GREAT experience! My husband and I traveled from Martha’s Vineyard to Boston to get this 3D ultrasound done here and it was so worth it. Michele was fantastic - personable, kind, genuinely interested. I know it definitely helps that our baby decided to cooperate that day! My husband and I had a great time at Goldenview Ultrasound! I loved that they have late night and weekend hours. We went on a Sunday morning, and was escorted into the building by the receptionist. After confirming that I have prenatal care and paying, we walked right into the ultrasound room and started, very prompt and great service. I went in at 35 weeks on a whim to get 3D photos of our baby, and it was worth every penny! Our last bedside ultrasound at the doctor’s office wasn’t the best quality, so being able to see our baby for 30 mins and have digital and printed photos was very satisfying. The technician took her time and answered any random questions. Well worth the splurge if you’re in the homestretch and getting impatient!

When I called to schedule an appointment with you guys you immediately booked me for tomorrow within 24 hours of the appointment that I had from today from a different facility. Over the phone you are very friendly and professional. I can’t wait for tomorrow for my 3D appointment. Thank you for working with me on such short notice.

Tech was very nice and detailed with explaining what we were looking at. My babygirl was head down and doing her own thing but tech caught some great shots. I was little bummed I wasn’t able to be told a estimate of her size. The room set up was welcoming but it was EXTREMELY HOT in there which made the focus a bit hard. Otherwise I would definitely recommend and go back if I were to have another child.

I would absolutely recommend this office. We got a few amazing image of our little one & have compared it to our 2nd child and boy are these kids twins. We went at 31 weeks! Tech was so good. Baby had foot in her face & she tried different techniques that helped her move. Very professional & clean office space.

I had a great experience from arrival until my departure, it was quick and such a friendly cozy environment. Will be returning again when Im further along for more pictures.

Really nice experience with Goldenview! The staff is very helpful and they explain amazingly well all related with you are seen in the ultrasound. Not 5 star because I felt a bit short time for twins, even thought we got beautiful picture of our babies faces. Totally recommended!

Really only one of the images came out partly decent. The ultrasound tech repeatedly stated that baby was uncooperative and tried to help but it really didn’t work out. I also did state I already knew my baby’s gender and time was unnecessarily spent on looking at baby’s parts which I didn’t want :(. As far as I’m concerned that should have qualified for a redo but unfortunately the manager or whomever left me a voicemail disagreed with both myself and the tech. For $115 I’m super unhappy with the images that all came out with a level of distortion due to baby’s hands and feet in face and I would not recommend this studio without a redo being offered which unfortunately it wasn’t. Not going to waste my time on the phone arguing with someone who thinks their personal opinion overrides the customer’s (and the ultrasound tech’s who stated they would want customer to be happy and to call if I wasn’t which I did and sadly disappointing experience).There’s a reason I booked an elective ultrasound - I get plenty of ultrasounds though my OB. I wanted a super clear image of my baby’s face without distortion and none of the photos were undistorted. While I understand the likelihood of this happening, I had faith in the redo policy (after reading reviews that even though studio disagreed with customer they offered a redo). Tech mentioned they may have changed policy recently and sadly the policy change is basically, “I’m right, you’re wrong”. I paid $115 for not great pics…oh well. I’m open to them making it right but I have no confidence they will after listening to the one-sided voicemail.

If possible lower thank 1 star. NEVER GO HERE. The office is 100 degrees with no ac. Multiple fans running so you are unable to hear a thing. I had a very unfortunate experience at goldenview ultrasound for the second time. We tried to give them another shot to confirm the gender of the baby as I am 16 weeks along. I was threatened that either I apologize for confirming the audio recording was on or she was going to hold the pictures hostage. She proceed to insult me and my doctorate degree as well as make my daughter so nervous that she cried because of her pointing and raised voice towards us. She continued to barrade me as she told me that my wife was my sister and was making her uncomfortable. We questioned the gender as that was the focus of the ultrasound and no clear pictures were created throughout the appointment. She spoke under her breath and timed the appointment only to confirm that she wasn’t confident but thinks the baby is a boy. She said “I’m not sure come back if you want” I didn’t want to wait we came specifically to have the gender revealed not to come back to find out later. If I didn’t want to know I wouldn’t have paid for the ultrasound at all. When the timer went off to complete the 15 minutes she checked out of the appointment and gave up efforts to find the gender and a clear picture. The timer was started prior to entering the room. We asked multiple times to just have a more clear image to identify the gender and were told time is up and she could not look more. Additionally we went and paid for a 3D image to confirm gender which was never once complete.

