Great staff all around the office. All the equipment in the office is updated . Huge clean office for everyone is the family. Hope was amazing at communicating with my family. It’s a kid friendly atmosphere and lots to do for the little once. This will be our dental office for our family.

I used to love the tooth place. Once they moved the service went downhill. The kids side seating is one giant seat and sometimes they cram the place to the point there isnt anywhere to sit. We delt with it for a while but ultimately decided we will be switching after 11 years.

The Tooth Place has great customer service. Their staff make it a very comfortable place.

Not sure why people rave about this place. It is run by kids which at times can be pretty rude. First, I waited for about an hour to get called in. Then, I waited another hour to see the dental hygienist. Then, waited more for dentist. Took about 3 hours there. I thought they were dirty. Dental hygienist finishes, and puts her dirty medical gloves in the counter. Dirty gloves are left there. Then, dentist comes in and also after she is done examining my child proceeds to leave her dirty gloves next to the other gloves that had been placed there by the dental hygienist in the counter. Dirty medical gloves go in the trashcan. They should have been discarded immediately. I would not go back again. I would think that they would be following all sanitary practices but they are not.

Very kid friendly, excellent service, dentists are very professional. I love this place. They have separate waiting rooms for children with a movie theater, arcade games, and a play area for little kids. For adults they have a coffee bar and very relaxing couches and atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I shared that I had some level of anxiety and they did everything possible to accommodate me. They showed me around the facility making me feel comfortable. Cynthia, the Hygienist, did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable. She explained everything that was going to be done step by step. When Dr. Rodriguez came in, she too explained the dental work that had to be done. I had a filling and the doctor kept asking me if I was okay or if I needed a break. Before any work was done, I was given the price. This was definitely the best dental experience ever!!!

My babys first dental visit was beyond successful! I appreciated how great the staff was. Even if they werent assigned to attend you, they still greeted you and made you feel attended to. They got my child to interact better than she usually does with new people. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Had an appointment today at 10am and the place was empty. We waited and called for about 30 minutes. We are from out of town and I had called prior from driving 6 hours. The only reason why we needed to come back into town was because of poor workmanship for the 2nd time. My wife been having pain after they fixed her filling. She got the work done a little before the whole covid scare. So now we have to spend more money to come back and get this taken care of for the lack/poor communication of this office

Awesome place to go to for the kids it has a play place, arcade games, tablets on the wall, and a theater. There are TVs on the walls and an open seating area so you can watch the kids in an open area. Plenty of space to sit and little picnic tables for the kids. The kids section is blocked in by windows and a big glass door so the sound doesnt travel to the adult section. Which is fully equipped with a coffee bar and water in a quiet and comfortable setting. That way neither side will be bothered by the other. Staff is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face. I have been with them since they were at their old location and you can really tell they put portions of their profits into keeping the place updated and comfortable for their patients.

Great atmosphere however they take FOREVER to tend to their patients. They also dont have the proper equipment for toddlers, they had the hardest time suiting to my youngest needs. We went to another dentistry and it went smooth.

Talking on my own experience my children and I just love this place.😍 My husband and I are so blessed to have the Tooth Place as our children primary dentist. What can I said about their customer service, they are the best for me and my beautiful family💕 We have never had a problem with appointments, customer service or anything else. Definitely the best!

My family and I have been visiting the Tooth Place for several years now. I am happy to say that we have always had very favorable and pleasant experiences at all our dental visits. The dental office staff is always extremely professional and very courteous, and on several occasions have been able to schedule me when I have been under excruciating pain, for one reason or another, regarding my dental care. The dentists and dental hygienist have been extremely informative in giving me information before treatments are conducted, and care, thereof. The staff is amazingly helpful and always follow-up when I have had procedures done. The facility is impeccably clean always, and hygienically on point. My family and I are very happy to provide this review and recommend The Tooth Place very highly! Love how my baby gets treated with patience and how she enjoys getting a new tooth brush every visit. Absolutely enjoy the play area and movie time. Totally recommend The Tooth Place if you want the best patient care and environment for your kiddos.

My appointment was at 3pm, arrived 30 min prior since my daughter was a new patient. They didnt do a cleaning only applied fluoride and took x-rays, DDS didnt go into the room until 4:30, and we left that office at exactly 4:45. He went in to explain the many cavities I already knew she had, thats why I was there, and to tell me they were going to send her to a specialist. So no, I dont recommend this place! Very long wait to not have anything done. Ill wait to see what they bill the insurance for fluorideapplication.

LOVE LOVE The Tooth Place!!!!! Highly recommend it. I find that Dr. Martinez takes time to explain all the procedures. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. She always takes her time during the exams and treatment never rushes through the appointments. Her staff are also very courteous and always happy to help you with any questions or concerns. Never will I change Dentists.

What is the use of setting up an appointment time if there going to place all patients for one same time. Doesnt make sense. Ignorance is spreading like wild fire. I love, love the the tooth place. It took me awoke to find a dentist for my kids but when I found this place it felt like home. They really think bout the children and make them feel safe. I love how they keep them entertained in the waiting room n when there doing there thing. Everyone there is nice and never rude from the girls in the front desk to the assistance n especially the Drs. I love how they explain everything before and after they do anything on the patients, and especially when they call back to check up on the patient. My kids and I are happy with this place.

Long waiting 2hrs and 30 min of wait. Desntist does treatment in 10 to 15 min the rest is just waiting on lobby then on the inside rms. Staff/ assistant wearing long acrylic color nail which i find it unhygienic. I strongly dont recommend this place., and to clarify i put a star so it could let me submit my post.
