I had an awesome experience here and I recommend this establishment over Patient First. The front desk staff was very welcoming and down to earth. The nurse and the PA were very professional and made the customer experience amazing ! I recommend this place for expert medical care .

We love the staff and have never had a bad experience with staff. However, the wait times are ridiculous and theres no point to making an online check-in because youll be there long after that time passes. 90 minutes is the going average but Ive not had that problem with other locations, or other places.

This was the third time our family has used this ExpressCare location. Each visit has been fast, pleasant, and resolved our medical needs. The front desk staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. The medical assistant was lovely, as was the PA-C. I was able to schedule an appointment online and was seen on time. Highly recommend.

Staff is professional just didn’t understand why I had a wait time of 3 hours for a 10 minute Covid test they have to figure a better way ridiculous

I’ve been going to Express Urgent Care for years, but this was my first time going to the Brooklyn Park location. All the staff were extremely pleasant, they got me back in a timely manner, and gave me the best care per usual. Doctor Josh was just amazing so I highly recommend them.

They are absolutely amazing and very caring. I went here because I was not feeling good while I was in the examining room my husband called and he had an emergency and I had to leave. They were very understanding and they made me a telemed appointment and I had it within 2 hours and got medicine and the next day I was feeling much better. Thank you all so much the doctor was very nice and understanding also I will go back again.

I gave three stars, because I scheduled an appt. and still waited over one and half hours to be seen. Aside from the wait, everyone was wonderful!

I was a little skeptical about the protocols they had in place for waiting in the lobby. When I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful front desk staff who explained the entire process. I was very comfortable waiting, the chairs were six feet apart and very clean. The Doctors and Nurses are very friendly, they answered all my questions and gave me additional information. They have a wonderful team to assist you with your visit.

Check In appointment was probably the 2nd or 3rd appointment after the clinic opened and spent almost an hour and a half here. If you are pressed for time, you may want to go somewhere else. 3 stars is because the staff is extremely pleasant

I scheduled an appointment and have been waiting over 2 hours since my appointment time. I’ve called the receptionist twice to be told that accords to her screen I’m next. I’ve watched several people go in to be served while sitting here. I strongly suggest that this is NOT the place to get your covid test. I asked to use the restroom and I couldn’t because it was filthy. I asked receptionist if a 2 hour or more wait was normal fir the covid test and she said yes.

My first experience happen to be a few weeks ago i injured myself at work me and my wife came in to be seen and I had a injured ankle the front desk representative with glasses dark hair her badge name began with a “Te”quickly responded to me limping with a wheel chair at the door. I had trouble with contacting my job for workers comprehensive information but she remained patient with me as well as still taking others as i tried to gain information me and my wife truly appreciated the service we were given within the moment we walked in and the moment we walked out. Highly recommend this facility.

The reason I left a five-star is because the staff was very friendly knowledgeable all around a happy environment and made it feel safe and clean.. also the doctor and nurse are both very professional and satisfied with the results and experience overall.. definitely now on I will be going there for any sickness or anything related to that having a good staff is very helpful in keeping your patience at ease as they did for me

Were up from Florida and the people at Express Care urgent Care and well just marvelous I cant say enough about them the lady at the front counter and the doctor both help my husband. Thank you so much

I came here for a sick visit two days ago and the receptionist wouldn’t let me use the bathroom claiming that somebody stole all the supplies out of it then told me to wait out in my car which I didn’t have a car and explained that to her and asked if I could sit in the waiting area and she told me no even though there was nobody else there. So I went outside and waited and waited and waited until I decided to go to the hospital. After me being at the hospital six hours later express care called me to tell me they were ready. Was I supposed to sit outside for six hours? Worst service ever in an urgent care.

ExpressCare Urgent care got my husband a telehealth appointment so quickly , I was so thankful !The nice young woman who scheduled us was so kind , caring and helpful,... and the Doctor that we were connected to was excellent also!He was very patient , courteous and asked all the right questions to make sure my husband was prescribed the best medicine for his condition.Thank you for being there with excellent care, when we needed you most! 😊

I had to wait longer than I wanted to. There was five or six people ahead of me. I was only being tested for COVID-19. I was a little impatient. After the wait, everything thing went good. The staff was on point. A couple of them. I mean all of them gained my favorite. Starting from the lady at the front desk. Nice experience visiting there. Thanks. As we face a pandemic, its good to receive expeditious same day care. The social distancing protocol is excellent and being able to voice whether you are satisfied with your care before leaving, add to the treatment. You are asked if you have any questions and encouraged to call should you have concerns after leaving. Resources and any future care, should it be needed are discussed as well. Thanks to the frontliners in health-care.

