I love going to Hearing Plus office in Brooklyn.EJ and Joe Baker are great! They take good care of me and very respectful and sensitive to my hearing loss issues. The staff were horrible. The doctor conducted the hearing test in her office, not a hearing booth. She said I had to see a medical doctor first, (a real doctor), and refused to sell me a hearing aid. Then told me Friday was her last day, and she is moving to Florida. So really she just wants to get paid and not do anything. I waited weeks for an appointment. What a waste of time!! I would give them zero stars if I could! Also, it reads Walk-ins welcome on the door. I asked for an after work appointment and had to wait weeks just to be refused. So the sign is not valid.

I am happy with my zounds hearing aidbud after five months the cord came off the ear plug. I found out that I wasnt covered.. I voiced my displeasure and the office manager said that the company doesnt want an unhappy customer so he made the correction. All the workers at the Brooklyn office are very pleasant and capable.
