I have booked online three separate times given an available time and get there and told my appointment is thirty minutes later than scheduled appointment. This time stylist didn’t even care. Said to report it wasn’t anything she could do and just walked off.

Good last minute place, gets you in and out. You have to know which ones can really cut hair, especially if you have curly hair. Other than that great place, really good for short boy cuts!

I have gone into this Smart style four times. Twice for a hair cut and twice for a color. The hair cuts were awesome and exactly what I wanted, However neither of the colors were what I wanted at all. Which is very upsetting because I paid good money.

Worst service ever. Hair stylist seemed angry to be doing their job. Was slamming drawers and throwing stuff around. Rush job took less than 5 mins on a womans haircut and was very dry and unprofessional. Made me feel like a nuisance. There was no one in line after us, she was just wanting to take a break.

I use Kellie Schwab. She cuts my hair and does a super job! Go check her out.

They did a bad job on my boys hair cut. Im not bringing my here any more. Sucks. I Dont think they know how to cut Hispanics hair.

Make sure you get there over an hour before they close. Otherwise they will tell you to come back tomorrow even if there are three people working and only 2 people getting their hair cut.

Get there customers in as fast as they can

One of the lady’s took off half my eyebrow when waxing and the same lady gave me layers when I didn’t ask for them. They’ve raised their prices, I use to pay $15 for a trim and eyebrow wax but I just recently paid $20 to cut 2 inches off my hair. Not worth it.

Walked up everyone is doing nothing they asked how they can help I said my son needs a hair cut she looked at me and said they couldn’t cut his hair cuz he didn’t have shoes on he 18 months old can’t walk and has medical issues like can’t control his temperature that’s why he don’t wear shoes or socks .. I used smart style for his first hair cut and never had this issueExtremely rude

I like the job they did on my mother but the only thing is my mother did not want her hair washed and the lady kept saying that she couldnt cut it right if she didnt wash it, I have had people cut my hair just by wetting my hair so maybe she should learn how to cut hair even if you dont wash it they did at pro cuts
