Great doctor and lovely staff members and a great atmosphere

This is my primary care office. Ive had numerous encounters with staff and clinicians here. Everyone that I have ever encountered at this location demonstrates the utmost professionalism. I think this facility could be a demo site for others that are in the process of trying to improve their patient experience scores.

A good hospital in Bromol for general public and maintaining good service.

Easy to reach via travel, plenty of on-site parking - facility has a comfortable, open space environment. Beautifully maintained spaces with helpful security/information staff at front and rear entrances, and very clean restrooms-child friendly. Dr. offices very comfortable.

I went here on 1-24-19. The place was empty, the people were extremely nice, I was in and out quickly. I thought it was a great experience until I got a bill for $30. I thought it was a mistake because I paid my copay so I called my insurance company. No mistake - this is an additional charge just for going to an Urgent care. This additional charge is not covered by insurance companies and the Urgent care knows that. No one tells you about this when you are being checked in so you can decide if you want to pay twice as much money to see a Physician assistant in a room that looks exactly like a doctor office. If this is such a valid charge, why not tell people and collect it upfront? I won’t be going back here again because I don’t like being taken advantage of.

My boyfriend and I both are seeing different entities at this location and the staff has been nothing short of professional and courteous and helpful. There have never been long wait times. The building has ample parking and is very clean. I highly recommend this Broomall location for your health care needs.

The absolute worst thing about this place is, they do NOT answer the phone! Sometimes a front desk attendant picks up and transfers you and sometimes, the automated system picks up to transfer you. Problem is, most of the time you still dont get through to the doctor. I dont understand it because half of the time, the building is almost empty. I couldnt get them on the phone to schedule an appointment once, so i had to drive to the building and make it there. The receptionists at the desk were on their phone and talking, not busy at all, and the building was practically empty. And when i need to call to ask a question, if they dont pick up I cant drive out to the building for that. Its just bad. The doctors are pretty good here. I just felt that a few times i could have gotten better service

Not good administration, we are expecting a baby and we took appointment a month ago. They didnt sent any notification than I called them up 2 days before date of appointment and reception said they dont have anything in their schedule and just hang up on us. Instead of offering another appointment they just hang up is this how you treat your patient?? I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there

Went there on a Saturday morning around 840am, doors were locked and nobody was answering the phone. When I finally got through to someone, they didn’t do anything and told me to go to the emergency room. Called today and asked if my wife could be seen, and their urgent care closed for unknown reasons at 200pm, and when I asked if I had to go to the emergency room again, the concierge lady hung up on me. Worst waste of resources and time ever. Don’t bother.

Not yet have I had a receptionist at the OB/GYN that hasn’t had an attitude, spoke down to me or flat out said “ nope can’t help you find somewhere else yourself”. Already spoke to a manager in the past for how verbally abusive his staff is months ago. obviously he doesn’t care. Maybe he will when they’re reported to higher authorities.

This place is HORRIBLE and the lady I saw at the front desk today was as RUDE as rude gets. I walked out- will NEVER be going back there again!!!! If I could give this place a 0, I would.

This review is directed to the owners and or management for this particular building. The workers, patients , visitors , but especially the workers are succumbed to fridged temperatures throughout the entire year ! The girls in the main hall wear scarves and jackets, its Worse in winter. Some of the rooms in the back of building are toxic, we are not only freezing but have to work in a room that causes us to have burning tearing eyes, headaches, coughing. There is not enough ventilation and definite mold . We have complained but Crozer-Keystone doesnt care.Dont know what else to do.

This place is great. My doctor is knowledgeable, nurses of friendly and efficient, and front staff are welcoming and kind.

Friendly staff. Horrible experience. Nurse practitioner sent off my lab and I waited patiently almost 2 weeks for my results, only to find out my lab was sent off for incorrect testing. So now I have no results, and no treatment for me. Now I have to follow up with my pcp in 3 days to have testing done again and wait an additional week or more. Im very disappointed, unsatisfied and in pain. Thanks for nothing CKUC.

Incorrectly billed my insurance! Very bad customer service. Avoid at all costs!
