First time at this clinic and I was very impressed from the check in to the check out everything went well. The doctor was so nice and inviting. And my girls liked her. Definitely will continue to get care from here ❤️I love Advocare Broomall! They are taking such good care of my baby. I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week. That is so crucial during this pandemic.Keep up the great work!☺️❤️

We always have a great experience. All 3 of my kids come to Advocare Broomall Pediactrics. We have had great experiences with all the receptionists, nurses, and doctors. Recently, my children have seen Dr. Lin and she is always great with my kids. Very nice and makes them feel comfortable during their check-up.

We love Broomall Pediatrics! The Drs, Nurses, and staff are so caring, knowledgeable, listen and explain. There is an access line and early hours and we are always able to reach someone any time of the day or night. We have been going here for almost 18 years and through 6 kids! ❤️

Very knowledgeable staff and my daughters enjoyed their checkup. For co-vid you wait in your car which is a good waiting room solution! The building is clean with nice decor. We have seen 2 different doctors from the practice and enjoyed both. Also when I needed my daughters records they were helpful and followed through.

This is a great practice. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Lavoe is kind, caring, and thorough. My kids are older now, (17 and 18) but we have been with the practice for 15 plus years. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff at this location that answered every question or concern promptly and in full detail. It was nice being somewhere with my daughter that the doctors knew everything I was asking which made us very comfortable. Ms. V was amazing!!!!

Our family loves Broomall Pediatrics. We have been patients for 15 years and couldn’t be happier. The office is well organized we rarely long wait to see a doctor even with a sick appointment. The doctors are thorough and fantastic with our kids. Our favorite is Dr Lavoe but maybe we shouldn’t share that he’s already difficult to get an appointment with. It seems many people share our love for him. He is especially great with my less than open and friendly teenage daughter. He speaks to their level and makes it comfortable to share things with him. The hours are convenient and we are always able to get an appointment immediately when the kids are sick. They are everything you would look for in a pediatrician.

Quick, safe, friendly environment, as always! Grateful for the staff and doctors at ABP. Dr. Dewan even called us after hours when she was home because she wanted to follow-up on something from our appointment earlier in the day. Highly recommend.

Always feel welcome and staff accommodates patients. Very Covid alert and prepared... Doctors have great bed-die manners and waitng is never long.

Great experience. Very thorough. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful from front receptionist to clinical support staff and scheduling personnel. Scheduling any tests today is very difficult from precertification requirements to order specifications. Accommodating with appointment scheduling and same day appointments. Great practice.

Dr. Lin is the BEST! I love how patient, calm, and thorough she is with my kids. She is extremely knowledgable and helps ease any worries/questions you may have. I have visited with a handful of doctors at Broomall and she is by far my favorite.The only issues I currently have is the office asking me every time I walk in if my 2.5 year old has a mask (NO) and the plastering pieces of paper all over the walls of children writing Why I got the Covid vaccine. Most of their responses Because my mom made me. It is sad, pushy, and disgusting in my opinion. These kids have no clue why they are being tortured with this shot, yet the office wants to glorify it.

We started with Advocare Broomall Pediatrics 20 years ago when I didn’t even know how to be a parent. I was so scared and overwhelmed and over cautious. With Advo-Broomall Peds, the highest levels of care, concern, and compassion are ALWAYS apart of the patient experience. They knew our names every time we walked in - whether as walkins or well visits! We are well into the collegiate years now and will soon be leaving but I could not have had better partners and teachers than the physicians and staff of Advocare Broomall Pediatrics. Thank you!

I new to broomall pediatrics, due my local office closing and my daughter pcp moving to broomall we decided to give them a chance.. Im so happy we did the staff is wonderful and friendly. The doctors there really take time to listen to the parents and the children concerns. My daughter felt really good about the Np that we had seen and loved how he actually listened to her and not brush her off due to her age. I would definitely recommend thos office to everyone.