Horrible... plain and simple.. one word. NEVER again..I can not believe this place has more than one star ratings across the board. Went for COVID test. Was told I had to wait in my car. This caused me to miss my turn in line by 40mins. I had to walk in and say, hi, Im waiting??? Now its 2 hours in. So now its my turn to sit inside and fill out the paperwork. In comes several patients, one after the other. One man. A group of three. Then two more. They all piled in and were allowed to stay inside while I was in there. But there was ONE MAN filling out paperwork when I arrived and I was told to go sit in my car. I finally get in the back. Get my test done. And Im waiting. And waiting. And waiting again. No one comes back with my test results. No doctor. Nothing. I left. When I called the next day to get the results of my test. They said there were no test results. No diagnosis..no prognosis... My chart was only noted that I was there and left! THERE WAS NO TEST, And NO RESULTS. And these scam artist have the nerve to bill my insurance for 200$ For services NOT RENDERED

My experience at Express Care Urgent Center was great. The staff was both friendly and informative from the front desk to the Doctor. My waiting time was minimal. Lastly, the diagnosis was on point and got me back on my feet .

People there was very helpful Dr was good and he take time too make me feel better my Dr.is a good DR. BUT THIS CARE CENTER is on the money.l will go there before l go too the ER.okay

Quick and courteous! They also have very easy online appointment setup, not the ridiculous system other urgent cares use where you have to check at midnight and hope youre fast enough.

I went in to have a covid test done and was extremely pleased with how quickly I was in and out. The staff and doctor were very respectful and efficient. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming.

My mom was seen here after a fall. She received excellent care from Dr. Baczuk. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took time to explain things very clearly. They are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. Not all urgent cares or providers are created equal--this place is great! Definitely recommend.

Do you need a quick, timely and possibly brief medical visit or evaluation? Then this place is not for you. First off, they couldnt find my appointment in their system and I had to register as a walk-in. Which led to me waiting for 3 hours and counting for a simple covid test that takes less than 5 minutes. As it stands, I dont believe it would have been any better if they had my appointment. There are just too many people waiting. We are all not walk-ins. And we had to wait in our cars. IN WINTER!!! Waste of time, waste of money, waste of gas! Zero stars if I could.

My experience was great I went there for corvid-19 testing. Results was fast while you wait. I think more testers should be working on site to speed up entire process. My nurse giving the Corvid test was magnificent!

I came here to get a COVID PCR test at the end of last month due to not feeling well. I was swabbed and told that my results would appear on Labcorps patient portal in 2 days after the pick up. It has now been over 3 days now and still no COVID results. I called Labcorp myself and was informed that my address was not on the labslip so my results could not be posted. SERIOUSLY?! Why would you all not put down my address on a labslip. As a healthcare worker myself, the labslip must always have the patients address! So now Ive been out of work for over a week now due to the negligence! Bad enough I had to wait over an hour to get this test that was ordered by my job done, but now I have to wait an extra 2 to 3 days for my results. I would like to go back to work! That day will be my last encounter with Express Care.

Staff is nice but the wait is entirely too long. Two hour wait for a covid pre scheduled appointment.

Super long Covid testing wait time. Came in on 2pm on a sunday. 2+ hr wait just for a nose swab. The place was clean and the receptionist are nice. Wait was just entirely too long.

Came here around 5pm on a weekday. This is during COVID. Everything was clean and precautions taken for social distancing etc. I was the only person in the waiting room and when I left there was only 1 other person waiting. Its a very large waiting room so plenty of space. Very quick to be seen by the nurse and the doctor, and RXs filled quickly as well. Nice staff.

AWFUL. Tried to secure a telemedicine visit, and was placed in the queue. My appointment time came and went though I kept receiving updates that I was first in line. Then I received a text saying my appointment was canceled. I repeatedly called the locations number, but the receptionist kept picking up the phone and sending me to voicemail. RIDICULOUS!

If you dont have a car and have to be seen I hope youre not too sick because you will be sitting outside in the cold waiting to be seen which completely makes no sense at all this place is ridiculous as a patient you could die waiting for a doctor outside
