She is a very good Dr and the staff is great

I went to Dr. Nigalye for my initial visit. I did have to sit a bit past my appointment time before I was seen, though I have encountered that at other Dr. Offices too.She was very thorough and professional. She listened to me and explained things in detail with patience! I will continue to go to her .

Very aggravated and very disappointed with this doctors office. It was suppose to be my first initial visit. Appt was set for 12:30. I arrived at 11:45 to complete paper work and I let the staff know I had another appointment at 2pm. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. At 1:00 I went to the window to cancel. Just because I am not a doctor does not mean THEIR time is more valuable than mine. I will not be rescheduling.
