610 & Zane Location: Workers were unfriendly and did greet me until 10 minutes later when someone else walked in.I requested a simple undercut and she just buzzed through quickly and didnt even clip any hair up to get a clean line. Figured she maybe knew what she was doing from experience and it looked ok from far away.Only when I got home and got a better look did I see the horrible job she did. Will never go back here and would not recommend anyone going to this location.

The first time I came here the person that cut my hair was amazing and was very nice but the second time I came around it was a different person that had not listened at all about what I wanted and cut it too short saying it was my fault for not telling her. When I had told her multiple times. I just hope that next time I come here is a better experience.

The woman was very polite. I forgot my Wallet and she paid for me and trusted me to come back.Now for the cut. EVERYTHING was uneven! I went back to get the side burns evened up which she still didnt get right. I had to come home and do it myself. My son came home a day after and laughed, and asked if I saw the back? I told him she never showed me a mirror on the back. It was supposed to be a 321 cut. The back goes from 1 to 3, the line on the neck is uneven. Its the worst cut Ive ever had! The 2nd worst was the great clips on Edinburgh. I highly recommend all these great clips employees get more training! I wish i could post a picture on this jacked up cut! They really should allow pics so other clients know what theyre getting into before they go! These great clips in Brooklyn park are the only 2 negative reviews Ive ever given in 44 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE FOR A HAIRCUT!

Rachelle did a phenomenal job on my hair. I got a cut, shampoo, and she even styled it a little bit, and she rocked all of them! Definitely going back to see her, I have never felt so pampered before.

Angel is one of the best. I always have her cut my hair and she always does a terrific job. Most of the time when I would go to great clips, it would be hit or miss. Sometimes I’d get a good haircut and sometimes not so much. I know that I can always rely on Angel to do an excellent job. She’s always kind and has a great attitude. I wouldn’t make the drive to Brooklyn Park if she wasn’t there.

Use to be good. However after this last cut I will not be back and not recommending to anyone!All I wanted was a 4. Went out to my car realized a lot was missed. Got up this morning and seen a lot more was missed! One of the worst cuts in my life. The stylist I had didnt care and just wanted to be done with the cut and the day!$15.00 is an OK price for a cut but come on make it look nice!Just stay away from this place!

Rachelle is ALWAYS working and is ALWAYS pleasant to me AND other patrons. Professional, courteous, and personally invested in her work and dedicated to the success of Great Clips. It is nice to see her level of personal care. It produces happy customers as well as co-workers. Everybody likes her and requests to have their hair cut by Rachelle. People like her make the “difference”.

Convenient location and okay prices.Location does not do honor online check in. The website will tell you one time, but when you get there at the time, they will help a large group first, and that you should come back 30-45 minutes later.I do not recommend this location. Its okay if you go and sit in the lobby and wait for an hour.

Never going back to this location. I spent nine months growing out my hair and this lady ruined it in five minutes. Absolutely livid after my experience. I told her exactly what I wanted and she proceeded to do the worst fade of my life. She was more worried about the conversation she was having with her coworker than she was about doing her job. They were not even busy and she just rushed through it cutting off two inches of hair in spots I told her to leave. My hair is a very simple cut I’ve been told and she totally butchered it not to mention she cut it how she wanted it not how I wanted it. I told her to leave the top and she just kept taking huge chunks out not paying attention then made it worse trying to fix it. I look more like I have a Mohawk than a fade. Seriously considering shaving my head and starting over but at the least I’ll have to pay for another haircut to try to salvage it or take my chances going back there. I’d give zero stars if I could very unprofessional place

Im usually very nervous about getting my hair cut (many bad past experiences), but she was very patient and explained everything she was doing and recommended the tea tree stuff which I fell in love with! Great place for a haircut

I had a great experience here - the stylist (Angelica) was friendly and helpful, plus she went way above and beyond the usual haircut I generally receive. I was very impressed and I enjoy coming to this location, receiving fantastic service.

I went there for Veterans Day. I wanted a 5 on top and a zero on the sides. High and tight. Super easy. So this lady grabs a 2 and buzz’s my whole head. These people have no idea what they are doing. Please save yourself and do not go there. Even if it is a free haircut. Not worth it.

If I could rate this place a half star I would. If you want to go somewhere to get your hair cut and want to actually look good then don’t go here. When I went, there was only one person working and she was just trying to get me out of there as soon as possible because other customers were waiting. I had longer hair and wanted to keep most of it long so I stated this clearly but she just went for it and maybe thought I wanted a generic hair cut so she chopped it all off I’m guessing because she was in a rush. Just don’t go here people.

