Alicia is the best! She’s so sweet and helpful and you can tell she really cares about the work she does. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

Adequate chiropractic care, but the doctors and associates had NO MASKS. And the doctors didn’t even put a mask on once I expressed concern. Only stayed because I’m fully vaxxed. If you are concerned about this, like me, I would go somewhere else. But if you want chiropractic care with a side of Covid this is your place .

I would like to first explain my situation prior to coming to Stephenson Chiropractic. I was living with incredible pain every day; my back, my knees, headaches, tremors, even falling at work after losing balance. That was my everyday life. Once coming to this office, Dr. Stephenson was able to identify the cause of my condition and provided a pathway to treatment and ultimate relief. After two years of consistent adjustments and exercises, I have experienced much relief. The X-rays speak for themselves. Theres been a positive realignment of the spine and a decrease in stress on the spinal cord. As a result, Im able to go day to day without the pain and live a happier and healthier life. The best thing is being able to pick up my kids. That was the real kicker, not being able to for fear of dropping them if was a real downer for me. I called to set up an appointment to get an adjustment done. I told the receptionist, who is very sweet, thats what I wanted. No mention that I would have to have an entirely separate appointment done for that after having an assessment appointment done first where they make you take XRays and put you on a stem machine for 5 mins. Walked out paying my $50 copay only to be told I had to come back the following day to get my results and at that time I can get an X-ray done if I choose and pay ANOTHER $50 copay. I came back to get my results and was told I needed a series of appointments starting with 3 times per week! WHAT!!!!!! Im a healthy individual, young and Im in no way in major pain. Why in the world would I need this extensive plan? They should have told me from the beginning they wouldnt do an adjustment first visit. They are milking my insurance for all they are worth. I left and will not return. They are shady! And to top it off the adjustment he gave me was not an adjustment at all! He barely did anything and just used this little gun thing to tap my back and thats it! Then put me on a stem machine again and called it a day! $100 wasted!!!! Left and went to The Joint off Wellborn and saw Dr. Shaw and he actually performed an adjustment!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had a horrible lower back spasm and I called their office to see if they could fit me in the same day and they found a way to squeeze me in their day to be examined and receive therapy. I am super grateful for them going the extra mile for their patients.

We love Stephenson chiropractic. They are always on time and take amazing care of us. I have gone from a pain level of a 10 to no pain at all. It has taken time and patience, but those are both things that Dr. Alicia has in spades. I could i not recommend them more highly.

A couple of years ago I found myself in increasing back pain and stiffness; I was walking like a 90 yr old way too young! I tried seeing an orthopedic specialist and he couldnt help me. I tried seeing a neurologist and he couldnt come up with any ideas either. Meanwhile my leg was becoming numb from pressure on the spine. I decided to try Chiropractic and contacted Dr. Stephenson. They got me in, he pinpointed the problem, and devised a treatment plan to address it. After the first treatment the pain was diminished considerably. By the time the plan was complete I was limber and moving around like a 40 something should! Ive since had an accident that dislocated a rib and caused whiplash injury. He got me limber and out of pain again! Friendly staff, happy environment, excellent treatment options, and theyve worked with me on insurance. I recommend them to all my friends with back issues.

My name is Cindy Bandy and I have experienced sciatic pain for many years. The wake up call for me was last November after a long flight. When we landed I was in tears from the discomfort. A good friend suggested I visit the Stephenson Clinic. I was skeptical but also desperate. After a thorough exam and X-rays a treatment plan was implemented. Adjustments and therapy twice weekly for at least a month. I was evaluated again and had made progress. I continued the twice weekly for another couple of weeks and found my pain had gone from a 10 to a 4. It was amazing to sleep easier. After consultation with Dr. Ted and Dr. Alicia it was determined that I could try once weekly adjustment with therapy and incorporate stretching as well. The stretching I can do in the clinic, at home or both. This hasnt been a cure and I dont know that there really is total/complete relief. But my life is better, that I do know. The entire staff is there for you and they want you to succeed. I know that I will continue to do that!

