I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jada the receptionist who was very nice and quick. She called and answered any questions I have had and I never had to call her back if she told me she had to find out she made sure to call me by the end of the day. Dr.Hutson was recommended to me by our past neurologist back in our home time and we did telehealth the only thing I didn’t like was the platform used because I could barely here her at times with my sons screaming but she was very attentive, understanding & patient with us. So far so good I’m hoping to continue to have a such a great experience.

The biggest circus in Brunswick. Wait times are insane once you arrive for your appointment and that is honestly the least of your worries with these people. God have mercy on you if your child is about to run out of a medication that they absolutely have to have and you are depending on this office to call it in for you. We have been forced into going to the emergency room twice to get a prescription sent in because this office doesn’t care enough to get back in touch with us. If you have the option of going somewhere else do it.

Very clean, friendly, modern/colorful office. Wait time can be lengthy according to what we are in for but we have always had great service. & my son looks forward to playing on the indoor slide.

Dr. Hustson has been treating my son for over a year now. She has done remarkable job with helping us find answers. My husband and I credit her largely with helping us recover our son. My son looks forward to playing at the “sandcastle doctor.” Medically he has been through quite a bit so I would say that his trust in her and willingness to go see her with out tears speaks volumes! Sometimes the wait time can be long however she’s one few pediatric neurologist in south eastern georgia and she’s one the best. She has patients that travel from good distance away us included. She dedicates her time with her patients appointments to through documentation listening and evaluating your child. I would rather have Dr. who I wait for because the are dictated to doing a complete and through job versus a 10 minute breeze through. So if you come prepared to wait little bit and know that she’s going to support 100 percent in finding. Answers then your experience will be a positive and productive one. We love Dr. Huston!

Dr. Hutson is great. The receptionist Edith does not know how to do her job. She has no knowledge about Tricare health insurance and couldn’t even tell me if I had a copay. The office is in network. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about the receptionist.

The doctor is great but the telemedicine is very difficult to use. Not super happy with secretary but doctor is good.

Dr. Hutson is the best in helping guide us in our Autism Journey with our son. She was the first healthcare professional/doctor to sit down and give a thorough overview. She does not rush us out the door leaving us with questions we have to go and search on our own. She has a wonderful bedside manner so you know she is genuinely concerned for her patients!!!! Our son really took to Dr. Hutson and that is blessing considering the medical trauma he faces with being diagnosed with Autism.

Im constantly going to doctor offices due to different children in foster care coming in and out of our home. They require so many therapies and check ups. This particular office has an indoor slide that the kids love. However, the office echos badly and even though the kids are using their inside voices they and the parents get in trouble by a rude receptionist to keep quite.Suggestion: get rid of the indoor playset. Also a problem is the wait. The receptionist leaves to take one of the providers children to school after an in house toddler Time, the toddler Time runs way past the first appt time and you are left wondering if the understand that your time is valuable too.Suggestion: if you expect for us to be on time and early for our appointments then how about you show us the same courtesy.Sincerely,A very busy mom of 4-6 kids at any given time

The wait time is RIDICULOUS! Why schedule everyone 15 minutes apart when we all know it takes longer than that. Every time we come it’s “we updated our system and need your information again.” For instance today our appointment was at 12:45 it’s now 1:25 and there’s still people ahead of us waiting to be seen.

Every time I came here for my son there was a ridiculous wait time. We waited for hours. After asking some of the other parents when their appointments were, I found out that they had scheduled everyone 15mins apart even though the sessions are an 1hr long each. So we were unnecessarily there hours before our appointment, and it wasnt just a busy day. They planned it that way! They need a new scheduler.
