Good service, very insightful, would be nicer if there was free internet to be able to do work while waiting for your appointment

I have always been self conscious about my smile and hated dentist visits. This facility has fixed my teeth, given me a confidence I never had and are a friendly with positive attitudes. Braces can be expensive, especially if you don’t have insurance. Mint has great financing plans available. I highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, always nice. They always have a clean environment. Been with them for several years and my smile is now wonderful thanks to them. Totally recommend.

So far my daughter and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, easy to work with. The facility is very clean and Covid-19 organized! Face mask, sanitation stations, and temperature checks. Overall the experience is awesome!

I’m always nervous when it comes to dentist office, but the staff made it extremely comfortable. I was checked in fast, my X-rays, 3D scans, and pictures didn’t take long either. First appointment for quoting is free and list of what needs to be done after visit.

Mint Orthodontics provides a great experience. All of their staff is extremely polite and helpful, especially Ayla and their X-Ray Tech. It is always a very clean facility and Covid-19 organized.

I love this place , their staff is very friendly, ayla was really nice they guy taking X-rays was the sweetest boy ever and assistant that explained the treatment for my child was amazing she explain with detail , then when it came to prices Jessica was really helpful because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the treatment but she even shared her personal experience with braces and Dr. Navarro. I can’t wait to meet Dr. Navarro thank you mint orthodontics for this experience!

Whoever is over booking appointments needs to stop. Past 2 appointments wait time is horrible. My job requires me during the week & this office is not open on weekends; so I usually go before or after work. Both times I had to wait more than an hour to get seen, only after me bringing up to them that my appointment was over an hour ago. That is absolutely unacceptable! Today after I told the girl, she dare tell me there was still 7 people ahead of me?? Excuse me, but my appointment was over an hour ago and still 7 people ahead of me? This is not professionalism, and you guys need to fix it!! My appointment today was at 11:15, got there before that and still didnt get pass to the back till 12:11 after I told them I had to be at work at 1pm. Thats very unprofessional of them, I being going here since May and usually no problems, and theyre doing great with my treatment. But this recent stuff needs to be addressed soon!

I came to visit for the first time very friendly staff. I had a Console for braces for my daughter very advance with technology taking photos . The helper who helped ushis name was Victor explained it very will . So happy with the service.

Honestly recommend staff was friendly it was clean and was fast and explained everything well

Dr. Navarro, I hope you read this message.Your administration office is very unprofessional.I changed my insurance because the lady told me that onlyDentalQuest was accepted by you.In January of this year, I was approved and took my son.Ms. Gamez saw him and said that he really need the braces but I was going to receive a call in 10 days. I never did.I called in February, and another lady told me that Dr. Navarro has not seen the report. The following week called and spoke with Jessica .2/26.She told me she was going to call me and she never did.I called today 3/16/21, and Jessica apologized and told me that my son was not approved. All this time just to tell me that. Then she passed me with the assistant of Ms. Gamez and she apologized. I thought I was calling the Apology Dentists.They do not work hard enough or maybe you do not want new patients.Because I called the dentist and referred me with another doctor and they just called me that I was approved.I spoke with my dentist to avoid send referrals to MINT, it is a waist of time.

Great Service!!! They treat you amazing, the place is really clean, and now that we are in the pandemic season they’re taking the best precarious procedures to keep their patients safe. Personally comparing the treatments from Mexico and Mint Orthodontist (here in Brownsville Tx) I can conclude that it is way better and you advance faster. I 100% recommend Mint Orthodontist. They are absolutely the BEST in Brownsville Tx!!!

There is no signs on the building. It is very hard to find. The only sign that said mint orthodontics was a small one on the bottom of the advertisement for the name of the plaza. Then they told me there was no bathroom available. I don’t see how a doctors office doesn’t have an available bathroom. Yes I understand we’re living in a time of Covid. But they could be like every other doctors office and clean it frequently. Or leave a disinfectant spray in there for people to use.To make it worse the appointment was at 3 o’clock. We showed up 10 minutes before three. We weren’t allowed to come in until they called us on the phone to tell us if they were ready due to limited amount of people available inside the building because of Covid. We didn’t get called to go in until 3:20. When we went in I asked if they had a bathroom they said no. At 3:30 I asked how much longer it would be because I had to go to the bathroom. The girl told me it shouldn’t be much longer. At 3:45 I was beyond irritated and asked if they could see him soon because our appointment was at three I had to go to the bathroom. The girl tells me do you want to leave and come back. I told her no I want him to be seen so I can leave the appointment was at three. After my outburst within five minutes he was being seen.If they aren’t going to have a public bathroom available for people to use. They should at least try and stick to the appointment times. When I had to pay the down payment of $1500 I didn’t make excuses. I paid all I’m asking is to get the same courtesy that they expect of their customers. The least they could do is allow paying customers to use the bathroom. I have never been to a drs office that doesn’t allow customers access to the bathroom. The other odd thing was no signs saying it was mint orthodontics besides the one small white sign with light green words. I don’t know how they expect anyone to safely drive and look for their building. I originally started services and my dentist office. If I wouldn’t have already paid the down payment to start the services I would be going somewhere else. The visit to this office feels like a dollar store visit at Dillards prices.

Had an excellent experien in this office!!! I spoke to Ayla and she was very helpful in providing directions to the location. The waiting area was very clean and organized, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending this facility to my friends and family.

My friend invited me to the Mint office and it was wonderful, this worker Candice was very nice and knowledgeable in what I needed to know.

The waiting time is horrible.This ppl really need to stop overbooking ppl.45 minute wait its too damn long!

Wait time is horrible what’s the point of getting an appointment at 3:45 when they will be taking you in till 4:30 . Besides that staff is friendly

After two years of paying, they couldnt wait for the last two months of balance payments I had for them to take the braces off after the doctor said she was done. They wanted the full balance paid off. Now my daughter has to go with an extra three months of braces that she no longer needs just because the office manager couldnt wait for me to continue paying. She just kept saying she was in charge and was not going to do anything about it. The doctor is never there to talk to him regarding this matters and she said he never gets involved.

I have been in treatment with them for over a year and I have seen NO change in my teeth, Dr. Navarro is at the office only once a month and that day it obviously gets packed! Although they claim tu schedule appointments, I always have to wait at least one hour to be seen and their secretaries as well as the manager are extremely rude! Supposedly they go by “treatment plan” and their dental assistants are always making mistakes or forgetting to get the job done. I would NOT recommend this place!

This place is horrible! I would never recommend this place to anyone, just go to Matamoros. These people try to use excuses to steal your money and are extremely unprofessional.They will also make up their own excuses to keep you paying. They are probably the worst office in Brownsville. ZERO professionalism. You could have an appointment and still be waiting up to two hours. I have never even seen the main Orthodontist, hes imaginary. This place is a joke lmao. Please do not waste your hard earned money here. If I was able to choose no stars, I would.

Worst customer service ever! Loooooong waits, other than Dr Navarro, other doctors and technicians never tell you what they are doing or how the treatment is going or ask if you have any questions. I would NEVER EVER recommend this office to anyone. I will definitely NOT bring my other child to this practice when it’s time for braces.

I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE! Bad service overall. The doctor is never present or available. I only saw doctor once, at the beginning and never again. Facility staff are not professional and forget about being courteous. Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches and avoid this facility. No bueno, my friends!

Absolutely terrible. Went in at my appointment time and had to wait an hour to be checked. They cut my gum and it got infected so now I have to get a tooth removed. Whatever you do, don’t go here.