Highly recommend this place!! Staff was so nice, the place was spotless, and she really took her time to get the best pictures!!

I had a ultrasound this past Sunday at 6 weeks and quality is very poor, informed tech I was having twins and she could not identify both sacs or get both in a frame when I had ultrasound 10 days prior which showed both sacs. I asked questions she had no reply to asked if something happened and if I should go to the hospital she stated Its best to air in side of caution. Went to hospital and they verified both embryos are OK now Im out $100 so tech could practice showing me nothing and 4 hours spent at the hospital to confirm everything is ok. If techs are not experienced they should not be handling clients on their own if they cannot answer simple questions.

Absolutely loved the experience!! Since my husband wasnt allowed to come with me to my first ultrasound due to Covid regulations, I decided to come here with him at 13 weeks pregnant. The tech was sooooo nice and really tried to get great pictures of baby! Im really happy and definitely coming back later on in the pregnancy for 3D photos!

We were very happy to be able to find an appointment where both me and my partner were able to be there. He has yet to come to any appointments due to COVID restrictions so this was wonderful for both of us.

I had just came back from my appointment and was told I didn’t need any more ultrasounds only because I wasn’t having any issues with my pregnancy. So I googled some places who do 3d/4d ultrasounds and stumbled upon this company! It was super easy to use and the representative was really nice. I booked an appointment the very next day and was quick and easy! It’s in a nice little suite so it’s very comfortable and my ultrasound tech michelle was very nice.

We enjoyed our visit to Goldenview Ultrasound, my husband was very happy that he was able to be part of the appointment and see our baby, with COVID he wasn’t able to be present at the Dr. office so this was his opportunity to see our little miracle baby. We had the worst experience here. We came twice for an ultrasound where each time the tech could not get any photos of our child. We were promised a full refund if we were unhappy with our results. When we called to cancel the THIRD ultrasound because we live over an hour away and felt like we just needed to go else where, we were told NO refund. My fiancé continued to call as we were both upset about this matter. We were given a refund of $25 (which was ridiculous as the photos the mailed us were absolutely unacceptable). We tried to cash the check and it was a bad check. I will never recommend this organization to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Such a great experience!!! I highly recommend paying for the digital files so you can share and save all of the pictures. I’m so happy we did this and we’ll do it again closer to when the baby is born. The atmosphere is super relaxing and comfy and the staff is super nice. It’s unfortunately a strong contrast to the experiences I’ve had in medical settings, but I’m glad it’s available.

From the moment my fiance and I walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. There are so many cute items for sale as well as amazing photography posted on the walls. The staff there was amazing between checking in and being helpful and kind. Our ultrasound technician was amazing, helpful and made the experience a moment well never forget.

The images are totally unclear. Looks lime a video game image from the 1990’s. The technology is from 15-20 years ago. Total waste of money!!! We wasted $250. Asked for a refund and manager refused. Total scam. Do NOT waste your money. My wife and I looked forward to this for a month. What a disappointment.

I felt like the customer service could of been way better, i felt rushed through the appointment, the tech was rushing through the ultrasound.

I believe we had a trainee do our ultrasound and we explicitly said and made very clear we did not want to know the gender or find out at all. She still went looking for the gender and unfortunately spoiled it for us. She was nice and we got some cute pictures but just sad we werent listened to.

The staff were very friendly and professional and even courteous enough to call and tell me they had a cancellation and we could come in early. Our experience could not have been better. The technique made our moment super special, she gave us attention and a lot of affection, besides that it was very discreet hiding the sex of our baby because it will be a surprise.

I wasnt sure whether it was worth getting a gender reveal ultra sound to find out before our anatomy scan in a few weeks but I got impatient. Im so glad we did it. Michelle the technician was wonderful and spent a lot of time with us. She made us feel comfortable and got lots of great pictures. It made it feel so much more real and exciting and the 4DHD pictures were amazing.

I have been twice now and both times had great experiences! I went at 14 weeks for an early gender determination and then returned at 29 weeks for 3d ultrasounds! The staff is super friendly, the prices are great, and the results are phenomenal! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend coming here! My OB doesn’t do 3D/4D ultrasounds nor do they allow filming of ultrasounds so I was devastated until I found this place. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. They got me in the same day I called! Our technician Kate was great, she answered all of our questions and explained everything we were looking at in detail. The waiting area was clean and organized, there were plenty of toys for families with children to play with. There was a huge screen in the sonography room which was awesome, we saw every little detail. This was a truly special experience for my husband and I. We are first time parents and left there with beautiful memories and a smile from ear to ear. Thank you for everything Goldenview Ultrasound!-One very happy mama!

