Dr. Tharyil acts nice at first but she wants to run your life for you. The receptionists never heard of customer service. I went to go get a form signed for my new job and it took ages to get it signed because I work in Childcare, and they kept asking if I needed to do other stuff when they have my vax records. They love to be difficult.

I have been trying to establish as a new patient and its now been 7 weeks since I first contacted them to try and set up an appointment and have only received an initial email reply once; the staff have failed to follow up with appointment information and have not replied to my emails. Very disappointed.

Its no surprise that this clinic has a 2 star review. I came for a visit, and the nurses demanded my daughter sit in a section of the waiting room. Her wheelchair became wedged in the narrow doorway, and the nurse barked at her to get out of the way when she had no where to move. The receptionists were heartless, and you could tell the nurses like to gossip and make fun of patients. Dont come here. No care at all is better than going through an experience like that. Its strange behavior that is so hateful towards people with disabilities.

I have been seeing Dr. Perl for two years and he is great. Extremely thorough and takes the time to ask questions and understand your concerns. Yes, sometimes the receptionists arent great. But you go to the doctor for good care, not because they have good receptionists.

Doctor is unresponsive. Nurses gave me incorrect medical information on multiple occasions and are borderline rude.

Called to inquire about establishing care, extremely rude receptionist. She needs to find a new job that doesn’t involve customer service.

Wow, these guys are super organized, smart, and warm human beings. Really! Today was my first day as a new patient, and I was stunned by their high level of organization, explaining forms carefully, and following through with good questions. They are paying attention and really trying to provide an excellent quality of service. If you are not happy with your current doctors office, this seems like a great choice! I am very happy with them (happy face).

I very much like this medical practice. I think it is well organized and I really like my physician. Dr.Elizabeth Rourke, is bright and kind and listens to my concerns.I have never had to wait very long and I am always treated respectfully.

The receptionists are so bad! They are rude and unprofessional. They clearly didnt want to help the patients at all. I will switch my PCP and definitely suggest others avoiding here too to have a much better day!

Very unprofessional place, mostly due to the receptionists. They gave me someone elses information by accident. So now I know this persons medical history and medications. Talk about a HIPA violation. The receptionists dont seem to know how to do their job. I didnt like my PCP either, but I think that was just because she clearly didnt want to help me and didnt seem to have any kind of medical knowledge.

The lab nurse is so unprofessional and rude. She took my blood in a rush and I have had a huge bruise on my arm for a week and have not had any issued taking blood before.

Good place, good people.
