Really a mixed bag of reviews on this place, so it was with minor trepidation that I went to Coastal Medical Supply this morning, to pick up a newly prescribed roll-ator.if you dont know where youre going, it can be tricky to find. It doesnt help that Google maps gets this one wrong, and the street view has changed dramatically (Years ago, I was told. Come on, Google!).Once you get there, its all good, though!The building has that funky smell old medical supply buildings always seem to have. But as soon as you open the door, the place is inviting, from the way the displays are set up to the smiling staff. Its arranged so that it feels more like boutique shopping than picking up a crutch or a toilet aid. And the staff is so warm and friendly that it just adds to the boutique feeling.I left today with exactly what I needed (in spite of the fact that until I got t here, I hadnt been sure what that was), fully informed about how to use and care for it, and with a smile that has carried me through the day!All that, and Im mobile now, too! Ill catch yall at the beach!

They let my girlfriend run out of oxygen. She had to be taken to the hospital due to this. They said just call 911 if you run out of air

I broke my kneecap on the 15th. My surgeon wrote a prescription for a wheelchair. I live alone, my friends work, and this place closes at 5. Great customer service hours. When I called I spoke to a woman (Pam I think) and asked if they could deliver a chair and pick up the prescription. Well she said it doesn’t work like that. I have to drop off the prescription then they have to call the surgeon and then I’d have to come back and pick up the chair several days later or pay $50. This is for a chair I’d be renting!!! I asked her what other people do who are alone and can’t drive, do they just roll around on the floor in their house. She of course didn’t know. You couldn’t PAY ME ENOUGH to do business with this sorry excuse for a business. A cab would cost me @ $30 round trip each time. Keep your wheelchair, I have a desk chair with wheels and 2 crutches. I’m getting around just fine.

Excellent customer service! Had to pick up a few items for a family member and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They helped me fully understand the equipment and demonstrated how to use it. I would recommend them to any and everybody.

Kory jenkins . Extremely satisfied now.even though i didnt have a receipt they let me bring in a bank statement to show proof i bought and replaced my old boot with a new boot.i will continue doing business with them in the future.

I have left numerous messages for the RT Jennifer to call me concerning my C-Pap flow pressure since the 12th of July and of now still have not be contacted. I have had enough snd am changing companies to get better service. This is the worst customer service ever. I would not given even 1 star but that is the only way to write a review.

Ive been trying to get my free breast pump from them for what seems like a month. They keep saying I need this and that then when i bring it in, its something new that they need. They then get my pump in tell me theyll hold it but give it away to another customer 2 days later. I now have to wait again... this is ridiculous!! If I knew Id be treated this way, I would have gone somewhere else because they obviously dont care about their customers...

I ordered scrub tops from them, they quoted me a delivery date and arrived 2 weeks later. And not only that but in the WRONG COLOR. I called and because the tags were removed from the tops they would not replace them for the correct color!!!! Very rude staff.I am a student at the local college and will let my teacher know of my experience so she will not recommend this company
