I was in and out quickly. The procedure was easy and painless. Their professionalism is top tier and their knowledge is esoteric. I highly recommend them for their mad dermatology skillz.

Dr. Hatter is wonderful. He is not only brilliant, he is personable, caring and he just flat out makes you feel very comfortable. After all, if you are in his office, you are there for a reason that is unsettling. He will tell you step by step what he is going to do for you and explain everything including your most likely outcome. I really thought the doctor was thorough and very nice.What bothered me was that I was called to come in a half an hour early. I then waited an hour and ten minutes to see the doctor.Also, I received an e-bill the next day for my visit for the full amount. I called billing and was told my insurance had not been applied yet. Isnt that a little deceptive?

Saw Dr. Hatter for first time. Great patient interaction & explanations. Established confidence & explained issues and procedures thoroughly. Really like this guy!

I arrived slightly early. The receptionist called me by name before I said who I was, which was pretty cool. She said I was the only female expected. I was able to fill out my paper work before arriving, having printed out the forms from the website. I was taken into a room before I had spent even 5 minutes in the waiting room. I was seen by Dr. Bull fairly quickly as well. So it was a very pleasant experience.

I arrived a little before my appointment time. Waited a few minutes and was seen by the Dr and staff. They answered all my questions. Everyone there is very friendly and patient. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs a dermatologist.

Wesley the PA and his nurse are always helpful and gentle. My apt was changed 2 times and took me into January so I had to pay more as my deductible wasnt met.
