We have been coming to Centre Pediatrics for 6 years now. The doctors are great and thorough. They have regular sick visits, well visits and a walkin clinic first thing in the morning if your kid gets sick overnight. Parking garage takes a minute to get into, but there is plenty of covered parking.

A great practice, especially for working parents! There is a walk-in hour first thing every morning, when your sick child can be seen by a doctor or nurse without an appointment. And an open phone hour every day that you can call to talk to a nurse about any questions or concerns, big or small. They require all patients to vaccinate on schedule, which I really appreciated when I brought in my newborn.

Efficient, organized, and take the time to answer all our questions. They truly care about their patients and families.

Our experience with Centre Peds has been great so far! Our son was born at BWH, and one of their doctors came in to see us immediately after birth, and checked in throughout our hospital stay. We had Dr Michael Ma, and felt like he got to know our son (and us) in those first few days. We loved that we could continue care with the same pediatrician after leaving the hospital and he already knew us at our first appointment. Since then, I’ve had to call Centre Peds Nurse triage line a couple times for an illness and an injury and they were great. I was able to bring him in for an appointment within an hour of calling, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I’ve recommended them to all my newly pregnant friends!

Good practice, some of the staff are more knowledgeable than others.
