This is such an amazing place and all the employees hold a very special place in our hearts. They took such great care of our aunt, Jo Ann Mills. EVERY person made her final days extra special. When I could no longer care for my Mother I searched for a care facility. My previous experience with nursing homes were not good. When I toured Songbird Lodge I was thrilled that it was nothing like those places. During the 2 years that Mother lived there she was well cared for and treated with love and respect. I always found all of the staff to be kind and helpful. They have a very clean facility and great food! I can’t thank them enough for taking such loving care of Mom when I was no longer able to.

My mother has been here for a couple weeks due to a broken hip. I have been very impressed with the quality of care she receives here at Songbird. We visited several facilities before choosing Songbird and now we feel like we made the absolute right choice. The staff are courteous and how they interact with my mother touches my heart. Special thanks, to Kori who has always been available to answer questions and Nurses Melissa, Cynthia, Richea, who I have seen interact with my mother, you ladies are heros!!!!

We are very pleased with the staff and the facility. They are very welcoming and polite. They take excellent care of patients and their family. You couldnt ask for a better Administration!! I would recommend Songbird Lodge to anyone that is in need for this type of care.

Weve been so incredibly fortunate to have found Songbird Lodge for my aunt. The staff have been so attentive and caring with her and so communicative and responsive with us. Were so grateful for the support theyve given all of us.

Everyone has been very nice and caring. My wife and I are very happy with the care given to my father-in-law. Room is kept clean and they check on him regularly. Kori Howard has done an outstanding job keeping us updated on how he’s doing.

Not very happy with Songbird at the moment, my dad has been a long term resident and was doing great until earlier this year, we have not received any news on his condition unless we call, he was placed on hospice and are never updated on his condition we recently found out he contacted the Corona virus and they have no explanation how, tonight 11-23-2020 i was on hold for over 20 minutes and even called from a different phone at the same time I was on hold and still no one ever picked up either line, finally I called again and the person who answered said she would make sure someone would call me back here we are 2 hours and still no call back, its no surprise since this is what we have been dealing with all year. My dad is slowly passing away and we are getting no answers. I will be contacting the state for an investigation.

I was blessed with the opportunity to work at this facility during a crucial time and I must say the staff made me feel at home. They provide amazing care for the residents.

My sister has been at Songbird Lodge since 4/13/2019. I am very pleased with the compassion and caring of the staff at Songbird Lodge. The staff has also helped me whenever I have a concern. I brought her to Songbird from a terrible nursing home. She has blossomed since she has been there both physically and emotionally. She loves everyone there as I do. The staff meets with the family and the patient to access her needs and they keep me informed. She says the food is beautiful. The presentation is outstanding and delicious. Her room is kept very clean. And her hygiene needs are met.I am now a volunteer for the secure unit where my sister is. The staff has become family for me and my sister. We are blessed.I highly recommend Songbird.

I have been apart Songbird Lodge for almost 25 years but left for a short time. I have been a part of many changes here. Im so excited that we are now part Creative Solution own by Gary Blake. I have worked as a physical therapist assistant in Songbird Lodge for 4 years. I love the therapy team we have here and all the great patients we have seen through the years. We like to have fun and enjoy the day with our patients. We treat our in house residents as needed and we also treat rehabilitation patients that come for short stays. We have had amazing people come through our facility.

My grandmother was at this location the last month. The staff was very nice and helpful they gave great therapy. Elizabeth steward was a very helpful person while she was there with future plans for my great grandmother in getting medicaid planning . With the Hyde law firm.

Visited this facility 3 months ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the outside appearance. Talked with a couple of the staff members and their concern for their patients is genuine.

I have worked at Songbird Lodge for 6 years this month. I am currently the Director of Rehab. I oversee Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies. The therapy Department has a combined total of experience in the medical field of 72 years at time of this review. Our therapy team strives for excellence. We encourage functional goals and outcomes. My mother is there for rehabilitation and the staff is horrible, cant even get the bed changed has to wait 2 hrs in a wet bed, push the call button and have to wait 2 hrs for someone to come.
