First time visiting this location, went to the stylist Tasha in hopes for something new and fun, and they delivered. Brought a picture reference that she was able to take exactly what I wanted from it and replicate onto mine. She was super helpful with styling tips, and overall incredibly friendly, definitely one of my best haircut trips in a while, very pleased with the end result.

Friendly staff, quick wait times, online check-in is a breeze, conveniently located in Brunswick town square, close to the highway.

That was the fastest weve ever gotten through. My haircut was phenomenal. Son had some issues, but we will get it sorted next go around. Great fun staff, fast and super friendly!

Update: haircut and stylist were great. Placed on waiting list and opted for text when my turn was up, received text to arrive in 15 minutes, got there in 5 minutes and they put me at the bottom of the waitlist and said my turn was given up? Been waiting 2 hours for a haircut currently. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Did the complete opposite of what I had asked, I asked for them to not touch the front or top and to only trim the sides and back and she starting cutting away at the top and front. Very awesome.

Stylist Tonya was nice, but I asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length multiple times and she cut it to my chin making too short. Really disappointed l learned my lesson will not go back

I walked in and the lady at the front counter was super nice and friendly. I waited for about 10 minutes and then this other lady called me over, I told her what I wanted just a simple 1 on sides and finger length on top. She basically gave me a buzz cut. Do not go there I know I’m not going to now. And she also left hair all over my face with no effort to clean it off.

Quick and a decent cut. reasonably priced. only downfall is how strict they are about stupid masks. it isnt needed for a little child to wear a mask. seems to need better policy but other then that decent.

Screwed me up. They gave me a bald spot and when i asked for a fade they couldn’t blend it in. They cut me 3 times it is horrible.

Ive been here a couple times. Today the lady who trimmed my hair was super knowledgeable, gave me a beautiful trim and on top of that she was really personable and funny too. She showed me a product they sell that I like and might get. Cutting hair all day isnt easy but she made it look easy, she was very confident and relaxed. I didnt get her name though :( thank you ~

They also help put the community to spread their abilities, which includes Brunswick High Schools St. Baldricks with a mission to cure childhood cancer. They will be truly missed while I attend college.

I understand this covid Baloney. Their online checkin wasnt working. So i went there and checked in giving name and phone number. Was told it was about a two hour wait time and they would notify at 15-20min before ready to serve so can be there. Two hrs passed so i went back and social distanced in my vehicle after an additional 2hrs of sitting still no notification. Dont waste your time at this Establishment

I only go for hair cuts, nothing fancy. My hair is short, so it usually takes maybe 10 minutes total to cut it. The girl that cut my hair this time did not seem very friendly. I had a pre-paid discount card that is only available around Christmas time. So my haircut charged on that card is only $10. When I paid her I gave her a $5 cash tip, which was a $50% tip and she said nothing, which surprised me. Even if I paid full price of $15 for the haircut, my tip of $5 is still about a 33% tip, which is worth some type of acknowledgement.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you want a fade, do not go here. I have gone to Great Clips in Brunswick three times hoping I would find someone who can fade. I’ve walked out all three times needing to get my haircut fixed at other salons/barbers. Don’t waste your money or time. Each stylist is timed per haircut which means they do not work in detail. There’s only a few stylist who seem to know what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair. When I got my latest fade haircut, the stylist looked like a deer in headlights when I asked her to blend a little more- almost as she didn’t know how to do a proper fade. Save your money or spend the extra money to go somewhere else. I don’t normally write these reviews but that salon is horrible. Money wasted with an ugly haircut to go with it.

PLEASE check your receipts against your bank account! I was charged one amount (with a receipt), then my bank account was charged another. I am sorry sir, our system sent over to your bank this amount! She had some print out that was not close to the amount charged to me! No sorry, no phone calls from the General Manager that was promised.....pretty sure this is stealing!

Our experience at Great Clips in Brunswick was okay as far as our haircuts went the only problem I had was my husband was taken first and the the next operator that would be going to taking me there was no one else in the waiting in the lobby but she said very loudly Im going to take my break now I was under the impression you guys closed at 8 and it was like 7:30 she could have went to one of the other operators and told them softly that she was going to take her break or rather than letting one of the customers hear her keeping me waiting for one of the other operators that was still doing hair if she would have came back before I was taken I would not have let her cut my hair I thought that was kind of rude and very unprofessional other than that

The staff is great with all ages. Including 1yr olds. They move with the children.. The women there can do amazing things with thick curly hair, thin, fine, mixed, corse, what ever kind of hair you have. One of the ladies can work with it.

Couldnt go in with my 9 year old son and he said she pulled on his ear a lot. Kind of an uneven hair cut but felt rushed before checking his hair.

I finally found a place that would cut my hair short. I had 11 inches taken off my length. Fast service.

I have been visiting this location for 5+ years and even though I moved out of the area it is still worth the drive! Excellent staff and great haircuts!

I didnt say anything after the stylist cut off the length I wanted to keep because I dont like confrontation. But I didnt realize how bad she had gotten the back of my neck with the trimmer during the cut until I got home. At that point, I couldnt let that go because it feels and looks terrible! And she acted like she had no idea she did that with the trimmer, just kept saying my neck got red. Bad blending/fading too and spots she missed. I went back to get a refund and got the run around because the lady didnt know how to operate whatever system they have for the register. So she made me wait around until close, just to call her manager AGAIN, which she could have done but kept taking people back for haircuts instead! Over a half hour for something that only took 5 minutes. Horrible experience but I guess you get what you pay for!

My husband just had his hair cut. It was the WORST haircut he has ever had. They took less than 5 minutes on his hair. Obviously they don’t care about doing a good job at their “profession”. Save your money and go to a professional.

The stylists can be terrible. They do not admit if they cant blend a fade prior to the buzzers touching your head. So you end up with a ridiculous haircut by the time they ask another stylist for help. This has happened twice in a few months.

Youre very much on a haircut production line here. And you definitely get a $10, uneven, choppy, not-exactly-what-you-ask-for haircut for your $10. I guess go if you need buzzcut.
