WISH I COULD GIVE THIS CLINIC ZERO STARS. I WORK NEXT TO THIS CLINIC AND HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE DOWNTOWN SPECIALITY CENTER BECAUSE AMY L. SKROCH FINDS IT HER MISSION TO GASLIGHT AND TALK DOWN TO PATIENTS!! I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW JUDGEMENTAL AND RUDE SHE WAS AFTER ONLY SEEING ME TWICE IN PERSON. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WANT TO WARN EVERYONE THIS CLINIC IS NOT SOMEWHERE YOU WANT TO GO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. DONT KNOW WHO GAVE AMY SKROCH A LICENSE BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO RE-THINK IT.

I made an appointment for a covid test and I wasn’t seen until exactly 1 hour after my appointment time. While the clinic did a great job with spacing/# of people in the waiting room, I still didn’t feel the most comfortable waiting that long around others. The nurse I saw was great & very helpful, but I did leave quite stressed.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I went in for a covid test( just the test and nothing else, no exam, no talking to a doctor, no vitals taken, just the test). Got a nasal swab and was out of there in about 2 minutes. After paying a co-pay fee, My insurance took care of the test 100%. About 2 weeks after I got another bill for almost $400 that they labeled Health Clininc. After countless times of calling their billing department and talking to 7 different representatives, no one would explain where the mystery charge appeared from, no one would explain what its for and what got done for this charge to appear. I have been told to call back 6 or 7 times, with the struggle spanning for over 4 months. Finally my insurance dug into the claim and told me that the clinics mystery charge is them charging me for a hospital and room stay. A clinic that closes at 7:30 pm every night, and closed on Saturdays and Sunday is charging me for hospital stay?!?!? Keep in mind that nothing else was done except for a nasal swab for COVID test. Even after confronting them with this false and absolutely fraudulent charge, they told me to call back in 3 weeks and it doesnt seem like they want to own up to their own mistake. Billing representatives do not seem to know what is actually going on and keep telling you something different depending who you get on the phone, or are told by the management to simply lie to their patients. It is illegal for a clinic to charge their customers for services that were never performed. Highly unethical and disrespectful.

The worst customer service I had ever experienced.I was placed on hold for 10! Different times and was hanged up on. 44 minutes on the online. Wow

I had a 9am appointment and I didnt get seen till 10am. Bugs in patient room. Not recommended.

I am with Senior Care the staff and physicians and pharmacy staff are a Godsend to me 🙂

My wife went for an ultrasound and they wouldnt let me in to be with her. This place has the worst customer support.

Patients beware! Depending on your insurance (and I have good insurance), this clinic double bills so for a simple clinic visit I got a bill for the general Dr visit, AND another bill for a facility charge from the same visit. Essentially charging to walk in the door ($200+) for the privilege of paying the Dr $200+... Disputed the claim and was told they were allowed to do it this way, asked for supervisor to dispute further, and nobody ever got back to me... Shocking! Will never be back...

We saw Dr. Nanton for my sons 18-month well child appointment. She was WONDERFUL with him. She looked him in his eyes and talked TO him about what was happening, not around him. She took the time to warmly answer our questions and address our concerns. We will be seeking her out in the future.

Went to get a referral to see a psychiatrist was to be early or they would turn me away and ended up waiting awhile after I was originally scheduled. I saw Dr.Hess which I do not recommend. Told me to overdose on medication, which was really unprofessional, cut me off multiple times when I was trying to explain everything that was happening with me. And I didnt appreciate her saying Im delusional. Overall experience was a waste of time. I dont know how doctors like this are acceptable, Minnesota doctors need to know about mental health so they know how to help or at least know not to call their patients delusional or to overdose. Nurse was nice though she made me laugh.

One of the receptionist is a little rude she ignored me twice standing right in front of her while she types on the computer not saying a word until another receptionist takes me but I noticed she has no problem not being so busy to register her own race and will quickly turn you around for being late.

Staff is incredible. HCMC providers give excellent care every time. On the other hand, dealing with anything administrative in the HCMC system is totally exhaustingETA: here is an example of dealing with their bureaucracy. Two years ago, I had a referral for testing with neuropsych. I didnt make it in, but Im pursuing this treatment again. I need a new referral (fair enough), so I went in to (regular) psych. Had to do a proper 45 minute intake, even though Ive been a patient in this department before. The computer records prompt the same questions 3-4 times, omits key portions of my medical history, and apparently doesnt sync with info doctors in other departments put in. The doctor, I should say, was great.I get the referral and psych tries to help me schedule with neuropsych, but they dont pick up the phone for half an hour. When they do, they tell the lady that theyll call me back.They dont. I call twice, leaving voicemails, before I hear back. They say I need to go through a general physician to take a pre-screen. I tell them I have this referral from a psychiatrist (which they should know??), and the lady sounds surprised and says shell ask about it again and call me back. That was at least a week ago. All this for an ADHD test which will apparently take 3 hours. Ill update if I ever get an appointment.So you can expect great care from providers here, but you need to self-advocate and really push just to get in the door sometimes.

If I went to that clinic before, the only thing I liked was the recessionists because they are very flammable but the old women who work as doctors are very bad service shit they have to stop going to that place never go back to where they do not know how to treat the patients if nobody went to that place they were nobody if the patients
