Pretty good doctor. Mostly tells and doesnt listen too well. Make sure you have approved all the testing or your bill we be outrageous and he keeps hounding for payment on unauthorized tests. Good luck.

I brought my son to our primary care DR and he put in a referral to this Dr. His rep called me to set up an appointment. While scheduling the appointment over the phone she asked me if I wanted to give my son numbing cream. I asked a few questions about the cream like what it does and what it is for. She explained . I told her yes I would like to give him the cream. She then asked me what pharmacy I wanted to chose. I gave her our pharmacy.I showed up on time to his appointment. We were called back and the nurse asked me for the numbing cream. I advised him that I did not have any. He asked if I was given a prescription for the cream and I told him no I wasnt. He then said they did not have any cream and he would need to call in a prescription to the pharmacy downstairs that I could go pick up. A few minutes later the DR comes in and says the downstairs pharmacy did not have any and he had to call in a prescription to Krogers and I needed to go get it. So I leave and half way to Kroger pharmacy the DR calls me and says that by the time I get the cream and get back they would not have enough time to do his appointment and I needed to come back at 1pm, I live 35 minutes away and didnt have the time to drive around for hours waiting for 1pm. I advised this to the nurse and she transfered me. The lady I spoke to said she told me that I needed to pick up the cream prior to his appointment. SHE DID NOT!!!! She asked me about the cream and what pharmacy I used. Never once did she say I needed to go pick it up. I assumed she asked about the pharmacy incase I needed to pick my son up a prescription AFTER his appointment. They need to do a better job at explaining things. When I explained this to her she basically told me im out of luck and she doesnt care. I contacted my sons primary Dr and asked for a new referal to a more professional place. Do not go to this place.

If you’re still going to mandate a face mask then supply them.

He and his other staff has made a big change in helping my children with thier allergies and asthma. I recommend seeing him. You will not regret his help.

Nice guy; However, totally misdiagnosed me. :( Their young staff was training each other using me while testing. I only had a small window for testing and now Im stuck in the house now for over 6 months and they cant test again until the end of summer. I just had to quit a job I loved and worked at for years as I can no longer go outside without a mask.Every doctor I have disagrees with him. He thought it was what he wrote his thesis paper on (stomach acid) Endoscopy confirmed this could not possibly be the problem. How could he think I have no allergies is beyond me. I really chose wrong and now it is costing me my freedom until I can be tested again...Thanks, Doc! Also, I was at 100 of my deductible being met last year and yet, they still managed to bill me $160 above my insurance (not sure why). Not likely to pay you for this disaster! Perhaps, they should do some more training in all areas. Finally, the office they rent in Huntsville is filthy! I dont think that office has been cleaned for a very long time. This doctor has the potential to be really good at what he does. I truly hope he gets there. Unfortunately for me, he really did a disservice for me. :(

Never returned my calls on test results, needing a different prescription or request for a referral.

Our son was sick all the time. Never could figure out why. He was finally allergy tested by Dr.Paull and come to find out he was really allergic to everything outdoors. He suggested shots. We started then knowing it would be a 5yr treatment. He is way better now and because Dr. Paull wants to help you beat your allergy and asthma issues not just treat them my son can be a normal kid today and play sports. Thank you sir. The staff is always amazing!!

Dr. Paull is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He helped accurately diagnose IBS and I’m now in remission. He is BEYOND anything I’ve ever seen. I can eat again!

I have had tons of doctors, even more testing, and finally....I found Dr. Paull. He spent almost an hour with me on my initial visit, learning about my history and reviewing all of the testing I had done. After that meeting, he mailed a summary of all the things we talked about and an ACTION PLAN. A year later, I am healthy, and actually living...not just trying to make it through the day with my symptoms. I could not be more grateful that I made an appointment with Dr. Paull. Wow I thought I had bad asthma n allergies.Im learning a lot about my health,all I can say if you need a Dr that will answer n explain things to you hes the one for me yes I do have allergies n Im still learn more. Im glad I looked in my yellow pages n found him.