I highly highly recommend Advocare Broomall Pediatrics - Broomall Office. I went there as a kid growing up as well as my younger brother. Now I take both my son and my daughter there. I see Dr. LaVoe. He is my absolute favorite doctor and I trust him 100% with the care of both of my kids. I have seen other doctors and nurses and nurse practioners and PAs. They have always been great and honestly I have not one bad thing to say about this office. They are always on call day or night and whether its a nurse or a doctor calling back, they are all very very helpful. I absolutely love this practice and Dr. LaVoe is AMAZING! Dr LaVoe talks really fast, but repeats himself several times, so if you dont catch it the first time, you will the second, third or fifth time and if not he will answer any question you have and make sure you understand everything and have everything you need before you leave. You can tell he loves what he does and honestly I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else. Thank you Dr. LaVoe and Advocare Broomall Peds for all that you do!

Can you give zero stars!? Go to an urgent care before ever trying to get an appointment on the weekend. Besides waiting over a half hour just to talk to someone live, when you go to the office you wait another hour in the parking lot. Then when you ask how long the wait is, no one answers. We may change offices completely! Unacceptable!

We left this practice 2 years ago now. Staff was friendly, billing issues were a large part of the reason that I left. Though 2 years after we left they still have yet to deliver my childrens medical records to myself or my childrens new doctor. This obviously complicates my childrens ongoing healthcare. So between the billing issues and the lack of response to numerous requests for my childrens health records, they recieve a justified 1 star review for horrible service.

Horrible billing experience. They called me and canceled my sons well visit appointment because there is unpaid bill. My son has state insurance. We dont even have co-payment for office visit. But they are still trying to charge me $274 because well visit has been done twice within a same year and they cant get their payment from insurance company.

My daughter has been a patient for 17 years. I have the highest opinion of the entire practice. We see Dr O and just adore her as a great doc in every way. But we’ve also had interaction with several others. They are all wonderful and caring and extremely competent. One feature that I have used over the years is the “nurses line”. They are available for addressing possible medical problems or just soothing a new mom. Even the front desk is great. I will be very sad when my daughter ages out.

Horrible service , the lady at the front counter is the worst! She belittles everyone in there. I heard her yelling at a patients parents about a 20$ balance , saying they would remove their child if the balance was not paid. My daughter (who is afraid of the dentist) was put through multiple non needed procedures, then they installed her cap improperly and her tooth abscessed. They then proceeded To give her a 1 hour appointment over 3 different visits (not needed I got a second opinion) so that they could charge our co pay and the insurance company multiple times. This place is only about the money. They will do unnecessary work for the money.

Horrible experience! They called us into a room soon when we got in to the office but have to wait almost 42 minutes to be seen by Dr Lavoe for our sons scheduled visit. This is beyond ridiculous having to wait that long with a toddler in a room. Finally when the dr came in, we felt like he was trying to rush through and didnt get the quality care we anticipated.

Most of the doctors are excellent and they are almost always able to fit us in for a sick appointment when needed. We have always been very happy with this facility.

We have been patients of this practice for 11 years, and I cant imagine going anywhere else. From the incredibly available physicians, who have answered our calls day or night, guiding us through some pretty scary things with our babies, to the amazing office hours and the new addition of Dr. Cicchino, whom we LOVE, I would recommend the practice to anyone!

I was a patient of this practice as a child and I now bring my children here. The doctors here are amazing. Dr. O is our favorite! Nurse Fiona has always been extremely helpful. We have moved but will continue to see the doctors at their other location in West Chester.

Dr Ng was one of the nicest and most helpful doctors I have ever experienced with my children, I would highly recommend this office to anyone and I am so glad to have switched to this practice.

Horrible place. In a hurry, treat your kids like a pice of meat and try to solve everything with a new prescription experiment. The only people who leave this place smiling are the drug company reps.

My 3 kids have been going there for the last 10 years.Great service, and staff.
