I used to love this office, now every-time I have problems at front desk. This past time I scheduled an appointment for birth control options that was with the nurse so I needed to wait for a doctor. waited almost a month for an appointment that I missed, I called rescheduled the same day. Come in a month later they didn’t even put it on the schedule, and the lady at the desk was very rude and not apologetic for the mistake. now three months later I haven’t gotten my birth control switched.

Some of the worst experiences I have ever had, refusing to see me after multiple positive pregnancy test including a digital when I have a blood clotting disorder and history of miscarriages, saying they are probably false positives and being rude on the phone. Will be switching IMMEDIATELY

This was the best experience, the whole way from start to finish. Everyone in the office is fantastic, and I highly recommend them!

Good luck having simple bloodwork drawn if you have a history of pregnancy related conditions and are showing signs of having it again. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO FIGHT TO HAVE A SIMPLE BLOOD DRAW DONE.
