Really excited about my new PowerBlocks! They had them in stock and I was able to try them out before I purchased them which kind of rare these days with the supply chain in chaos everywhere these days. I was also really impressed with the staff. We need more people like them in the world... Very helpful, didnt make me feel stupid for asking questions, made suggestions, looked things up super quickly, no pressure to buy, and they even wheeled my boxes out to the car and loaded them when I did purchase. 5-star service and lots of selection. I would like to highly recommend and thank Paul Smaby for going up and beyond in his efforts to find the elliptical that met all my needs. I have used a Nordictrack for years, and was looking into a seated elliptical that would work for my both my husband and me. Paul listened to what I was looking for, then showed me, and let me try out all the possible matches that they had in their showroom. He also brought me back into the warehouse to show a few models that would be refurbished soon and might fit my budget better. I left without buying anything, but with all the knowledge I needed to make a decision when I found the perfect machine. Paul called me back in a week or so with the news that a used Nustep had been turned in and would be available. A Nustep was first on my list, but we just couldnt afford a new one, so I jumped at the chance to buy the lightly-used Nustep at an amazing discount. Thank you, Paul!

P3 and Keaton provided me an enjoyable retail experience. Took the time to review the WaterRower with me. Even inspected and answered questions about assembly of the new row machine in the store prior to purchasing. We will start with P3 in the future for any fitness equipment over eBay or other retailers. Nice to have such a retail experience & offering of a variety of exercise equipment locally.

We stopped in and had just started looking into treadmills. We worked with Ronn and had an amazing experience. He had a lot of great information and was very knowledgeable about the treadmills on the market. From that first experience to delivery, the team was great. We are very happy with our decision and choosing push pedal pull for our treadmill purchase.

This was my second visit to a PPP store as my wife and I were trying to decide on a piece of exercise equipment. In both cases, at the Brooklyn Park MN and Fargo ND stores, we were met with friendly and knowledgeable store employees who showed us various brands of recumbent cross trainers. Their expertise lead us to decide on an Inspire Fitness CS3. They included free shipping and installation at my home which I am very thankful for! We are anxiously awaiting delivery and setup of this equipment. We’re both happy with our experiences with Push Pedal Pull and would highly recommend them in a search for quality exercise equipment!

We are the very happy owners of a Precor stationary recumbent bicycle purchased at Push Pedal Pull. Working with Paul made the process easy. The hardest part was convincing my husband (who now uses the machine multiple times a week) to spend the money on a better machine. The end of January we spent a day running around the Minneapolis area going to a variety of sporting goods stores to try out stationary recumbent bicycles. It became obvious that the Precor was the only machine that would work well for me due to back issues. Since I had shoulder surgery shortly after we received the machine I have used it only a few times. Even with an arm in a sling it worked great. So husband loves it and I love it. Its great to have really good exercise machines in our house, it makes getting daily exercise done easier for us.

Great experience—across the board! We ended up speaking to a few different sales people and all of them were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented. We felt no pressure in any way, only great service—including when we called back to ask if they would honor a promotional discount after the fact, which they did! The deliver staff was also great. They went out of their way to make sure things got taken care of to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high-quality piece of equipment who also want a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with Ronn when I came in to look at an elliptical. He took the time to explain all the features on every model I cared to look at, as well as pros and cons of each choice. We recently purchased a piece of equipment from the Maple Grove location and had it delivered. The delivery crew was very professional and did a great job.

I stopped into P³ today to look for an exercise bike. Ronn, the sales rep was busy as the only rep on the floor but he did a great job of providing a personal experience to every customer there. I asked about bikes and gave him a budget, instead of trying to sell me a more expensive new in box bike of lesser quality, he brought me to the back of the store and showed me a number of refurbished bikes in great shape. I ended up with the same bike I use at the gym for $300 less than the 2nd hand store down the street in better condition! Ronn even helped me load the bike into my trunk. Im glad I stopped in, it was a great buying experience.