I am an 18 year old High School senior who was suffering from back pain from a sport related injury. My physician recommended that I go to a Chiropractor sense no medication could alleviate all of my pain. I can now say I am pain free! I honestly did not know what a chiropractor did exactly, but Dr. Ted, and Dr. Alicia and their friendly staff explained everything to me so I could understand and would answer any question I had along the way. Words cant express the appreciation I have to these doctors for not only curing my back pain but changing my life. As a college student finding a chiropractor that provided top service and is affordable is a difficult task. However, when I was recommended to this doctor by a good friend I decided to give them a try and I do not regret it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff that did not make me feel like a patient but part of a family. It is hard to explain, in a matter of fact it cant be explained you need to visit this establishment to experience this welcoming atmosphere. The Doctor took his time to fully meet my expectations and my back has improved dramatically. I refuse to go anywhere else, for my spinal adjustments than these two doctors, you simply can not go wrong. Before coming to this doctor I had tried all the other chiropractor in the Brazos Valley area, but none of them gave me the expression that they cared about me as a person. Instead, all they cared about my money and the staff made me feel obligated to sign a contract rather than give me time to talk it over with my parents. If you are looking to be treated as a part of a family while receiving top-level medical adjustments I recommend you to come here. I If you simply dont mind being seen as another patient in a non-caring environment please go to another chiropractor.

All the staff at Stephenson Chiro are caring and personable.You are greeted by name and smile.You are treated with eye contact and a listening ear.Both Doctors have hands that know where to touch the ache or pain.Mostly it is the adjustments that keep me strong, walking tall, and resistant to many germs. Even my seasonal allergies are less from 2x a month visits to get adjustments as I approach another birthday.

Dr. Stephenson is a great doctor and shows excellent care and concern for his patients! I continue to see him to maintain my physical health and can honestly say that I have never been more physically fit and in bettter shape! Thanks so much.

Before I started coming to see Dr. Ted Stephenson and Dr. Alicia Stephenson I was having horrible neck and mid back pain and with that came along headaches. Being a student having all that going on plus having to study was not a good combination I was doing poorly in school not being able to concentrate. After a couple of visits I could see the huge changes no more pain or headaches. Both the Doctors and their staff are super friendly and have great affordable prices I recommend for everyone having neck or back pain to give them a visit you won’t regret it definitely worth it !

Awesome staff, friendly, clean and they have done a great job of helping me with my pain.

I do not recommend this place. I went here for a possible bulging (herniated) disc treatment, and after two appointments where they did NOTHING to physically treat the issue (no proper adjustments or alignments), they told me I had a major spine disease. They created a large packet of my results and sat me in a room to explain what their plan for treatment was. They claimed this was a severe problem and treatment would cost 6,000 dollars. While crying in the office due to them severely scaring me (I am a college student so I was dealing with this entirely on my own), they continued explaining how my health is basically deterioriating and I must act quick to manage my problem. I went to a spine specialist and found the actual problem and was properly treated in a matter of two weeks. WOULD NOT recommend this place. I felt scared, trapped, and not properly treated at all.

I feel I can talk to my doctor about any problem I may have and she is willing to listen to me and help me in anyway she can

Nice people, especially Jessica who works at the front desk, but I strongly STRONGLY encourage people to do their research before committing to months of expensive chiropractic treatment. Prepaid Chiropractic care comes off as a red flag to me, but just do your research.

My mom has been suffering from really bad shoulder pain, the Drs (though I admit they are very friendly) promised they could help her, but she ended up wasting lots of money, time, and going through even MORE PAIN, and they made her condition even WORSE. We were so disappointed and I was heartbroken over my moms condition, I didnt know how to help her with her excruciating pain, so please do yourselves a favour and dont waste your money and time here. We really liked the Stephenson Drs at first because they were so nice and friendly, and so is their staff, but we needed professionals who could fix my mom not just friendly faces who make fake promises!

On two separate occasions in the past decade Stephenson Chiropractic has eliminated my back and neck pain when my primary care physician said he couldnt do much and gave me narcotics. These people have the highest professional and ethical standards and I could not give a higher recommendation.

I went there for the initial evaluation and when I told them I wanted to wait to make any decisions about if I wanted to continue with care they tried to force me into making a decision on the spot. They make you sign a contract that says you will pay X amount no matter if you continue with treatment or not. (Mine was around $4000) Also, the price they quoted me was a lot more than other chiropractors. Over all, I just felt like I was being forced into making a pricey decision and almost felt trapped in the office because they did not want me to leave to think about if I could financially make the commitment.
