There was no consistent therapist who could work on my case - looks more like a staffing issue. Please note that they do charge you if you happen to cancel a class if you are sick. They wont tell this to you upfront - I had to dig through my claims and see the inconsistency in my charges.

While the treater I saw was unobjectionable ,(nothing out of the ordinary), the office staff were openly rude and unkind. I was relieved enough to cry when I was told to book future appointments at another location for aquatic therapy. This location was infinitely more convenient and accessible, but emotionally excruciating to visit.
