Bought a rotisserie chicken for my daughter Gertrude’s 11th birthday party meal. When I cut into it to serve all the girls started screaming when the chicken was bloody! Really cub!? There were tears and screams and my Gerty was very upset. Had to serve the veggie tray instead and what kid wants to eat broccoli and radish as their birthday meal. Extremely dissatisfied with this deli. Definitely go get your rotisserie from walmart instead.. especially if its for your daughter’s birthday party.

Always clean, open 24 hours a day, kind of a odd aisle layout where you cant get from the entrance to the rest of the store without going down weird funnel of isles.

Way too many times the sale price loudly proclaimed on a yellow tag on the shelf and also in the circular is not what is quietly rung up. Always check your receipt here. Lets reduce it to one star... they did it again, no sale price and the nice touch of having the customer service counter closed on a busy Friday night... The price on the deli chicken was too good to pass up. I thought it tasted funny. Thanks for the food poisoning.

The best thing about Cub Foods is the chicken! I can get a 2-piece meal with two sides and a bun for only $5. I like the grilled, my wife likes the fried. Either way is some of the best chicken for the price.

Cub is amazing. Ive gotten their cake for both of my daughters birthdays so far and have been incredibly impressed. The cake is delectable and moist.

This location is very convenient. It has almost everything I need. The staff are great. I would typically come here three times a week. The only minor complaint is the self-checkout machines. At times, when I scan and bag items and then move bags around to make room for other items, the machine will indicate errors in which I would have to get a staff to key in their code or fix it on their computers. Sometimes, this will happen more than once in one occurrence. Aside from this, no complaints. Keep up the great work!

Took off one star because of the horrible self check-out. It always says that I moved my bags even when I didnt, and it asks for me to wait for a team members assistance a ridiculous amount of times. Its more efficient and much less of a headache to simply go through the regular lines. The removal of the other stars was due to there not being enough strippers. Would make it 0 if I could. Disgusting.

I am sure the employees are friendly, if you could find one. Sometimes have difficulty finding products since it is not my normal cub but cant find anyone to ask. Good produce selection and fresh meats too. Would like to see more turnover in the bacon though. Gray/Brown bacon is not nearly as appetizing red/pink bacon.

Love their gas card everything you buy gets put toward gas discounts at holiday. Good produce and vegetables selection. Good quality meats

The customer service rep was very helpful! The cashier was speedy and I was in and out in no time because they had enough cashiers on hand to help make the lines shorter. And if your in a real hurry you can always use the self checkout which I have used many times. Cub had some really good sales this week!

Cub has been slowly changing and revamping their stores to be more updated. Prices are good though. And sometimes we also prefer a slower quieter location vs Hyvee which is always busy and hectic.

So apparently you cant use a manufacturers coupon if an item is on sale with one of their coupons. Never heard of that. Another reason to go to HyVee.

The Cub Foods off of Zane in Brooklyn Park is really a beautiful store. An awesome deli department slightly understaffed but everything is organized the store is bright and clean unlike some other Cubs Ive been in.

All I got was chicken breasts. Good price on those. Got a dole bbq ranch chopped salad which Ive had and liked. I also got cornbread mix krusteaz with honey because my wife likes it better than jiffy. The store was clean. The girl at the checkout was really friendly and the layout is pretty open.

They are good at trying to keep their shelves full.

People in the store are friendly much and the price is reasonable. I live far but I love to shop in the store.

The selection of food is great and you can find a wide array of organic and natural products. I recommend looking at the flowers section, great selection and prices.

I was just at Cub and once again, price of dog food, not changed to sale price. Sign was clearly displayed on shelf. It took forever to get someone to check on the price and the poor man waiting in my line, had to wait. No other checkouts were open. Now, 50% of the time I go there, items are not marked correctly. Look how much the store makes off of you because you dont catch their mistakes. I have posted this several times. I hope the store manager reads this.

They have replaced what used to be a great health food section with pots, pans, and kitchen gadgets. Some of the natural and gluten-free baking products have moved, but the employee I spoke with was clueless as to where the rest of the health food products may have gone. The prices are ok, and the deli has slightly improved, but healthy food selection has taken a huge hit. They have built this strange maze to discourage you from using the self-checkout. How odd.There is much better selection and service at Hy-Vee, just down the street.

Had to call the main office to get service after waiting 5 minutes at the deli counter. The guy washing dishes looked at us several times, but continued washing dishes without comment. The lady portioning rolls did the same, as did the guy helping the people at the ready to eat counter. The family bathroom diaper station is broken, toddler seat is filthy and stained. Bathroom itself was dirty and strewn with rolls of toilet paper on the floor.

I love my Cub! There is a HyVee across the road, but I cant find anything there. Cub is laid out much better!

Always fun to go to Cubs for chunky cinnamon bread. I do love the bakery!

They are bad about having things out of stock. But if you are just stopping in real quick for something it isnt too bad. They also allow ordering on Instacart. But the out of stocks are a real pain there.

Great customer service. They had open lanes so no endless waiting...I even encountered some employees that told me exactly where I would find the items I was looking for.

If I could give you zero stars today I would. Your website for the cub at 9655 Colorado Ave N says you have Christmas Day hours starting at 9 am.The lights are on and youre not home. While posting this at 1055 am. Seven cars have come and gone. I guess everyone else who has come here saw the same Christmas hours I did.Yet one more reason to shop at Hyvee.I expect criticism for my review especially considering employees should be home with their families on Christmas Day and I would agree. However your hours are posted that you are open unlike other stores, therefore you should be open. If you are not open, then fix it as many of us drove on icy roads to get those forgotten groceries from your store only to find you are not open.Here come four more cars.

Prices constantly scanning higher than posted on the shelves. Manager notified, yet it keeps reoccurring. You literally need to review item by item. Happens all the time, so we go to SuperTarget

Gteat store very well kept. The early morning cashier can be pretty rude some days. Especialy if you make her do anything beyond running skus across the eye.Besides that great store.I just go to quick trip across the street for tabacco products .