First off I love the concept. I have to give a special thank you to Daniel at the front desk and Shelby who performed our session. They were absolutely awesome. Both were super welcoming and made us feel so comfortable.Daniel really took the time to walk me through the different packages and choose an option that made our experience 10 times better than we anticipated. She even up sold me, which I dont mind when I feel like its worth it.During our session, Shelby was so nice, walking us through the process, talking to the baby and really made us feel special, and thats important knowing she does this everyday.She was also very informative of the additional perks that we could participate in as part of our visit, and made sure to share brochures and detailed information. We had some trouble getting the baby to stay in a position to get the best image so unfortunately/ fortunately we have to do a follow up session, but we are looking forward to it.

I’m very disappointed with our ultrasound. The girl at the reception area was EXCELLENT and the room was nice with a big TV so we could see everything, but I was not happy with our technician who actually performed the ultrasound, Kate. She wasn’t rude or anything but she didn’t take her time and it showed... the ultrasound was long enough but everything was rushed. All she focused on was showing the baby’s face in 3D, where she would literally hover on him for a second and then freeze it and show us. While we were happy to see his face and find out his gender, we didn’t get to see much else until I had to ask her to stop going in 3D and actually take the time to show us our baby and explain what we were looking at. We wanted to see him move, see his hands, his legs, his feet... she just kept showing us quick blips of his face and nothing else until I finally said something. At that point it was the last few minutes of the appointment and it felt like an inconvenience for her. When we got home, we watched the video and everything she hovered on lasted a split second. It all felt like a waste of a beautiful opportunity for us to see our baby. I’m glad we know the gender and saw it a few times to confirm, but other than that it felt like 15 minutes of her practicing how to use their 3D feature, she didn’t seem well experienced. The package we got said “sneak peak of your baby in 3D” - had I known this is what we should’ve expected I would have gone somewhere else. When we got home, we had 18 photos... 7 of the gender, 3 of my name on their start screen and 8 of the actual baby (which were duplicates, only 4 were unique). When I called to make the appointment I was assured we would have TONS of photos, that they’re taking them the whole time, for us that wasn’t the case. I’m really disappointed.

My husband and I absolutely loved it! We went two weeks ago and Baby Boy was not so cooperative. He wanted to block his face from us the whole time! So Michele had us come back for a redo two weeks later and it was perfect! Michele is an amazing technician and so personable! She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the second we walked in. She was very informative as far as telling us what we were looking at and pointing things out to us. There were a couple times Baby did not want to cooperate again and she knew just what to do to get him to move into the correct position. She got some great imagines of our babys face, smiling and yawning! It was amazing to see. The live DVD and still images disk were also perfect. We would highly recommend this to anyone and plan to make another visit to see Michele closer to delivery for one last look at Baby before he makes his arrival!

I went yesterday and i was so excited for my appt. When i got there the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. The place is clean and relaxing. My tech kate was also very nice but my baby was very uncooperative and she had to stop multiple times and shake and poke my stomach to try and get the baby to move this lasted for some time. We got maybe a handful of pictures out of the 41 I had taken the whole session that were even good mid our appt a alarm started going off as if i was being rushed on a time limit. I paid 160 for the golden package and was told if baby was uncooperative i could come back prior to booking the appt. And my baby was indeed 100 percent uncooperative til the last 5 mins when she finally conducted to say she got some good images not even asking if i liked them after all the money i spent to treasure this moment as this will probably be my last pregnancy due to personal health reasons. She also at the end of the session started just clicking a bunch of pictures i was told i would have 4 black and white and 4 colored which I do have but I had NO say in which I was even getting until I specifically said outloud i liked this ONE very much thats the only one she printed that i asked for and for the money i should be able to pick what ever ones i would like as a keep sake. Dont get me wrong i know no one has control over my babys positioning but it was the last appt of the night and I just felt like it was definitely rushed and if we knew from the beginning til 95% of the session the baby was going to be uncooperative i would have been fine with just stopping and trying another time rather then get like i said a handful of pictures for 160$ i am not by any means knocking this place its a beautiful concept and i did love the few pictures i got but i wish truly that we could have to just stopped and rescheduled because literally as my baby started moving like crazy and showing her face she literally ended the session 5 mins later. The other 20 mins before that was consistently going back and fourth from 2d to 4d and her poking and shaking my stomach. This place is DEF worth a 5 star rating but should definitely live up to their reputation my biggest fear going was my baby uncooperative thats why i asked 3 different times if a redo was offered if this occured all told me yes. And none was offered to me whilst baby was not cooperating at all. She had hands and legs up the whole time blocking her face and I have 1 picture of her hair she took , and 1 3d picture of her foot and hand. She also didnt focus on anything except the babies face I was really excited when i told her the babies awake and moving like crazy and she just continued to stay on the face whilst im feeling the baby kicking like crazy she even said she felt it with the ultrasound wand and didnt look at anything else on the baby while she was moving to see what exactly she was doing.

