First visit! Everyone was so nice and friendly!!Dr. Swartout was very personable and understanding of my concerns. He did an excellent job with my whole procedure!Lindsay was awesome and caring as his hygienist and assistant. I was a new patient with an infected spot. They were able to get me right in and took care of it. I also needed a cleaning and I got a appointment the very next day. The technician was so friendly and kind that even though I normally feel very apprehensive getting dental work done her friendly manner and friendly conversation made the cleaning go fast and without discomfort. Thank you very much for seeing me and adding me to your practice. I will be back.

I have been coming to this practice since it first opened 50? years ago and the transition to Swartout Dental has been excellent. I will probably never say I enjoy the dentist but this visit was as close as it could be to that experience.

This was my first visit to Swartout Dental, needless to say I was a little nervous but the people that work there made me feel very comfortable. Thay are all very professional and put me at ease. I liked that they explained everything thoroughly. I definitely will be going back and referring anyone who needs a great dental office

We are new patients after switching dentists when our previous dentist retired. We were able to get in right away. The hygienist and Doctor spent a lot of time with us explaining various procedures, etc. They did not seem hurried and were both good listeners. The office staff was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. The office decor is lovely, the equipment looked practically new, it was clean as a pin, and they were closely following all Covid recommendations even though we were all fully protected. This may have been our new patient visit, but it felt like we had been there a long time. Good experience, well be back.

Becoming comfortable with a new dentist is tough you may have had the old one for 20 , 30 or more years as I did with Dr Strapulos. Ive been to Dr Swartout a few times now but this year I took advantage of his discount program as I was in there in January 2021 for an emergency appt. My mouth is a disaster because I didnt take care of my teeth in the last several years and it shows which Im not proud of But well get things the way they need to be again. It helps there are familiar faces who stayed on after the other dentist retired in 2018. Im sure I will become more comfortable with him as time goes on. And if hes behind and Im there its probably because Im talking his leg off. I remember being the patient of a dentist many years ago I felt like I was on a merry go round that he was timing how long it took him to work on my tooth.

After sitting and waiting for the dentist to examine me after getting my teeth cleaned, I ended up walking out because I was tired of waiting for the dentist to end his personal conversation. I was the only patient in there and the dental hygienist told him twice that I was ready to be examined. Time for a new dentist. My time is important also.

Had a horrible toothache all weekend. Was a new patient of Dr. Swartout, owed him some $$, had to cancel 2 previous appts, so I was very hesitant about calling him. I waited until Mon. a.m. at 8:00 to see if he could possibly work me in for some help. His receptionist checked with him, then asked if I could be there by 9:00.which, of course, I could! My time with him was only about 15mins. He took an x-Ray, found the problem, gave me an antibiotic, then referred me to an Endodontist. The pain subsided very quickly. I am more than grateful for his help. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new dentist.

Oh my... my last visit to another dentist left me in a bad place. I was so apprehensive to try a new dentist. I absolutely would recommend Swartout Dental! I was treated so nice and felt very comfortable during the whole visit.

I had a nice 1st time visit. The receptionist (didnt catch her name) was friendly and easy to talk to. My records were all completed ahead of time online so when I arrived for my appointment I only waited maybe 5 mins. and then called to the back for my cleaning. Jana was the hygentist who cleaned my teeth and she was gentle, funny, and pleasant. Dr. Jack Swartout had a friendly disposition and the visit went off without a hitch! I plan to go back in 6 months for my next cleaning appointment! (side note: it was refreshing to hear K-Love playing on the radio.)

Dr. Swartout is amazing! He is quick and efficient and has a good bedside manner. The assistants are very friendly too. He has even done some scheduling himself as were looking over the treatment plan. Ive had extensive work done & for someone who was so scared to go, they have been great & my fear has really almost gone away. Dr. Swartout always checks to be sure youre doing ok while hes working on you & stops immediately if you need him too! Everyone is great there. Highly recommend him!!

We have a 7 year old who is TERRIFIED of the dentist - he’s usually visibly shaking, hyperventilating, & near tears. We’ve taken him to a pediatric dentist up north for over 5 years. We tried Swartout Dental today & it was a totally different experience for our kiddo! He was still a little nervous, but no tears, hardly any shaking, & no hyperventilating at all! Hands down best dentist trip ever!

This was my first visit. Felt very comfortable. Liked my hygienist & Dr. Jack seems very nice. Did not feel pressured but was relaxed.

The dental hygienist have been working here for years. Always kind, gentle, and professional. I have not had major dental work done by Dr. Swartout yet, so can’t speak to that, but he did assess some old dental work not mine and was able to answer my questions.

Dr. Swartout is a decent dentist. Let me tell you why. He is the kind that tell you there is no need for certain procedure while he can just tell me otherwise and make a decent profit like my previous dentist. I respect that.

Best family dentist! My 6 yr old actually enjoys getting his teeth cleaned.

I responded to an ad and made appointments for myself and my children. We were just there yesterday for 2 of the appointments and they were fantastic. They were very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the waiting room had magazines, books for children, some toys, and a big fish tank. Not that you have much time for those things. People dont seem to spend much time waiting. We were there for 2 hours and I didnt see anybody wait longer than maybe 10 min. after checking in. My teenager said it was the first time hes ever liked going to the dentist and he felt comfortable. My five year old was scared and was handled with great care. She had a bad experience with a previous dentist so they did what they could without pushing her too far. Hopefully, with time shell feel more comfortable. With visits like yesterday its a definite possibility. ❤ Thank you! See you in a few weeks for the other appointments.

Get experience at denist. Hygienist was super gentle and very good. Very professional office,They make you feel like you’ve been a patient there for years instead of the first time. Denist was very nice, professional and gentle. They take there time with you, letting you know exactly what they are doing. They try to not be cautious before actually saying you have to have this expensive procedure done. They try to make it a good experience to visit denist instead of being nervous

From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and relaxed. Dr Jack was knowledgeable and I felt like he was focused on my familys dental health, and not selling us unnecessary extras. Even though we were the last patients of the day, we werent rushed, and were given all the time we needed to ask questions. My hygienist was thorough, yet gentle, and my 15 year old sons hygienist was wonderful with him, explaining how to care for his teeth, meeting him where he was without being condescending or parental. VERY happy with our choice to go there, and looking forward to our next appt in 6 months.
