The staff publicly talked about hating their jobs. I felt in danger from other patients multiple times, and the staff did nothing. Nothing there was therapeutic. Some kids are given ITPS. A fancy way of saying theyre gonna make you stay in your room and do paperwork for half the day. They didnt try to help, but rather said we needed to learn how to deal with things on our own. There are many other inpatients and PHPs that are much better. If youre looking for PHPs, Alina has one that actually helps

Outpatient care consistently has caring staff, clean facilities and a very calm atmosphere. The staff are all so wonderful, from the scheduling staff to nurses, aides and psychiatrists- they all care so kindly for each patient.

Nothing here was therapeutic. all of it was a distraction, small group check ins, coloring, card games, and little physical activity is all I did for the 10 days I was in during April-May. Staff were iffy, some were nice, others were ignorant and seemed like they didnt want to do their job and help. I can say none of this helped me at all. Side note, the beds are awful. Very uncomfortable, got about 3-4 hours of sleep during the time I was in.

As far as mental health places go I went there a few months ago and although I didn’t like being there it’s a good place to get better, very nice staff and they treat u good, if you go in with a open mind it will help you👍

All we did was color, watch tv and do a short group which helped nothing

From going here last summer I can say this place really helps. The people who work their really seem to care for the patients and are really amazing people from the 6 weeks Ive been here. The mental health programs they have here are truly helpful and have definitely helped me learn. I would recommend the Heathy Emotions Program IOP sini thats the one I did and it really helps teens connect with issues they have our are going through. Definitely deserves the 5 stars in this review.

It was great, we found out my sons real problem in PHP and he is doing so much better. Plus we have a better understanding of him.

The program sucked the staff where better then I thought it would be but other wise they just want u to get to there expectations and then u can leave I was there and I was there for 2 months and I have not chanced

Structure, limits, boundaries, opportunities to earn priveledges and an enviornment that promotes recovery focused activity.A literal life saver. I recommend to any parent in search of mental health support for their children.

Terrible. There is absolutely no empathy anywhere. Most staff have a tough S*** attitude about patients, which is NOT helpful in most mental health cases.

The facility sucks. All day we color and play games.theres one therapy group and its a group therapy.patients are treated poorly