Im surprised to see anything less that 5 stars. Maybe I was lucky with a cooperative baby, but the experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for sharing the moment with family members that came with my husband and I. There was a large viewing screen and the pictures were absolutely amazing! I am so glad I did the 3D ultrasound and very happy with Goldenview. The tech spent plenty of time with us and made sure we had good pictures to take with us. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it.

I am very impressed with Goldenview in Brookline, called and got a same day appointment! The receptionist over the phone was very helpful and friendly. Our ultrasound tech was Michelle, you could tell she was well educated and loved what she does. It was an amazing experience and we got great shots of our little girl. I did not get the glossy color prints, the technician wasn’t able to have my family members connected even after paying and the quality pics I got wasn’t that great, they were black and white thermal pics. And the visit did not last 45 min like the ads tells you

Due to managements hostile response, I am updating my original post.I went to Goldenview to have pictures of my twins taken at 25 weeks on 8/14. My technician was Kate. Though she was polite, she appeared to be unsure about the packages and struggled a lot to get clear images of my girls. She honestly seemed to be a novice. She missed labeled my images by switching baby A and B. After, an hour and $169 spent; I ended up with mislabeled images that look liked blobs.Unsatisfied, I reached out to management who appeared to begrudgingly agree to allow me a second chance to get actual pictures at no additional cost with another technician. I was also told with twins I should have scheduled my appointment at 23 weeks, despite their website’s suggestion of 22 to 28 weeks. I was also told I could have my blob pictures relabeled correctly.My second appointment on 8/23 was a lot better as the technician was more experienced and was able to get clear pictures and not blobs of things. Unfortunately, this time, my girls refused to cooperate and kept their faces covered despite the technicians best efforts. The technician said she would put in the records for me to have another appointment scheduled ASAP before my girls got much bigger. No surprise it has been 3 days, and I have yet to hear from Goldenview, and I doubt I will.I understand an employers desire to support their employees, but something is to be said when my review is the second review in recent months complaining about how the technician Kate, conducted a session. I also understand that getting ultrasound pictures is not a perfect science as there are many variables involved. However, as my second technician pointed out during my second visit, the further along you are in your pregnancy, the harder it is to get the images you want. Granted, my girls decided not to cooperate during my second appointment; the second technician was able to get better pictures under more difficult circumstances. Supporting my point, regarding Kates skill level.As for the mislabeling of the images; during my first visit with Kate, she reviewed the positions of each of my girls. I told her in previous ultrasounds Baby A is the one closest to the cervix. She acknowledged this but decided to label Baby B as A, because she was easiest for her to see. I stated this in my conversation with management who agreed that this was not protocol and my pictures could be easily relabeled. Now to read managements response, and to backtrack on our original discussion is unprofessional and not customer friendly. This is also another example of Kates skill level or lack thereof as she decided to go against protocol and expected that to be okay. It may have been managements intentions for me to receive my relabeled images at the second visit, but it didnt happen. Matter of fact, I had to write a review online before I would be finally notified as to when I would receive my relabeled images. Again, unprofessional and not customer friendly.As for scheduling a third visit. As I previously stated in my original review. The second technician said she would put in the notes; she recommends I come back for another redo as soon as possible. There was never an offer to schedule at that time, or I would have given the fact I was told by the second technician I was running out of time to get clear images as my girls are getting bigger. The visit ended with me clearly stating I would wait to receive a call regarding next steps. Again, I have yet to receive this phone call, and the only communication I have received from Goldenview after my initial conversation with management is their response to my online review. AGAIN, unprofessional and not customer friendly.My advice would be to ask for samples of your technicians work before going through with your appointment. I honestly believe that if I had the more experienced technician for my first visit, I would have ended up with actual pictures, correctly labeled, instead of $169 worth of ”abstract” mislabeled images.

