Dropped off a prescription, was told 2 hours before it would be available for pickup. Two hours later I received a phone call that they did not have the prescription available. Had to go back, pick up the written prescription and go elsewhere, a complete hassle. I would recommend Target, CVS, or anywhere but here.

The manager tiarra was completely rude to customers for no reason she literally slapped her had on the counter in a aggressive way for no reason. Im still confused on why or what caused her to be so aggressive and nasty im literally scared to go back to this location because of how intimating tiarra was good luck everybody else

This pharmacy does not value mental health patients. I called in an antidepressant prescription transfer two hours in advance of pickup, pharmacist didnt call the other pharmacy to make the request and informed me of this fact himself when I arrived, didnt call me to inform me of the delay either, told me I could try again tomorrow because the transferring pharmacy they were to call was now closed, even though I told them Im from out of state, and they said they MAYBE would call them tomorrow instead, didnt apologise, and questioned me when I cancelled my transfer request.

Another Walgreens that had no choice but to lay victim to the hands of teenagers and 20 somethings living out their Grand Theft Auto dreams those sad days of May/June 2020.They had played that game so many times. The damage they inflicted they literally played out in their heads and on the TV screen maybe tens of thousands of times.We have allowed and encouraged an entire generation of people to become used to thinking that that kind of behavior is acceptable.We need to get away from that right now and go back to teaching good morals and values.Walgreens will be better than ever. Peace will prevail.

Mark Irish store manager went above and beyond to help me. I felt defeated after going to a multiple Target and Walgreens locations to print invitations for my daughters birthday and not being able to do so. He helped me out and took the extra step to ensure I was extremely satisfied. I would recommend this location, ask for Mark when you stop in!

Shop here only for basic needs... Watch the prices on vitamins and supplements. Double the price on even their cheap generic brands. Never had problems with the staff... Its their price gouging you have to watch for.

I have been buying my syringes needed for my medication for over 2 years here, and now the high and mighty flawless pharmacist claims that theyve had a policy for over 3 years to not sell syringes without a prescription which is a bold LIE!Im never shopping at Walgreens ever again. Pharmacy staff does nothing! It took me three times of requesting a prescription to be transferred before anyone did anything. Each time I would call to check if it was ready, and theyd just tell me they had no record of it, or of my request to have it transferred. After each time I called (and they would tell me theyd work on it only to have nothing happen), I never even got a phone call saying there was a problem or holdup. The last time I called and was told AGAIN they had no record of it being transferred and ready, the woman said well maybe there arent any refills left. I explained Well cant you still transfer it and then YOU call my doctor and request refills?. Her reply was Oh yeah. We can do that. Its pretty bad when a customer has to tell you how to do your job. In the end there WERE refills, so there was no reason for the issues other than laziness and not doing their job.Complete incompetence at this location. Will never fill here again.

Staff has no customer service skills. Last time I was there the two female employees having their own conversations while eating at the counter without helping the customer and kept saying sorry and continued with their private conversation. Not happy with the service at all. Please train your employees better so the customers don’t have to wait around.

Pharmacy close in 15 minutes and pharmacy tech named Tania refused to fill my prescription. They were all just standing around doing nothing. Pretty disappointed in the customer service. This particular tech needs to go do some more training. Makes it 10x harder for everyone.

Whatever happened to basic customer service skills?!? I arrive at the register with my items to check out. A Lady and a young male are both at the register counting the till. Nothing is said. After a minute or so I put my items down. Still, neither said a word nor acknowledge me.Couple more minutes. Nothing. Lady gathers her till/cash and walks away. Young male begins ringing me up. No words. I ask him if that was the manager. He said yes. I said ok. Finalized, still thanked him and left. Again, basic customer service would at least include acknowledging your customer that is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU *WAITING* to check out. But hey what do I know in this world today....sigh!

Everyone was that work there did a fine job. The people that shop here on the other hand were acting wildly inappropriate. The pharmacist manager there got an ear full from a guest that wasnt happy about her OTC medication disappearing from your system... she made a huge scene and was asking for managers and managers of managers. She accused him of being rude (he wasnt in the slightest) he gave her several options as to the best resolve her problem. Insurance companies do not pay for OTC meds! This lady was thick headed and gave me a head ache. If the pharmacist faces disciplinary consequences because of this lady I will not shop here again. Ill be following up next week. If you shop here GIVE THESE PEOPLE A GREAT AND GROW UP!

You call in prescription for pick the next day and its not ready. You find this out after waiting 5 plus minutes before anyone actually waits on you. I was in the drive thru and ignored. 5 employees in the pharmacy and only 1 customer at the counter. This store has really gone downhill and this is not the first time this has happened.

Helpful staff, work with me any time I need. Drive thru has been fairly efficient in my 2 experiences using it. Pharmacy workers dont always engage right after you pull up but one must assume they are dealing with something else and will get to me shortly. I would want my prescription accurate and complete before they stopped working on it to deal with a customer who just walked or drove up so I give them the benefit of the doubt.

This is for the pharmacy. Anytime I am in the drive-up I have to wait about 10 minutes. I can clearly see them in their mirror not helping anyone and when they finally decide to help me people inside the get helped first, even though I have been ringing their call button for 10 minutes or that I was there before the people inside. It should be first come first served. Why the hell do they have a drive-up for convenience when it takes me longer to get my items then it would if I went inside. I have a kid I dont want to drag her in there if I dont have to.

Horrible place to go to ! I was couponing in this Walgreens and while checking out the shift lead gonna tell me that my coupons were photocopies and getting locked up ! She talking about she can tell just by looking at it ! Tsk tsk . She needs to fix her ugly attitude. I don’t know how she even got her position. But this is by far the worst customer service ever . Very judgemental !

Recently had my meds filled again, the lady was working, did NOT make eye contact with me, and was still snooty. Guess what lady? Up your ziggy with a wah wah brush!!!!The pharmacists here are super rude, they fight you every step of the way, refuse to help you, and if they have to, they make it feel like its the end of the world. Theres a female worker with a foul attitude, that is NEVER nice. If you have a disability they treat you horribly too. I suggest AVOIDING THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
