Love this place!!Doc Mary is so wonderful with the kids they love it there!

I really dont like giving bad reviews. I really dont recommend this place. They have nice staff. But the doctors diagnoses is never right.

Worst place ever slower then a turtle and the staff is very unfriendly.

I took my 21 year old daughter for covid testing on Tuesday night January the 6th of 2021. We get there and were told that its going to be $80 plus for the covid test. After 1 and 1/2 hours of waiting outside in the vehicle they come and ask for information from my daughter and they find out shes 21 not 22 like an adult to them 22 is considered an adult. They find out shes 21 and they increase the price to $125. Thats what they charge for children under 22 years old and adults is a lower price. I tell them that Im going to pay cash of course when my debit card bank card but they still tell me that the price stays the same $125 because of my daughters age. I just cant believe they charge $125 for children where I found where other doctors offices charge roughly $90 for adults or children the same same price. After waiting close to an hour and a half they come and check my daughters nostrils both of them. And after sitting in the car after she gets checked we still wait an hour or more to get results where other places get the results within 15 to 25 minutes. Seems to me they are taking advantage because people are anxiously trying to check themselves to make sure theyre not sick nor theyre families.

While in town for the weekend, my son injured himself and required a total of 21 stitches. All the staff was very attentive and did their best to keep my son calm despite the large cut. The PA, Maria, was amazing and did a great job with the suturing. Her primary assistant, “Sammy” (same name as mine) was great as well. We stayed past the closing time because more patients arrived and there was a lot of work to be done on my son’s leg. Never did we feel rushed and the staff did NOT act like they were being inconvenienced by working late.I did not tell them but I’m a Nurse Practitioner and a Paramedic so I am a tough critic, especially when it comes to my children. I can honestly say, on a personal level and on a professional level, that I was impressed with this urgent cate clinic and I’m very appreciative of how they treated and cared for my son.

Awful service! There’s never a real doctor only physician assistants. The medical assistants seem to believe that they know it all with their 6 months of general training-school and plus one of them tried to make me feel I was the worst mother ever! One time I took my daughter in for knee pain and the physician assistant told me that “it was nothing” and just to wrap her knee claiming that pressure would aid the pain and during the follow up with my daughter’s doctor he showed us that my daughter had a knee injury that needed rehab! On another occasion, during the month of January, the physician assistant told me to sleep my one month old baby just in a diaper due to her having a cold(no fever)!

Wonderful doctors we were in and out in 30 minutes. We were having an going issue that was miss diagnosed at another doctors office and bought out son in at 11pm. Little wait time with great service. I’m glad I got a second opinion .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! VERY CARING PROFESSIONAL STAFF. MY GRANDSON WAS VERY SICK AND GOT DIAGNOSED VERY QUICKLY AND TREATED ACCORDINGLY. WE WENT TO BOTH HOSPITALS AND THREE OTHER PLACES AND THEY COULDNT COME UP WITH ANYTHING. THE DIFFERENCE THAT WE NOTED WAS, THAT BROWNSVILLE URGENT CARE OF PEDIATRICS ACTUALLY LISTENED TO THE SYMPTOMS THAT WE TOLD THEM AND THEY DIDNT GO BY ONLY BY OBSERVING. A TWO YEAR OLD CANT COMMUNICATE WELL LET ALONE TELL YOU THEIR SYMPTOMS!

If I could give it 10 stars I would! The staff, and nurses are very friendly. Both doctors are just beyond nice, friendly, very professional and very thorough. You can see they care, taking their time checking my son as they play with him, making him feel so comfortable and not scare of doctors. He used to cry alot with his general doc, but when he is here, he opens his mouth before he gets ask to check it. I am so grateful I found this place, with great hours (the accident hours) and on the quality of service they have for their patients. The time I take waiting and going in with the doctor is far less than other places. I feel at ease, everytime am here, when my son is hurting or when he is nice, they always treat us with a smile!

Since its right next to my home I take my baby for emergencies only and every time they have misdiagnosed. One time they told me he had allergies and that night I ended up at the hospital because he had bronchitis.

I took my son on Saturday cuz he couldnt breathe & had a cough & they where very rude & they just told me he had a upper respiratory infection when I ask what was that the doctor said it was allergys & just gave me a cough & congestion medication. Then later on had to take my son to the hospital cuz couldnt breathe it was asthma with croup.

I dont recommend at all worse place ever

Always available for my son.
