Service was ok they did what they had to. For a antibody Covid test people generally want and should get results ASAP. They told me the results would be from a Friday available the next Monday so 3 days. I have email la Corp and they just said ohh we just have to merge your patient account to your lab Corp online portal so you can see results and that takes 1-2 business days. Well 5 days and still waiting.

Went there to get some bloodwork done to be sent to my primary healthcare provider. First the guy took me to the back for a drug test because the front desk empoyees told him I was there for that instead of a blood test. Once he realized their mistake he performed the blood draw and definitely nicked something because it hurt (which it usually never does) and I had a hematoma for a week afterwards (which also usually never happens and is not supposed to happen).Furthermore, I have been waiting to get the results for 2 weeks now, nobody answers the phone, my healthcare provider has reached out repeatedly and even sent a fax. No response. But sure enough have a bill in my inbox to pay for it.

The staff members that work at the front desk checking patients in are some really rude people. I was treated badly by some tall lady with glasses and loud voice. As I sat and waited to be called in, I couldnt help but notice that the majority of patients waiting inside the lobby were very elderly and they also were treated and talked to very rudely. These employees need to take a step back and realize that they need to be alot nicer and professional. No reason to be GRINCHES!

I would give them a ➖ 5 stars, but is not available.They are the worst customer service.The phlebotomy personal need more training, they poke several times my daughters arm, and got to the point that; I had to refuse to keep her getting hurt.I suggest the physicians who send their patients to this place, to think twice.

First I want to say that the Labcorp online account is wonderful. When your doctor gets your medical records you are able to look online and download a copy for your records. I am sure Labcorp is wonderful at other locations.However there is one female employee at the brownsville location with short hair who always wears a lab coat that is grumpy, bad tempered, and argumentative. I have experienced her cantankerous attitude on two separate occasions. At most doctors offices , medical assistants will happily answer your questions about your insurance and even contact the insurance company to obtain all required information. If you dont have your insurance card in hand with a photo id do not be expected to be treated well as this employee will point out that this is your responsibility and not hers. I had my insurance id on my phone as this was my first visit. I visited a second time recently and that same employee was there. On my second visit when I entered the facility the same said employee told me to go outside of their facility and wait outside when there was one person at the counter. Keep in mind that the previous time I went there, during the covid19 pandemic, there were people within the waiting room in chairs separated by 6 feet apart as it should be . Now that I visit the second time this employee wants me outside when there is only one customer within the facility at the counter. They even have the area where you are supposed to stand marked on the floor while you are waiting to be helped, 6 feet away from the counter. When I was finally helped another customer came in after me and I told her arent you going to ask her to step outside. She said sir dont be rude to the customers. So apparently its ok to ask me to step outside but not other customers. I believe the only reason she did that is because of my last encounter with her. So be warned if you get on this womans bad side, you will be treated badly. I for one will no longer be going to Labcorp in Brownsville. Im sure Mrs. Cranky will be delighted if she reads this.

The staff are great but if you need something from LabCorp dont bother calling. I have been trying to get someone on the phone all morning long and no one answered. What I did do is sign up with LabCorp online to get my results and downloaded them.

The last time I was there it was quick in and out, so nothing to complain about the services. However, trying to get someone on the phone is a totally different story. Sometimes you just need an answer and do not want to drive for it. Something to consider.

Been here multiple times for a bi ywarly blood draw. They are very kind and quick. I am on the easier side of blood draws considering I have a big old vein that nobodies ever missed.