My sister went to Goldenview Ultrasound when she was pregnant with her first child and raved about it. When she found out I was pregnant, she gave me and my partner the best Christmas present yet--a gift certificate to get my own 3D scan! The room was spacious and comfortable and our tech was amazing. She gave us beautiful shoots of our child smiling and sucking his or her thumb. My partner and I wanted the gender a secret for now so the tech provided us with a sonogram of our babys sex in a sealed envelope. We had an amazing experience and look forward to going back to Goldenview later in my pregnancy! Thank you so much Goldenview Ultrasound!!!

Michelle is amazing!I went for a gender determination and the baby was very uncooperative. Michelle still got great shots and gave us an idea is what we were having, to make sure she rescheduled us 10 days later and she was right! A boy! She makes you feel like your at home with a family member or Friend she is great! The first visit we brought my best friend, and the seating was perfect, we could have brought plenty of more people if we chose too! My favorite part about the visit besides the amazing staff you get prints depending on your package. A DVD of the whole session, which for a first time mom is amazing! We also got a stuffed animal for the grandparents with the heartbeat! I will be returning for another session nearing 30 weeks! I will and would recommend this place hands down to anyone who wants to have a magical an amazing experience seeing their little one!

I was so excited to see my little man for the first time. I had super high expectations, everyone wants the best of the best. Let me tell you, this visit to golden view was everything I expected. It was clean, large comfortable room and very family friendly. We had Michele as the ultrasound technician she was amazing. You can definitely tell she know what shes doing (she got my baby to smile for the camera!!!) We got great shots of the baby. We saw his lips, eyes, nose, chin, chubby cheeks and all very clear (we got the 4D HD I highly recommend that package) The DVD works great! I have already referred two beautiful mamas to be to Goldenview ultrasound. Definitely 100% satisfied!!

I couldn’t wait to find out the gender of my baby so I decided to try gender determination. I was nervous of the results but really wanted a baby girl. I was exactly 14 weeks when I did an ultrasound at Goldenview Ultrasound. I found out I was having a girl and when I went for my anatomy ultrasound at 19 weeks it was confirmed to be a girl. I’m very satisfied with the results and treatment I received.

I went to the ultrasound with my daughter, her husband, my husband, our grandson and my son in laws mother. Shelby made us feel very welcome. She did a great job with keeping the gender a secret, since my daughter did not want to know the sex. It was a great experience to see the 3D ultrasound, as they didnt have it back in my day! Would highly recommend.

It was our first time visiting Goldenview ultrasound and we had a very pleasant experience during the session. The staffs were friendly and polite that we will hopefully visit one more before our due date.I would recommend for those who want to have more vivid experence other than normal ultrasound :)

I can’t believe there are some people who go through a pregnancy without coming here! I’ve come at 10 weeks, 13 and 14 for a gender reveal (no where else does this early!) The ultrasounds are so clear, it’s unbelievable what you can see, and for such an affordable price. PLUS they give you 10% off each future visit. When you make your appointment, make sure you request Michele. She loves her job and will be just as excited as you to see your baby! Can’t wait to go back!!

Me and my love went here today (on a bet of the gender) I am 14 weeks and 6days pregnant. I called Sunday morning and had an appointment the same day at 2pm. The building was a little difficult to find as there are no actual signs but I understood as they were in a multi-office building. The place was small but very well put together neat and beautiful. Amazing pictures on the wall extremely friendly and helpful staff and a beautifully set ultrasound room. Michelle was so sweet and very knowledgeable which made me very confident in her ultrasound skills. With my fingers crossed I hoped for a boy and my hubby hoped for a girl. Michelle did the reveal and laughed and joked with us as I lost the bet ! It was a girl! She even offered up some really great restauraçnts in the area for us to eat at. It was totally worth the hour drive . Thank you so much !!!

It was such a beautiful experience I got to share with my husband. They really went above and beyond and really made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to see their little ones features before theyre due.

This is my second baby and I did this with my first! The first time I went with my first born I had an amazing experience! This time around with my second due was really awesome as well but I had some issues with my baby cooperating so they had me come back no charge to get a better look of my baby. I was so pleased and didn’t know they did this! Well my son didn’t want to cooperate again and the dvd didn’t work right so they accommodated me for a third time! The staff was so lovely and understanding and I finally got to see my baby as stubborn as he can be! Thank you so much to goldenview ultrasound Boston for making all my experiences welcoming and comfortable! I appreciated all of it more then you would ever know! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Loved the experience! We went to find out the gender, but didnt want to find out that day. The tech was awesome in allowing us to see our baby but giving away the gender at the same time.
