Terrible place. They have had my mothers knee brace prescription for a week and have done nothing. She has called up there over three times and every time they have taken her number and have yet to call her and keep treating her terribly and telling her they are too busy to help her.

I have used Choice Medical for a few years now and they work very hard to help me and have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Charles and the others there are all very nice folks. God bless Choice Medical!

Luck of the draw.Choice is almost the only game in town for Medical Supplies through Medicare. Unfortunately, they know it.To be fair, there are some VERY nice people there, however, some of them seemed bothered that you walked in the door.Plus, they refuse to accept Medicare Assignment, meaning they insist you pay the 20% out of pocket. This may not seem unreasonable, but MANY national companies wave the 20% and accept whatever Medicare pays.Example: I needed a basic knee brace. Choice charged me the 20%/ $26.00. I looked up the brace online and I could have bought it out-right for the same money. EXACT brace. Then I checked what Medicare allows... $175.00 !!!!Thats not right.

My first dealings with CMS were awesome. Friendly, courteous, and prompt. Today is another story, at 12 till 10, I pull up noticing all the lights are out inside, so I wait a few minutes, not knowing what time they open. I see a sign, mon-fri 8 am - 5pm.. so I call the 24 hr #, I am told they will open at 10am .. at 10, I try calling 3 times, going straight to answering machine, waiting a minute each time before trying to call again... at 10:12, (22 minute wait now) I finally reach someone who will take name, number and a brief hold, to find Charles... who then informs me that they will open at 10:30... ( making my wait well over 40 minutes) he somewhat makes apologies, but by no means does he make me feel like he is trulth sorry for wasting my time...I hung up. DONE.IF they werent the only game in town... I would go elsewhere... truly disappointed in the way this company does business today.
