My mother is a handicap person.During her mammography appointment at BI radiology Vicky was very helpful and thoughtful when preparing my mother to test.Briana also tried her best to schedule appointment.

Dr found a lump. This facility could not see me for over a week!!! They are NOT accommodating in the least. Had an ultrasound and was told the mass was not malignant - ONLY TO RECEIVE A LETTER THE FOLLOWING WEEK SAYING THAT TEIR TESTS ARENT ALWAYS ACCURATE AND IT COULD BE SOMETHING THAT REQUIRES TREATMENT!!! All this during the holiday season! This lab put me through unnecessary worry and expense with their CYA letter. Go to a facility like Sagoff Breast Center. They know how to read an ultrasound and x-ray correctly with no need to follow up with a do not sue me letter! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN!
