Had a terrible experience with these guys bought a tire from them that had the threads on the tires out in 6 months. The tire didnt even have a 30k thread warranty like they said very poor service I wouldnt even recommend.

My family and I have been going to this auto shop for years. Originally started as Galaxy auto and then became heartland. No one loves change but I have to say, Mike works hard for his customers. I like that the mechanics are willing to explain what they’re doing if asked, having back up cars available have been such a relief, and I feel like I can trust the work being done for the price. I highly recommend Heartland Tire in Brooklyn Park.

I’ve been going to heartland tire formally Galaxie auto for many years numerous sets of tires from them. Mike the manager is excellent to work with he’s very honest and goes above and beyond. I use them for most of my maintenance oil changes and tire needs. Recommend him highly

The front desk guy is so rude. I continued to come back only because I had bought the Thanksgiving oil change deal coupons. Not anymore! I called to try and reschedule my appointment and he just flat out hung up the phone on me. Im done with this location. How can this guy still be employed?!

Mike and I did not see eye at first when it came to the damage to my wheel. After speaking with upper management, they agree that they will replace the wheel at their cost.Mike reached out the the vendor and express his concern about the integrity of the wheel because he never had seen something like that before where the bolt holes can be bent up. Mike is not only concern about the damage wheel but the other 3 as well.The vendor is going to inspect the damage wheel and may be issuing a recall on my entire set of wheels. Mike went above and beyond and want to ensure that my safety comes first. I will recommend their service.

This is the only place I trust give me the recommendations I actually need for my vehicles. Mike is the cement that hold this Heartland Tire together. Thank you for everything you have done for us over the years. I look forward to continuing to work with you for years to come.

I have been going to Heartland (formerly Galaxy) for many years (14-15). I have always received fantastic service and great value. I have never once had to take something back for re-repair. Nor have I been over charged or over serviced. Each repair is explained ahead of time and all options are offered. I go there for all the service on my vehicles. Any applicable coupons are applied without my having to ask. Loaners are available for longer fixes - super convenient. I truly cannot say enough great things about Mike Martin and the entire crew at Heartland. I feel extremely fortunate to have such a trusted and reliable shop to take my vehicles for repair and maintenance.

In the middle of a pandemic the workers here refuse to wear masks & protect other people. If you keep taking off the mask & putting it on it defeats the entire purpose of wearing one in the first place. You would think that’s common sense behavior but the petulant children who work here clearly feel differently. Would not recommend to anyone who values their safety & the safety of others. Ridiculous, disrespectful & quite frankly irresponsible behavior in these times. Do better.

Terrible. Front desk guy was rude and treated me like I was an annoying kid. I’m 30. Overcharged me so bad but I was desperate to get my car fix and location was convenient to my house. Don’t come here unless you look caucasian or wealthy or beautiful. Will never recommend ever.

Last year I bought a set of new tires from Heartland Tire. Today I had to take in the car for a leak in one of the tires, and a winter check-up. I have found the customer service at this location to be excellent. They have a large and comfortable waiting area. They offered free coffee or water, and they communicated clearly what they were doing to the car. I have found this business to be friendly and honest. I recommend highly.

Continue to have great experiences here. They are honest and let you know when you don’t really have to fix something and can wait until the next thing breaks to do it all at once.

This place does not know how to repair tires. the service here is really bad too i wish i could give this 0 stars. never coming here again and i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice guys that are pleasant to be around while you wait. Ive dealt with shady auto places before where I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because Im woman, but I didnt feel that way here. They told me the issues they found but educated me on which ones were most important to fix and which I could hold off on for a bit to save some money. Ill definitely be back here for another oil change.

We had a death in the family and needed to get our oil changed before our 12 hour drive to the funeral. Mike went out of his way to fit us in and make sure that everything was in good working order on our vehicle. Thank you again for all your help today--its very much appreciated!!

Just had an engine replaced here. The price quote was very accurate. Took about 3 business days which I thought was speedy quick. I got several calls from Mike as the work progressed telling me exactly where they were at and confirming our prior diagnosis of the vehicle. Mike was easy to work with, super clear, and no upsell. It turned out great! The vehicle has new life. Thanks to everyone at the shop!

I had my car towed in on a Monday. My turn aroun time was great and the communication was good. However, I feel as if I was over charged for my repair. I believe they charge me 300% up-charge for the My part. I really dont trust their pricing and will never return there again!

I went there with a flat, they told me $150 to replace the tire. The day I went back to get my tire back they told me $250 when I got there. The same day I called and they corrected the issue. Now, my truck and I are happier. Just shows to ask questions.

This place is great! Fun fact: 5 out of the 6 employees here have april birthdays! Obviously, Im here quite often.

No integrity in there repair. Friendly when they want you to come in for a repair but wont back it up. and will find every excuse thats its not there fault. Ill avoid this place when it comes to your repairs.

Okay, so we had our cars oil changed there last year it was fine, but when we went back a year after, the guy in the front desk wasnt very friendly at all, no smiles, and grumpy, like we were not welcomed there. We had to go to another place.
