It was my first visit to the office. I found the the office to have a very relaxed atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Dr. Harvilla had an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions. I was not rushed. He was very thorough and what I liked most was his conservative approach to treatment.I will return and recommend him highly.

Doctor Havrilla is the ultimate professional. This morning I had a periodontal cleaning, and it was quick and painless. I have gum disease and its important that I have a cleaning every 3 months to prevent any further damage. His staff is extremely accommodating. When I remembered a question that I wanted to ask him as I was on my way out the door, he took the time to address my concern. No upselling going on here. Highly recommended.

Customer service was top notch. All staff made me feel like a valued customer. I received crown lengthening and a frenectomy. The dentist did an excellent job. I felt No Pain. I am satisfied with the results thus far. I am following the instructions given by the dental office and can say I still feel No pain, slight swelling, but not excessive at all. I would highly recommend the Havrilla Center without hesitation. 5 stars from me. Satisfied customer!

First I should say, this office is very nice and clean and the equipment is great. The staff here are so friendly, funny, and helpful. I felt at ease as soon as 2 minutes into my first phonecall to book my appointment. Dr. Havrilla is straightforward and trustworthy - I’ve been with other dentists in the past that try to upsell expensive procedures with scare tactics and salesy language, you won’t find that here.

8/25/20 UPDATE: Surgery went well. Dr. Havrillla and his staff were quick, informative, and supportive all the way through. Called me at home the next day to check in. Very pleased. Will have a second surgery soon. Highly recommend.Professional and personable staff. New, clean facilities. Have been a few times now and will have surgery here soon. Very pleased with my choice so far and feel that my future procedure will be a success.

After 30 years you ask if I enjoyed my visit??? Frankly. Do you really expect anyone to enjoy a visit to a place that guarantees sore bloody gums and yet expect payment in return. Anyone who truly enjoys the experience has a clear mental defect. Anyhow hygienist was accurate. Quick and thorough. Service same for 30 years. All in all thanks for keeping my teeth in my head for all these years. Previous dentist 32 yrs ago gave me no hope. At 73 still perio disease but.have almost all original teeth. Ya. 22 years ago I was told I needed full periodontic surgery on my gums due to pereodontic disease but could expect to loose teeth over the years anyhow. Under his care and simple deep cleanings on regular basis I lost my first teeth last month at almost 70 years of age. He is conservative, hard working, deeply careing and in general a good guy and great dentist. I am not sure anyone loves dentist visits but he certainly got the job done and deserves your business

I went to this office about 5 years ago and returned recently with a problem. The office has changed. The equipment was broken and running poorly, along with being dirty. The new person in charge at the front desk was rude to the other employees and yelled in front of me. After being seen I decided I would find another periodontist!!!!!!!