This was my first time ever coming to this great clips and may I say I was VERY much pleased with my stylist Rachelle with how great of a stylist she is just by my first time coming in I am stunned by my beautiful layers I HIGHLY recommend you come to this great clips and see Rachelle I will be coming back !

Been here a few times. Had great cuts and the people were really friendly. It gets backed up at times, Ive never seen more than one person working at a time. Check in online and there wont be a crazy long wait. Ill be back.

I love this location on Colorado Lane. My preferred stylist here, Rochelle, is an absolute joy to get a haircut from. Today, I took all three of my kids to get a haircut. All of the employees, Rochelle included, were so professional and nice! I cant speak for other employees, but if youre lucky enough to get your haircut with Rochelle, youre in for a real treat.

My stylist was very nice and kind. She cut my hair just as I wanted. Good experience. Only downside was the sprinklers in parking lot medians came on just as I was leaving at 9 pm. Nothing to do with Great Clips itself, but the shopping area-strip mall management.

Staff are friendly and will happily chat or just cut your hair if you indicate you prefer silence. I have fairly easy to cut hair, but for most people Ive seen, they get what they ask for.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. When my female friend asked for the stylist Rachelle to give her a buzz cut at first she respectfully told her it was against her religion to cut womens hair short, even though she gives haircuts for a living. She went to the back, and came back saying she had spoken with the Lord and later said she had to speak to Him so she wouldnt absorb the negative energy of the supposed bad breakup you must have just gone through to want this haircut but its okay because you have such a pretty face you can pull it off, like Sinead OConnor in Terminator (it was Demi Moore not Sinead OConnor in Terminator)This is unprofessional and rude to say the least. I will never be returning to this location again.

I will not be going here again. Took my son in for a cut his stylist wasn’t cutting his hair correctly another stylist noticed and had to step in and pretty much take over. Then when I was rung up they screwed something up and supposedly didn’t actually charge my card which I’m still waiting to verify. Needless to say they wanted me to be inconvenienced after I got home to drive all the way back while I was in the middle of cooking dinner! She wasn’t too thrilled that I didn’t want to go all the way back to give her a second go at getting paid. Then I called this morning and the assistant manager basically said she didn’t know the whole story but she could take my name for the manager. That info should have been left the night before I have never witnessed more incompetence in a salon. Your employee that helped me is a liability to your reputation. I’m not sure if she’s new or just clueless but either way the level of service was poor. Will not be back

I love the people I work with but the customers don’t tip very well sometimes and we also get taxed on our tips which is what we are living off of besides the cash tips and this is by far the most unfair and worst company I’ve worked for. I am definitely ready to find elsewhere.

This location is under new ownership just visited the other day and was very impressed with the service and the salon was very cleanI would definately return.

Staff is sub-par. My first impression was horrible. The stylist brought her kid to work and was screaming at him during my haircut. The second visit was better, but I was there at 10am on a Sunday and the lady didnt arrive until close to 10:30.

Im super picky when it comes to hair stylist but Great Clips has does a phenomenal job every singe time when I visit them. Compare to upscale salon, Great Clips is better.

Did a horrible job on my hair, terrible. Barely even cut it, even though in the picture I showed it was pretty short. I had to go to another spot to get it cut again. I do not recommend this place, and definitely will let my friends and family to never come here.

Never been to this place before.. its close to my house so thought I would give it a try...went there Aug 1st around 6pm (dont want to disclose the hair specialists name) I am never going here again.It looked like it was her first day at job.. bad bad experience. No wonder their wait time was 0 min vs all other close by grear clips 20/30 min.I used to go to great clips at Plymouth nathan Ln. I have been going there for last 3 yrs until i moved to Brooklyn park. 😳

This place is honestly garbage I just dont even know what the hell to say because that is just how bad it is. I asked for a basic hair cut just a 2 on the side and an inch off the top. this mid age woman cuts my hair. she messed up on my back side and kept messing up the cut until about an inch was now cut off and it still isnt straight. Then she takes the buzzer and goes around my hair with the bare buzzer then she takes it and goes down from the top to the front still going on the edges of my hair. This has honestly been one of my worst haircut in years. i have also went to this place years ago and I didnt like it either.

Ive been here a handful of times to get my hair cut. The best haircut Ive received here was from a woman whom smelled strongly of marijauna.

Saw a sign advertising $9.99 haircuts. When I asked about the sale they said it shouldve been removed. Waste of my time since they wouldnt value the deal....

I have never seen more than 2 stylists. The service has not been good by any means and they often missed hairs I need to trim on my own. Try elsewhere

Took my mother in for a haircut. The stylist couldnt have been nicer. However, the cut was mediocre at best. I guess you get what you pay for as the prices are cheap.

It is where my son and I go 90% of the time to get haircuts.
