The Manager Patrick is incompetent for not supporting his staff. The line was half across the store. The two cashiers were phenomenal and stayed in good spirits. The manager was walking around looking busy and unwilling to get on a register to help them. The customers were all thinking the same thing. He ended up pretending to review paper work at the end. What a joke! Treat your employees better!

Every trip is different. Take time to really look. This last visit was before Mothers day. LOVELY cards.

It has much changed over 15 years where I used to work at TjMaxx at Woodmere. I cant believe my eyes when I came in TjMaxx, its not stylish and the purses are not all that anymore.

I love TJX. Quality at discount prices! Today I purchased a super soft long sleeve sweatshirt with embroidered pink roses (so cute) and gift foods.

Nice clean store with even better pricing. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Limited capacity made shopping more comfortable. Lines at the checkout moved quickly. Aisles were well arranged and easy to navigate.

The check out lines werent long. The people were very friendly. And you cant beat the prices !!!

Store had very limited items. Mostly because they are reopening after being closed for too long. I picked few shirts and went looking for the dressing room. I was told it is closed !. If you buy something and it doesnt fit they told me to return it back. I dont have time for that. Bad experience

Found a sauce pan I needed at a fantastic price! And of course some new Philosophy at an unbelievable price. Spring is coming in and the merchandise looks great and as always, a good price!

Boy, I forgot about the nice home decor section of the store. Im always looking at the purses, shoes and clothes. I went in that area and totally lost my mind on the great bargains and nice items I found for my home. They were so nice that I had to go back to another location on the othe side of town and I lost my mind there too. Somebody help me...I spent way too much money this week!! But, I have some nice items in my home. How BOUT that!!

You did good at the beginning by closing and employees could go home. I went to my Bank yesterday, which is just next to this TJ Maxx. I had on a mask. There is a sign on the door that says You must wear a mask to come into this T.J.Maxx. So, I was good to go!! A young lady was standing by the door, holding on to a cart right in the cart area right at the front of the store. I thought she would stop people if they were not wearing a mask, but i guess not. If your going to put up the sign, then its up to you to enforce it.As I waited in the checkout line, the 2 customers in front of me had no masks, the lady behind me had a kid who was sneezing right behind me, not 6 away, with NO MASKS ON EITHER THE LADY OR CHILD THIS, is what I am talking about, T.J. MAXX, THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT PROTECTING YOUR EMPLOYEES AND OTHER SHOPPERS FROM THIS VIRUS SPREADING!! I dont think I will be back there for a LONG, LONG TIME AND WILL NOT BUY ONLINE. Sorry, but your not enforcing the rules T.J.MAXX....3 stars because the store was clean and purses were done very nicely....very colorful selection! THERE ya go!!

Nothing but junk

Loved so many of the Style and offers here and was looking forward to a lot of shopping until realizing many of it was not in my size. Very disappointing so many great Styles and so little Variety in sizes. Although not able to purchase for my personal self I was able to purchase many Easter gifts here for others whom I knew they would fit.

Outstanding assistance by jewelry clerk & her manager. Above and beyond what is generally experienced at any discount department store. Very good to excellent.

Where are all the mens dress clothes?

I have always liked TJ Maxx. I used to buy all of my professional work clothes here but the selection of dress pants and shirts has gone down drastically. Not a huge selection for men/boys but a huge selection for women/girls. Always great prices here, just make sure you check the item you are interested in before purchasing.

T. J. Maxx never disappoints! The prices are incredible! This store is kept very neat and tidy making it easy to navigate through everything. The workers here are so kind and helpful. They have a smile on their face and they have conversations with you at checkout instead of just standing there without saying anything which has become a norm in retail. They have so much stuff youll want to look at so make sure you dont go with limited time! I was able to get one under armour hoodie, two thick sweaters, and two long sleeve blouses for $110! Talk about a steal. The lady who assists you at the dressing room was awesome! She was quick and efficient. After trying on the clothes she took any of the things I didnt want to put away. I also love the checkout process. There is one line which leads to 5 cashiers, making the line go really fast and enabling everyone to have around the same wait time. The cashier was extremely friendly too. I would highly recommend shopping here if you want to save money. The overall experience is wonderful! You will not regret shopping here in a clean store with friendly workers while saving money!

They have really nice selection of things and its squeaky clean! The employees take pride in their work! I found a 3 pack of baby socks with grips for my one year old and one was missing and they definitely marked it down like some places ik who will rather claims it out or marking it down but after theyve said no to you. But that wasnt the case and I just felt good at the over all atmosphere.

Wow where should I start. The makeup and skincare items are usually swatched even if not on clearance. I dont want other peoples dirty hands touching everything, there should be a sign with surveillance that says dont open and test products! The clearance clothing and other items arent consistent with the other tjmaxx stores in the area. Some of the home decor is broken but they sell them anyway. Whos gonna buy broken merchandise? I could say more, but I wont.They need to get their act together. (3 stars is a passable rating, was being generous)

The store is always well kept and well light. They always have something there I can use.

I found a couple of infant clothing in the clearance section with no tags. The cashier said the clothing went to a set, so she went back to check if she could find the missing pieces. I waited 10 minutes at the checkout line. Then she came back and said she couldnt sell the clothing to me for another 7 days to see if the missing pieces happened to show up! What a waste of my time 😞
