I’ve been taking my daughter every three months since she got her first tooth. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Reedy is very kind, and gentle with my daughter. Very thorough, and quick exam, and he takes the time to answer any questions I’ve had. The lobby and exam rooms have always been clean, and I love that they give little thank you gift bags with a toothbrush and a little present for my girl.

I went in as an emergency walk in with a horrible cavity in so much pain. They had Amazing staff! Switched my kids over because they were so good to me!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Reedy is straight forward and to the point , all while being very professional and knowledgeable. Look forward to going back.

Hands down best dentist and dentist office Ive ever visited. The wait to get back was a bit longer than anticipated but I was informed ahead of time it had been a busy day. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and reassuring. As was the Dentist himself. Dr. Reedy , I believe. Other dentists almost talk down on you , he didnt. Hes a swell guy. Paid in cash but they also offer payment plans.. big plus.

Everyone was great... the ladies that took us for xrays to inspections and of the Doc.... great man full of information we were never told. In no rush to leave. Best experience at a dentist, and Im not a fan of dentists (historicallyspeaking)! I was able to get seen, figure out what the problem was, and get it fixed all in the same visit (we are talking 5 fillings and 3 extractions...didnt feel a thing!!!) He is amazing and the wait was worth it! Price was great also. This will be our family dentist from now on!

Not a five because we waited an hour for our appointment. Otherwise they made my son (5yo) feel safe and confident. This is the first time at a dentist that he wasnt scared. Seems like they over schedule patients causing long wait times.

First of all, the wait time was insanely long even with an appointment. Next, as I was waiting to see the dentist, I could hear him being quite rude to another patient. Finally, he was very rude to me. I’ve never been treated that way by a medical professional. Tried to make me feel horrible about my teeth. Dismissed anything I said about my dental history. Told me from the X-rays I’ve lost a “fingers width” of bone in my lower jaw. I left and went and got a second opinion. Turns out the X-rays show no bone loss. X-rays are normal. My teeth are fine. This dentist wasn’t even going to do a deep cleaning correctly. So no bedside manner, can’t read an X-ray, and I will never be back. I called and canceled all future possibilities of appointments. It’s mind boggling how this happens.

We waited in the waiting room almost three hours. I watched people go in before me that came in after me. When I asked about it I did not receive a response at all. We have been going there for years and only have dealt with this a few times. However others in the waiting room said it has been like this for a few months now. Haven’t decided if I will give them another chance or change providers.

My family have been patients of Ave Dental in Brownwood Texas for almost 8 years.Today the dentist Robert Reedy was in my opinion extremely rough with my 23 month old son. He was shoving his finger in between his lip and gums. Before trying a calmer less aggressive away to get him to corporate.. When I asked why he was being so rough he said he had to get his jaw open to see his teeth. I then told him he could be easier or I would taken them to a different dentist he replied with there wasnt another dentist in town I told I didnt care, I would drive to Abilene if I had to! This man was extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and very rude! I will not take my kids back unless they have a new Dr.

Everyone there was very friendly and professional. And they were very thorough with all aspects of my visit.

They did great with my son and the sedation for caps and cavity fillings. He is 3 and they were very patient. They are always great with both of my kids and the office is always very clean and sanitized. Great customer service all in all.

Im 6 hours into having a wisdom tooth extraction x4 plus one molar,that was causing excruciating pain and damage and I feel very little pain if any at all. They made me feel so comfortable and pain free, I only felt the tugging! They were amazing with explaining the payment and payments if any! Dr. Lanney was so comforting in making sure I knew everything that was going to happen! 10/10 would recommend him and his staff!

Waiting for over 2 hours is ridiculous. When I left today with my sons there were 25 people in the waiting room that only held 9 chairs. This is a continuous problem.

Everything was good and they where really nice they just need better time management my appointment was for 10am and I didn’t go in the back until 10:31am I was actually late for work other than that everything was okay.

I felt like it was a very sorry visit. I was called this morning to come in and have my dentures checked for fitting. I asked when was a convenient time for the office. I was given a 3:00 PM appointment for today. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early and I was still waiting to be seen at 04:15 PM. I rescheduled after waiting all that time. There were 14 people in the waiting area and out of that number there were for who were ahead of me.This is unacceptable especially with COVID-19 and me asking when would be convenient for the office. Not to mention I begin the process of getting my dentures around November 13th, 2020 and I am still waiting.Hopefully my appointment on Tuesday will be better.

Sometimes the wait can be longer than expected, but the whole office makes up for that with kindness and support. The will literally go to ends to make sure you are taken care of! Dr. Reddy is very good about showing you exactly whats going on and thats a huge plus for me as a momma.

All right yall so the procedure went great! Im down 2 wisdom teeth, and oh man it was actually a wonderful experience shout out to avenue dental! Dr. Lanning, (who I used to work with here at this office, I only left to continue school full time) and all the girls especially my work wife Irma Sanchez and Scotts absolute fav Amy Lopez. For being my friends and just wonderful assistant and an overall wonderful staff, Ive worked with this team and staff in the past and wasnt at all apprehensive of their skills, it was my own controlling nature that scared me as while yes Ive been in the dental field for over 10 years and have worked on numerous patients I myself have had some rough personal encounters with my own mouth in other offices, that being said the meds were wonderful. I was super relaxed and made to feel very comfortable, Dr Lanning had both top wisdoms out in 15 minutes flat!!! (Mind u I had a dentist in another office try on my top wisdom tooth for an hour and a half with no luck a few years ago. And she eventually gave up. And another dentist took 6 hours for 1 lower wisdom tooth years ago)(which added to my anxiety about this appointment) buuuuut all in all this was an absolutely great experience!!! I was mainly just sleepy through the appointment but coherent, I did however go on a droopy rant about how pretty the stars on the ceiling were (we were inside and there were dots on the tile ceiling lol) oh and that the oxygen was great, (it was actually nitrous oxide lol) other than that it was great, I told everyone I loved them and when I got home I had a smoothie and a ton of water then slept for almost 12 hours, today Im feeling great and doing good 😁 my anxiety and worries were for nothing, absolutely wonderful office from the front office to the back office, all of it was amazing. Highly recommend

Had a bad wisdom tooth that other dentist would not pull. They got me in the chair in less than an hour after calling them. Removal was completely painless. Finally relief after weeks of trying to make appointments at other places. Staff was the nicest and most comforting medical crew I have ever been to. Highly recommend.

I could not have had a better experience at Avenue Dental today. Dr. Reedy was such a kind dentist. He explained in detail everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable first. He continually asked me during treatment if I was okay.I felt very comfortable.

They are always so good with my kids at their visits and always give them a prize... The staff are very friendly and good at what they do!My kids love playing with the tablets in the waiting area, they always ask to stay and play more after their appointment is done.I can usually can get two of my kiddos scheduled on the same day and at the same time so that it cuts down on the times we need to go in. I love that as a busy mom.
